Why no monthly gems?????

I bought a subscription for this game for my daughter. On your membership page it says 500 gems monthly will be apply to the account so far nothing has been apply, and absolutely no response from your so called customer service dept. I also want to know how to cancel the subscription to this game, the tiny little button on the membership page doesn't work. This game is really starting to look like a scam!!!

Hello! So sorry to hear this. When did you purchase the subscription? Which platform are you using to play? If you wish to cancel your subcsription you can do so by accessing your manage account section, or contacting our support team at support@schoolofdragons.com with your account information.  Do let us know. gems and glitch

Hello again, Josyj here with no monthly gems as well, I have sent you a lot of information under 'petraglyph' and have not been able to play island and recieve credits.... all of this was sent to you with all of my problems and hopefully do not need to go through all of this again...please advise....thank you Brynjolf....

Wow!

I didn't know about this at first but I used to have the same problem and I lost $3000 for it, but that was because of that darn hacker, I'm off that curse of a game now. No offense by the way...You can understand why though.

Oh Davigur

That happened to me too, no response to help, but it's still going on. I tried buying 12 month membership 2 more times, but didnt give me any membership perks, but taking my money.  85 times 3= $225 wasted. I think'n it's a scam too.

STUPID HACKERS

The hacker made THE SAME EXACT NAME AS ME llPureDeathll that person said on HIS ACCOUNT that: I HACKED SILVER

And now i'm being harrased my drgns are NEON AND IM MISSING FIVE D**M STABLES!!!
