I know how you feel.

I feel for you - I sent an email, and when I clicked on the ticket number in the email to check the status of my question, it said it had been closed. What?!

 

When the a skrill bug hit me, I actually got a response from them through twitter. If you have a twitter account, maybe try contacting them that way?

3 business days and they haven't  fix my activation page :( hopefully it is done before my account is deleted, not fun   to play when cant name your dragon/viking do other stuff and the Pop up, must activate account appears,,, oh well

Light Teal, what was the issue that you reported? Could you send me a personal m,essage with your account information and your ticket number you recieved from contacting customer support?
