“Create Pet Failed” - Can’t Hatch Eggs Bug

Hey, has anyone else been having trouble with trying to hatch dragon eggs? Whenever I click on the egg I want to hatch, it appears on the pedestal for a split second before a pop-up comes up that reads, “Create pet failed.” Then the egg is completely removed from the pedestal, no countdown or anything, and the egg goes back in my inventory. I’ve been having this issue on both the mobile IOS version and the desktop version. Anyone know how to fix this yet? It’s been a while and I haven’t gotten any reply from the support email. Like, I’d really like to hatch my dragon eggs please????

Yea, I've had the same problem for a while, but only with a flightmare egg. I've PMed Brynjolf but had no answer (Again)
