Well, it depends on the genre. Generally, the gifs I post are from shonen (action) animes.
The fights are obviously more unrealistic. Generally there's magic or other superhuman abilities involved. That's what make them epic. You could say the same to Teen Titan and Atla and other western action-related shows.
But if you look at other kinds of anime, the fights (if any) are mediocre and more realistic.
Ok, take Koe no Katachi as an example. There's this one time when Shouya tries to take his anger out on Shouko. Doesn't quite go his way completely.
and then there's another scene where Ueno has a cat fight with Shouko's mom. (can't find a gud gif of it) also p realistic
You're right about glowing eye ppl being dangerous. Just that not many people actually have glowing eyes XD
As for pants...do you mean specifically women or just females in general?

well for girls, you generally don't see them in pants bc school uniforms generally follow the sailor-style dress. When it's not coz of school uniform, then it's prolly just the author's style. Hey, you gotta attract male readers/watchers somehow -_-

Yes, they are unrealistic but the world is realistic enough to make the characters think they're unrealistic as soon as something unrealistic happens XD

Oh beside the characters can't really realize they are unreal except of if you are talking about Gintama, probably the only anime where the characters realizes they are just in anime XD ahaha
