Admin help needed...purchased offer to earn gems 2 days ago...gems not rec'd!

Hi,

 

I paid for an offer in exchange for gems...which have not been awarded.

I can forward the email receipt I received from Shari's Berries for proof.

 

I followed the directions provided...did not press back or cancel, and purchased it within 15-20 minutes (figuring out what I wanted to order), so it complied with the offer rules.

 

 

This is being added to a list of issues with the game...

4 non-usable farm slots due to frozen bags/one elderberry which cannot be watered or harvested **** if this issue can also be fixed, I would be forever grateful***

2 nonworking extra wells on the farm

White pumpkins in inventory which cannot be used on the job board

 

I have to say that if this one doesn't get fixed, I will need to officially leave the game. While the other items are annoyances, this one was actually paid for, so it needs to be addressed asap.

Still waiting to hear about this...

 

So much for a "you will receive the gem reward immediately" offer.

 

And zero help with multiple issues occuring over the past few months.

 

Very good reason to NOT become, or stay, a paying member. Or not pay for gem offers.

Play for free, work around recurring issues (or ones that stick around forereverm like these frozen bags on the farm)...

 

And I'm not sure why the who/when field in the list says 'NA'...if that is the reason my request is being ignored by "admin", then the whole help board is bogus.
