What video program should I use?
Okay, so I have these video clips that I recorded a little while ago that I wanted make into a little music video but im not sure what program I should use. All I basicaly need is a program that will at least join all my video clips together nicely and I am not an expert at video editing so I dont want anything complex.
So if anyone has any suggestions please share them here.
I first started out making videos years and years ago with the standard Windows Movie Maker which used to automatically come free with Windows. It's still free, but if you have Windows 10 you'll need to download it:
- Select Download now and run the Windows Essential installer.
- Choose the app(s) you'd like to install - in this case, Windows Movie Maker.
- Find your new app(s) in Start Windows logo Start button .
It is basic and easy to use, especially for simply joining clips together - any movie making program can do that. It's got some great transitions and effects you can use if you desire as well that you just click and drag onto the video clip. It is a great learning program and one which many people started out on before working their way up to the more complex programs :)
I use Filmora but u need to buy it and theres also a trial version but the trial version has a watermark
If you don't need to do any extreme or special editing, Movie Maker should do fine! <:
How do you upload or save your video on Movie Maker without buying the entire thing? Arrrgh!
The official Windows Movie Maker as I've always known it has been entirely free, unless they've changed it in recent years? I haven't used it since XP. Are you using the right program?
Yes. I downloaded from the official website :d
