Account Problem please fix!

I'm sorry this has to be my first thread but I have 2 problems to report.

 

1. I can login through my IPad but not through the website, why?

 

2. This isn't really a problem but please help me, I think my mom accidently erased the activation email so could you please send me a new one? I really like playing SoD and I want to name my viking and dragon.

Hi!

Hi! There are many problems with the entrance to the site . To solve them you need apply to adminis. You can easily find them on forums and write them a PM. Regarding erased  activation email , here I can not help. Point about this issue in a letter to admins. Another option , you have just started playing, is not it? You can create a new account, after removing the old one. But the best way is writing letter to admins. Good luck! XD

Thanks, but I probably won't start over because I have an adult dragon already... I'll try writing a PM to the admins though, thanks!

Can you Give Us More Information?

Hi BrittneyBH,

We’re sorry to hear that you are unable to login on the website. Is the game not able pass the loading screen or do you see an error message pop up once you’re in the game? Can you give us any more information, like the type of browser you are using to load the game on your computer?

Also it’s ok that mom accidentally deleted your activation email because you should be receiving a pop-up every time you log in that asks you to type in your email. If you are not, please let us know and we would be happy to help you!

More Information...

I can't log in, as in, it will say "incorrect password or username" but I know I didn't make a typing mistake or something because I can log in just fine on my Ipad with the same username and password. This occurs on every browser I use, namely; Firefox, Safari, and Google Chrome. The pop-up hasn't appeared in a while and when it does appear it doesn't seem to send a new one... could you just send an activation email directly? Thanks for your help and please reply soon.
