Welp it's official. I lost everything.
I don't understand. My game has never glitched. EVER. Not even once.
So why did it do it now?
Let me explain more to you. I was just in the hatcnery. Just hatching a Sweet Death. I went to the School Grounds. It all of a sudden glitched, and started playing the "This is Berk" beginning video.
So I'm thinking, "Must of just messed up." I exit the app, and get back on. Then it starts telling me TO PICK MY CHARACTER'S HAIR AND EYE COLOR.
WHAT HAPPENED???? It reset my WHOLE game. I've tried EVERYTHING. I even deleted the app and restarted it. I don't get it.
I lost:
15 dragons, plus one (my new Sweet Death)
a silver star.
Two viking slots
membership
568 gems, THAT I WAS going to buy Icestorm Island with
Two clans. (Forum clan, you're fine)
If the admins actually care, now's the time to show me. There's no use to be on the forums, if I can't even be on the forum's game.

Dude! If I had lost all that time and investment in my game, I would NOT be calm at ALL. Id be sueing there lazy butts for everything ever. I hope that never happens to me. Why must the admins be so darn LAZY?! My viking restarted as well, and it asked me to re-make my viking, so I deleted the app and redownloadied it, and it worked for me. If I were to ever loose my stormcutter, Outlaw...Id be so ticked! Id be BEYOND ticked, and that would not be good for the admins. LETS START A RIOT HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARHG

The admins work hard to get rid of the glitches! They are game producers they don't have time to help every single person! I have had that glitch multiple times and I just exit out and everything is fine. Have you tried logging off and going back on?
Yup, I tried three times. Apparently you were lucky, because they never answer a dern thing I ask them to fix...
Edit: Sorry if I'm being rude right now, but you wouldn't understand the hysterics this game has sent me through. I was JUST able to get on again, and it did this last night. I have PMed them, deleted the app, and renewed it. EVERYTHING.
Ugh, I'm so sorry about that. You are so much calmer than I would be, I'd like have a whole page of cusses and insults... If there is anything I can do, let me know! You'll be in my prayers. (Here's hoping it gets fixed.)
