Luchter Siegcador & Tiki - Draconic Demons

“Understood,” Luchter replied tersely. He turned to Tiki, observing her. When she first stepped into the office, he felt a stream of energy akin to his; a mix of demon and manakete. However, she showed no sign of possessing the Spirit Flame other than her soul. Luchter began to doubt that she was the one until he touched her while attempting to comfort her. It was only a glimmer but he felt it, an energy so awfully similar to his when he was the Wielder. A battle might just be able to arouse it.

“I’ll show you where the training ground is,” Tiki offered, taking Luchter’s hand and pulling him along. She was anxious. She had never been the best in battles no matter how strenuous her training was. She doubted she would have a chance even with the prince restraining his power.

That was why she was smiling. A smile so bright that nobody would believe she had worries swirling in her mind. It was her way to cope with her nervousness. It gave her the strength to go forward regardless the most probable result and a reassurance that she would be fine.

Tiki took her stance on the field, taking a deep breath. Luchter stood opposite of her, wearing a calm complexion. She briefly felt thankful that the prince suggested the indoor field as it meant they were safe from prying eyes. Although, it also meant she had to be more careful.

“Let me clarify a few things,” Luchter said, raising his voice slightly, “You may use your demon form as your heart dictates. Do not hesitate to use your full power against me. Remember that I am here as Luchter, not Prince Luchter.”

“Doesn’t really help when I don’t really like violence,” Tiki shouted.

“Alright. Think of it this way: I am a veteran fighter who has battled enemies twice my strength. Attacks from an amateur like you will not faze me so easily.”

That is really reassuring, especially with that authoritative voice of his, Tiki mentally remarked, grimacing.

“Well then, let’s not prolong this any longer.” Luchter extended his arm with his palm upturned, fingers pointing at Tiki. “I give you the honor of the first move.”

I was hoping I’d get defensive first, Tiki thought as she engulfed herself in flames. The fire soon dispersed, revealing her in her demon form.

I shouldn’t waste my energy in the beginning. I’m going to need it when he counterattacks. Tiki started with light but rapid fire jabs. Luchter dodged them with ease, casually moving in circular motions with his hands intertwined behind him.

“Conserving your energy, I see,” Luchter commented, “I guess I have to do something about it if you plan to keep that up.” Luchter raised his hand, collecting Tiki’s attack into a fireball. He pushed it forward, creating a stream of fire. Tiki quickly soared to the ceiling, avoiding it. Swiftly, Luchter divided the fireball into five, each blasting off a stream, and enlarged their distance from one another, positioning them in a vertical arc. Each fireball were angled so that there were five streams firing in five directions. Tiki flew to the sides, only to be surprised when Luchter rotated the fireballs and subsequently the fire streams horizontally. She dodged instinctively but the fire caught the edge of her skirt. In a fit of panic, she smacked the fire repeatedly before it grew too large.

“Calm down, Tiki. If you panic, your fire will be difficult to control. Keep your breathing even,” Luchter advised. Tiki landed and put her palm against her chest, trying to take deep breaths. Slowly, her panting dissipated.

“That’s it. Remember to always control your breath.” Seeing as Tiki had recovered, Luchter resumed his attack. He crossed his arms into an ‘X’ shape and swept them down as if slashing the air, creating a pair of blazing arcs. Tiki attempted to manipulate the fire into a ring but found that she could not control Luchter’s fire. She threw herself aside, narrowly dodging the attack.

“Oh, I should have warned you about this. My flame is different from other demons if the color is any indication. In short, you can’t control it,” Luchter notified.

“You should have said that from the beginning,” Tiki protested, puffing her cheeks as she rose to her feet.

“I’m sorry. It slipped my mind, I swear.” Tiki groaned as she lifted herself airborne. She spun, shooting a flurry of harmless fire particles. Luchter raised his brow, letting the particles surround him. Smirking, Tiki set the particles ablaze, creating an explosion.

“How’s that?” Tiki asked, smiling triumphantly.

“Not bad.” Tiki’s smile instantly dropped. The smoke from the explosion disperse, revealing a tornado of flames. It soon dissipated, unveiling Luchter who was apparently unscathed.

“Surprise, surprise,” Luchter announced, chuckling, “You think I fell for that? Perhaps I would have if you had used it near defeat. I would have thought those fire particles were the last of your strength. A shame you didn’t.”

Darn, he’s right. I should have minded my timing, Tiki regretted, growing frustrated. Let’s see. So far, our attacks have been ranged ones. I wonder how he handles melee? Tiki engulfed her body in flames, increasing her speed. She soared skyward and shot fire jabs, similar to what she did in the beginning of the battle, only with more power. Luchter dodged them in ease, even as Tiki flew in circles and increasing the intensity. Gradually, Tiki inched closer, preparing her fiery fist. However, just as she was close, Luchter threw a fireball at point-blank range which exploded upon contact, sending her flying. Tiki tried to maintain herself in the air but nevertheless, she hit the ground. She immediately got up, ignoring the pain from the impact, and briefly checked for any injuries. She was covered in cinders but she did not seem to attain any burns.

Ouch, that turned up terribly bad, Tiki grimaced. But I won’t give up just yet. Tiki slammed her fist to the ground, creating a trail of fire with fire columns arising from it. It quickly surrounded Luchter in a cyndrilic fire prison. Luchter quickly propelled himself by conjuring a huge amount of flames from his fists, escaping the prison. The columns soon merged into a giant one, blasting to the ceiling. Luchter put his hands against the column, pushing through it as he descended, suppressing it. Just before he reached the ground, he gathered some flames from the pillar and formed it into a massive sphere. Wasting no time, he threw it to the ground near Tiki, creating a violent explosion. Tiki yelped as she was sent flying again, grunting when her back hit a wall. She attempted to stand but her knees gave up, forcing her to lay there against the wall hopelessly. She tried to calm down when Luchter approached her with a fireball in his hand.

“Ready to surrender?” Luchter asked, his complexion frighteningly flat. Tiki weakly shook her head, trying to stand up again. Her knees immediately trembled and she reflexively supported herself against the wall.

“Reconsider, Tiki. You are clearly in no state to fight. I may have restrained my power but that explosion was a strong one, added with the fact that you didn’t bother to shield yourself.” Luchter closed his palm, dissolving the fireball with it. “Admit it; you’ve lost.”

“But what about that searching thing you were talking about?” Tiki asked.

“I said you might or might not be the one, didn’t I? Well then, you’re simply not the person I’m looking for.” Luchter narrowed his eyes, fixing a cold stare. “You are too weak, useless even.”

((I'm still typing the rest and halfway I figured I should post this in two parts cause it's so freaking long. This one took 3 docs pages and the rest will hopefully be shorter :u ))

Mika
“Mikaela? Hmm. That's a... unique name,” Arion replied.

Mika decided to take it as a compliment.
“As a matter of fact, I would have a few questions,” the other vampire continued. “I was wondering if you've ever heard of Quarter Bloods? It might be false, but I think they live in small communities? Do you know more about them?”

“Hmm…” the blonde hummed as he thought about all he knew about vampires. “Well as far as I know, vampires tend to live scattered throughout the Forgotten Forest. There aren’t really communities of vampires living together as far as I know. Vampires are pretty reclusive,” he explained. “But there might be, just I’m not that social enough to find out.”

Audrey Chevalier - Vampire

Audrey nodded to herself as Rukath gave his feedback on the interesting text that she’d read. Her thoughts began to race, thinking of all the possibilities.

Think Audrey, think. There was a reason this book was here...there has to be. Something as odd as that doesn’t just appear out of nowhere. A handwritten book that told the history of the Domain at first, then converting into more of a personal narrative depicting a Great War among a rare specimen of Supernatural. I haven’t met anyone who had the initial H. Well of course, the author can’t be anyone that arrived recently. The only people I’ve came into contact with so far who weren’t newcomers were those two strange names...Cornelius and Krymark. There also comes the question of why this book was here. Who lived here before me? I must know. Audrey began to think as she sat back at the rounded table.

“Thank you very much for the input. This could very possibly lead to something a lot bigger than just a book. I would like to ask the Headmaster who lived in this dwelling before I arrived. Would you like to come with me?” She asked him quietly.

Rukath-Manakete

Rukath nodded when Audrey told him her thanks, he was glad that what he had said made sense. Rukath stood, slung his sword over his shoulder and pushed his seat in, "gladly" he responded and then remembered Audrey's mention earlier about presentation, "would like some time to dress?" he asked kindly.

Dirmir Isom-Kelpie

Dirmir found Slivius and Ashley's reactions to kind of humerous, but then again she lived here and was used to the awe inspiring glass structures, she had a similar reaction to the place when she first explored it. "Mostly, but with a lot of help from the fire kinds, there is a lot of natural sand here for the city is built on a massive spring and actually has a tide of sorts, and yes, a lot of alchemy and  magic was used to shape and strengthen the glass" Drimir informed the visitors.

Dirmir began to walk forward, gesturing for the two to follow her, "thankfully this place is not as busy as the central city of the Helldomain, but due to the nature of the structures, it is easy to lose ones way, also only main and important buildings are made of glass, as vast majority of homes and dwellings are made with simpler and easier to work with materials".

They came upon a crystal stall rather quickly and Dirmir gestured for Ashley to have at while Dirmir stood to one side, waiting for when Ashley would be ready to move onto the next stall.

Ashley grinned when she saw the crystal stand and went right up to it, coin pouch in hand while Gem sniffed at a few of the crystals curiously. "Need something specific?" The woman running it asked. Ashley looked up - from the aura she could tell the woman was a Banshee or something similar. Especially from the comb in her hair - it was pure white seashell. Typical Banshee style. "Yes actually, I need yellow energy crystals with healing properties, blue stabilizers and green catalysts." She told the woman and she nodded. "Of course, we have quite the selection. I take it you're an alchemy student?" She asked, bringing out a tray with crystals ranging from jade to quartz. "Yes Ma'am! I'm training with Master Ichiro the Kitsune!" She replied and Silvius grinned, sniffing the air. "Ma'am, I have to ask, you're a Banshee right?" He asked and the woman nodded. "Good guess. And we actually have a special going on for alchemy students. All crystals used in alchemy are half off. My name's Hethae. You have a VERY perceptive nose young man." The Banshee confirmed and Ashley grinned. "Wow! Two creatures from Irish mythology in one day! How much for these?" She asked, Gem happily munching away on her nut clusters, perfectly calm despite the dangers of doing business with a Banshee. "Those will be two rose gold total." Hethae told the two kids. Ashley handed over the money in exchange for the neat bag of gemstones. "Thank you Miss Hathae! I'm Ashley by the way and this is my brother Silvius. And this is my teacup dragon Gem and our Kelpie friend Dimir. She's showing us around." She told the Banshee, introducing herself. "Well, it was very nice to meet all of you! You're welcome back any time you like." Hethae told the kids with a smile on her face as Gem chirped happily. "My sister has a sort of love/hate thing going on. With her personality most people either love her or hate her the minute they meet her. When she puts on the charm like this she can make friends with just about anyone. The only person we've really had a problem with was this draconic demon we met when dealing with that giant scorpion monster that attacked a few weeks ago before the Eclipse." Silvius explained quietly to Dimir as he watched his sister interact with the Banshee.

Arion - Vampire

"Oh." Arion was a little disappointed. He thought the other would know more. Than he remembered, how the vampire girl didn't tell him more either. "This might sound silly, but would you tell me if you'd know more about them? I mean, you wouldn't keep it in secret for any reason, right? Like vampires are embarassed about them? Or they feel sorry for them?

They reached the dumpsters. Arion threw everything in it, than he turned to the other. "I'm sorry. Just forget about it please." He put on his usual, big, mischiveous smile. "So what can a vampire do for fun around here? If you're up for it, of course."

Audrey Chevalier/Nixon Cornelius - Vampire/Pureblood Vampire

“Ah yes, give me a quick 15 minutes.” Audrey said, getting up from her seat and racing towards the nightstand, picking up the headpiece and rushing into the bathroom.

I’m a bit scared for what I might find out, but I suppose it has to be done by somebody, she thought to herself as she took the brush and ran it through her hair.

Audrey attempted to make the most out of those 15 minutes, placing the headpiece back in her hair and the mask back on half of her face. She returned to the main room of the dwelling and took a hooded cloak from the dresser, swinging it across her shoulders and fastening it around her neck.

“Alright, let’s see what we can find out.” She told Rukath, taking the book from the shelf and slipping it into her pocket and putting on her shoes.

She stepped out the door and shut it after Rukath exited behind her. Audrey gave a nod of approval before starting her way down the stone paved road. The vampire looked around at the red spirits that were in the area and narrowed her eyes at them. She also took note that there were still vampires going on about their normal lives as if there weren’t any red spirits at all. Audrey pressed her lips together and kept her head focused on the path that lay ahead of her.

-

Nixon closed his eyes and let out a long exhale, running his fingers through his red hair. He looked at the empty arena and shut down his practice system. Slowly, his personal stats were improving and gradually catching up to Ezio, who had paused his training a bit in order to take care of little Imogen. The young Pureblood Vampire had the most beautiful and lively smile, but she was fierce in training, even as a little girl. She mastered the basics within one training session with Quinn and was waiting for Skylar to come in order to begin dual wielding training.

I believe Skylar was supposed to arrive an hour ago...and from I I know, Lady Krymark is not late to anything. Something is off for sure, I’d say, the redhead thought to himself as he opened up a portal back to his own room, where he changed back into his formal wear.

As he buttoned up his shirt, his mind turned to the girl who was supposedly connected to Skylar in a way...the platinum blonde haired newcomer from the other day as he rode through the market with Ezio. As far as he knew, she was supposed to live a rather peaceful life in the Forgotten Forest

That girl holds the secret to Skylar’s past. It may not be my personal duty, but I must check on her quickly and as subtly as I can, he thought to himself.

When he finished dressing himself, he opened up a portal to the Platform and walked through the doorway to the Forgotten Forest. Immediately he started his way down the road, looking for Audrey’s presence. After a few minutes, he felt it and immediately left the course of the main road.

She’s with a manakete? Interesting choice, but why is she leaving her own residence even with this strange eclipse going on? Nixon’s mind began to wonder and before he knew it, he found himself come across with two fellow vampires by a dumpster for various reasons he didn’t know of. He stopped dead in his tracks as the two vampires returned his peculiar expression.

Mika

((That moment when you realized you switched from third person to first XD))
“Oh.” Arion said.

Mika sensed some sort of disappointment in his voice, wondering why the other vampire was a little disappointed.

What Arion said next perked the blonde’s interest. “This might sound silly, but would you tell me if you'd know more about them? I mean, you wouldn't keep it in secret for any reason, right?”

I should’ve prepared myself better, Mika thought, silently scolding himself for not remembering half the things he learned from the texts he studied in order to fit in. He racked his brain for all he knew.

“Well, they’re pretty much the lowest ranking vampires here and the least purely vampire,” Mika started then found himself drawing a blank. “..Um…I have to think a little. My recollection on this subject is a little rusty.”
Just then, they reached the dumpsters. The blonde disposed of the garbage he carried.

“I'm sorry. Just forget about it please,” Arion waved off the matter and changed subjects. “So what can a vampire do for fun around here? If you're up for it, of course.”

Mika turned his back to the garbage about to speak when he saw a pureblood right before him and Arion.

What is a pureblood doing here of all places? He thought, confused why one would ever visit a dump. Nevertheless, like instinct, he moved to the side and bowed respectfully, “Good morning, sir.”

Rukath nodded when Audrey asked for 15 minutes and waited patiently by the table, adjusting the strap that went across his chest and was for his sword. Upon the rough mark of fifteen minutes Audrey emerged, as stunning as ever, from the bathroom. Rukath popped his compass open quickly and the enchanted item spun a few times before pointing in the rough direction Rukath would have to travel in order to reach his destination.

"Indeed" Rukath agreed before falling into step next to Audrey after she collected the mysterious book and went through the door. Rukath followed Audrey down the cobbled road for this was his first time in the Forgotten forest.

Dirmir Isom-Kelpie

Dirmir nodded at her mention to the banshee and turned to Silvius as he began to speak. "I think what you describe is called a Braken.. and when dealing with those sort of violent supernaturals tensions can rise quickly and many, how should I say.. not so friendly, people can appear to deal with the problem" Dirmir replied, speaking from her experience with unruly patients.

Arion - Vampire

Mikaela was about to suggest something, when a red haired man appeared in front of them. He looked majestic and important, that was quite easy to see. Arion's hunch got proven, when Mika suddenly bowed and greeted the man.

Sir? Hmm. If Mikaela calls him that, it means he's superior to him. Since he doesn't know too much about Quarter Bloods, he must be higher. And that means, this man is probably a... a... Pureblood Vampire.

Arion quickly copied the blonde's moves. He bowed and greeted the red haired man. "Good morning, sir." Still being in a shock, and not knowing what to do in a situation like this, he kept half of his eyes on Mikaela, meanwhile trying hard not to embarass himself, or perchance offend the Pureblood.

Silvius nodded. "Yeah, Ash had used one of her nature healing barriers to help a draconic demon fighting the Braken, but the guy insulted her when the thing broke right through it. She got upset and I had to use my tails to keep her from saying something stupid that would've gotten us both killed." He admitted with a shudder as Ashley came back with the bag of crystals. "I still need to get a few more crystals for the alchemy experiments but Miss Hathea says we can come back whenever we want!" She reported, putting the crystals in her satchel and fluttering her wings excitedly. "Wow, I still can't believe you made a good impression on a Banshee! Dad said they usually didn't like faries!" Silvius teased, ruffling his sister's hair as she giggled. "Oh shut up! One of his students is a male Banshee! We get along! Well, more like tolerate each other, but we keep our distance." She retorted, punching her brother in the shoulder. Silvius laughed. "If you need any more crystals, there were a few other crystal stands I saw down the road that might have what you need." He suggested as Gem formed the slight lump on his sister's chest where her pocket was and poked her head out with half a nut cluster sticking out of her mouth. "Sounds good to me! I need a few crystals like azurite and labradorite that Miss Hathae didn't have. And we can explore more of the City of Glass on the way!" Ashley replied, glancing hopefully at their Kelpie friend.

Viriz} Forest Spirit

Viriz and Lucy had spent the past couple of weeks together in Bush Hollow and had become quite good friends. During this time they’d learnt many things about one another including what each of their lives were like back in society.
-
Viriz was slouching lazily on one the sofas in the lobby room of the hotel the two had been living in while in Bush Hollow. Bored, he twiddled his thumbs and blew air upwards, causing the strands of his hair, which fell in front of his head, to lift up and then fall back into place.
Eventually, he came up with something to pass the time.
“Hey Lucy, why don’t we go for a little walk? We haven’t got much else to do right now and I’m pretty bored,” the green haired spirit suggested, while stretching his arms.

Luchter Siegcador & Tiki - Draconic Demons

Tiki gaped in shock. Her chest tightened and it felt as if it was struck by thousands of arrows. Her throat felt dry and her eyes started to water. She tried to maintain her composure but her mind started playing events of her earlier failures. She had trained zealously to improve her strength and studied how different assets in the battlefield could affect her. Yet, she always lost to her classmates. Her opponents would always comfort her and motivate her to not give up but Luchter was different. It was her first time to hear someone point it out so bluntly.

Weak and useless, weak and useless, weak and useless… The words kept repeating in Tiki’s mind. She felt like crying right at that moment but something held her back. Something that was burning in her mind, causing her face to heat up. She soon realized it was anger, though she was not sure if she was frustrated over herself or Luchter. Nevertheless, she wanted to shout, scream, whatever she could do to let off her steam.

“YOU CRUEL PRINCE!” she shouted, a fiery aura shrouding her. “YOU SAID YOU HAD FOUGHT PEOPLE TWICE YOUR STRENGTH. OF COURSE I’LL BE A WEAK OPPONENT FOR YOU! IT’S YOUR FAULT FOR WANTING TO BATTLE ME IN THE FIRST PLACE! OR IS THAT WHAT YOU WANT, BEAT ME AND THEN SPIT THOSE BRUTAL WORDS JUST TO SEE ME CRY?!” Without thinking, Tiki inhaled sharply and breathed out a dragon-shaped fire. Luchter held out his hand against it, blocking the flame from advancing. His action spurred Tiki to empower her attack. She charged two fireballs in each of her hands before unleashing a huge fire stream with all her might. Luchter simply blocked it just as he did with her breath attack but then, he saw flickers of pale purple flames. Before he knew it, a stream of periwinkle flames surged in his direction. Instead of dodging, he created a wall of fire. It did not penetrated his defense but its force was powerful enough to push him back. When the assault stopped, he dissolved the wall into fire particles to see Tiki’s shocked expression. She did not react even when he approached her, only managing to stutter when he crouched to her height.

“It seems that my little plan worked,” Luchter said, smiling as he patted Tiki’s head. “You did well, Tiki.”

Tiki blinked her eyes several times, processing Luchter’s words but her mind was clouded with the flame she had just unleashed. “What was that? Did I do that?” she managed to whisper.

“Yes, it was your doing,” Luchter confirmed. “Do you know what that flame is?”

“No, it’s my first time seeing that strange colored flame.”

“That was the Spirit Flame, the fire that burns within every demon as their soul. It was once wielded by the First King,” Luchter explained briefly, “Does it ring any bells?”

Tiki’s gaze fell to her shoes, her finger tapping her chin as she recalled any similar terms. She remembered there was a book she loved to read when she was younger. It narrated many legends in Helldomain in a way youngsters would understand easily. Her favorite was the part where the king’s faithful attendant saved him from a major war in which afterwards, said attendant was given the power to quell the conflict. The power was dubbed the Spirit Flame.

“Okay, now deep breaths and don’t freak out,” Luchter suddenly spoke up once he saw Tiki’s eyes widening in realization.

“But why would I be chosen?” she asked, her emerald eyes infested with fear, “You said it yourself; I’m weak.”

“Right, that.” Luchter rubbed his nape, seemingly abashed. “I apologize for every cruel words I uttered. I did not mean any of them.”

“What? Are you apologizing because you didn’t expect me to have whatever this flame is supposed to be?” Tiki seethed, flickers of fire surrounding her.

“Let me explain from the beginning. I have been searching for the Wielder ever since the Lost Invasion ended. You are amongst many young demons I suspected to be the one. In other words, I came here with a mere speculation, no assurance at all. However, when I patted your shoulder earlier, I felt it. I knew I only had to awaken it. That is why I requested a battle with you. I thought physical strain would arouse it but you did not surrender so easily. Ultimately, I decided to hurt you emotionally and I succeeded.”

Luchter paused, letting his words sinked into the young demon’s mind. “Listen, Tiki. You have the rights not to believe me but I will say this: you are not weak. You have a strong potential. With the right guidance and from your own perseverance, I have no doubt you will be a force to be reckoned with.”

Tiki looked him in the eye, staring daggers into Luchter’s wine red eyes. The pain still lingered in her heart and yet, she found his words sincere. However, the other half of her mind told her it was simply because Luchter could control his expressions and emotions well.

No, he’s not lying. I can tell...somehow.

“So, am I forgiven?” Luchter asked, halting Tiki’s train of thoughts.

“Perhaps. It still hurts, you know,” Tiki replied, pouting. Luchter chuckled lightly and ruffled her hair before standing up.

“Take your time then.” Luchter walked over to where Ayaka was. Halfway, he turned to the green-haired demon, smiling. “You can come along if you want. I need your consent for this proposal, after all.”

“For a second, it sounded like you want to marry Miss Ayaka,” Tiki jested, grinning mischievously.

“Kid, I’m married and I have a son,” Luchter said matter-of-factly.

“Really? How old is he?”

“He is only three. Maybe I will introduce you two someday. He would be ecstatic.”

“Unlike his dad.”

“Hey, who gave you the right to determine my personality in our first meeting?”

“You just have that princely air around you even though you’ve been trying to be casual this whole time.”

“Heh, I guess you’re right.”

The two soon came face-to-face with Ayaka. Luchter took a deep breath, briefly rehearsing his request mentally. “Miss Ayaka, I thank you for your cooperation. Without your consent, I would have not been able to awaken Tiki’s true strength. Now, if I may ask more from you, I would like to take Tiki under my wings.”

“You mean you’ll be my mentor?” Tiki piped in.

“Yes but ideally, I want you to come with me to where I live. With the situation as it is, I do not think I can leave the palace often. That is if you agree.”

✧ Kiyoshi ~ Dragon Spirit ✧

Kiyoshi

((In the middle of the night before eclipse))

The palace was fast asleep with the exception of several individuals. Kiyoshi was one of them. His encounter with a projection of his father earlier that evening prevented him from resting. He took long hours thinking about life choices and consequences.

It seems as if I haven’t learned at all over the years, the dragon thought. To give into temptation is just adding to my sins. I’ve no chance at peace in the end.

He extended his mind outwards in search of a specific other. Can you hear my thoughts?

Almost immediately, a feminine voice clicked into his mind. As clearly as you can yourself, brother.

I hope you can forgive me then, Kazue, the white dragon spirit thought back.

I wouldn’t say forgive, but I’d let you off the hook, the other sword-bound spirit answered. Do it for Satoru. If you can find him, then I’ll partially forgive.

Hmph, very well. You know what may happen when all three of us know each other’s location.

Don’t tell him then. Just find him for me.

And if this goes wrong?

Kiyoshi, aren’t you being quite the skeptist today.

No, I just want to build some more confidence before I break it all again.

Haha, very funny, if things go wrong, you know you’ll have to depend on your wielder to bring things back to order. Only she can return you to your sword. Whether you believe she can is up to you.

There goes all my faith in this world.

Wonderful. But Kiyoshi, if things don’t go as planned, trigger my resurrection. Can I count on you?

No.

I’m being serious this time. This is a favor I’m asking of you, not as another miserable dragon undergoing eternal punishment, but as a sibling.

Still, no. I can’t endanger my beloved sister, the white dragon spirit answered sarcastically. Woe betide us if I do so. Dear Kazue, I believe everything has been settled now. Farewell.

He then closed off his mind from the other and reached out for another. I’ve changed my mind. Do it when you please.

He soon received a response, Looks like you’ve come to your senses, son.

However you like to look at it, the Divine Light’s spirit answered before abruptly closing the thought channel.

Kiyoshi remained still and silent in the closet of his wielder’s room, listening to the quiet night.

He vividly recalled Hikaru’s words earlier.

-flashback to earlier that day-

Kiyoshi, Hikaru thought to the white dragon spirit, tapping on his blade.
What is it, Miss Hikaru? He said through a yawn, having just aroused from a nap.
Did that burst of energy come from you? The werewolf halfblood queried, I thought I felt something that was similar to your aura…
I’m afraid it wasn't me, as I had been resting, Kiyoshi replied.
Hm, I’m sure I felt something like your aura. The blonde mused. Was it just my imagination?
Perhaps, The dragon answered lightheartedly. Trust your instincts and decide if it was real or imaginary. Chances are, you won't be wrong.
Alright. Thank you, Kiyo, she thanked.
Always at your service, he answered.

-flashback end-

Kiyoshi heaved a long sigh. A similar energy. She must have encountered another dragon. Then not all hope is lost. It must explain why he even bothered suggesting a revival. High ranking supernaturals outside of their realms, found. I should hope for them to help Miss Hikaru when the time comes. As of now, I should give myself as much rest as possible.

Lucy - Fairy
Viriz and Lucy had spent the past couple of weeks together in Bush Hollow and had become quite good friends. During this time they’d learnt many things about one another including what each of their lives were like back in society.
-
Viriz was resting on one of the sofas in the lobby, while Lucy was reading a book in front of the window.  “Hey Lucy, why don’t we go for a little walk? We haven’t got much else to do right now and I’m pretty bored,” the green haired spirit suggested, while stretching his arms.
"Sounds good to me." The fairy answered, and put the book down, marking the page where she was, with a piece of paper. Not that it was too important, since it was the 5th time she's been reading it.
Lucy put on her jacket and gloves. It wasn't necessarily cold outside, but she liked keeping her powers hidden, even if they weren't visible. "I'm readyyy. Let'go!"

Ace Esper

[Ace]

(Before the Eclipse)

Breaktime had finished and all the children were heading back to their classes. When Ace arrived outside his class he noticed that Miss Ayaka wasn’t inside.

“It’s not like Miss Ayaka to be late, I wonder where she could be?” Ace muttered, “Maybe Natsu and Tiki might know where she is.”

The young vampire looked around the corridor for his friends, but only saw Natsu stood among his other classmates. Tiki was also missing.

Tiki isn’t here either? But I just saw her by the benches at break, where is she? Ace pondered. Perhaps they’re together.

Unexpectedly, Ace felt a sudden surge of energy coming from the sports field.

What was that?! It came from someone powerful...Miss Ayaka? No, it doesn’t feel like her energy...then, who could it be? Ace thought to himself. The white haired vampire made his way over to Natsu, grabbing his pink haired friend by the wrist before placing a finger on his lips, gesturing for him to stay silent. When none of the other kids were looking, Ace darted off, pulling Natsu along with him.

“Come on, something is happening at the sports field,” Ace explained.

When they arrived, they hid behind one of the several cabins and looked over at what was going on. They spotted four figures. Two of them were Miss Ayaka and Tiki, the other two were strangers, both had blond hair.

“Here they are, I wonder whose with them? Why is Tiki fighting one of them? I wanna help, but Miss Ayaka is there so I’m sure there’s an explanation.” Ace said. “Let’s just observe for now.”

The two young boys watched as Tiki battled it out with the stranger, but her attacks were futile. He shrugged off each of her attacks as though they were nothing. She was outclassed.

“This is h.ard to watch. I feel sorry for Tiki. Why is she being made to fight when she’s clearly no match?” Ace commented. After some of the dust and smoke from their attacks cleared, Ace got a better look at Tiki’s opponent, his eyes widened and his body trembled, “wait a second, isn’t that...the prince of Helldomain?! What’s he doing here?”

Just when it seemed like Tiki had already had enough, the prince insulted the young draconic demon. It seemingly served as the spark that would ignite the flame in Tiki, for it was the first time Ace had witnessed Tiki’s true anger. In a rage, she let out a fury of attacks, only this time the colour of her flame had changed from regular fire to periwinkle colour. Surprisingly, her attacks now seemed to have an effect on the prince, who was now being pushed back.

Ace stared in shock, “Who knew Tiki had this much raw power inside of her? I don’t think even I would want to deal with that,” the young vampire admitted, impressed by Tiki’s display of power.

[Miss Ayaka]

Miss Ayaka endured watching most of Tiki’s battle with the prince, it was painful to see her try so hard only for her efforts to end in vain. She was not particularly fond of the idea of having Tiki battle the prince, but she was certain that he had his reasons so allowed it to continue for now.

What does he hope to achieve from battling against Tiki? Because right now, all that this battle is doing is demoralizing Tiki, Miss Akaya mused.

Midway through their battle, they paused. Luchter looked down on Tiki and mocked her, upsetting her.

“That’s crossing the line, i’ve had enough! I will not allow you to…” Miss Ayaka said in Tiki’s defense, but before she could finish her sentence she felt a malicious energy erupt from Tiki. “Tiki?”

“YOU CRUEL PRINCE!” the young demon shouted, a fiery aura shrouding her. It did not penetrate his defense but its force was powerful enough to push him back.

“Where did all this power come from?” Miss Ayaka questioned.

When the assault stopped, Luchter dissolved the wall into fire particles to see Tiki’s shocked expression. She did not react even when he approached her, only managing to stutter when he crouched to her height.

“It seems that my little plan worked,” Luchter said, smiling as he patted Tiki’s head. “You did well, Tiki.”

I see, so he was only trying to provoke her, Miss Ayaka realized.

Miss Ayaka’s eyes widened, “When I first found Tiki, I felt a greater potential within her. But I didn’t expect it to be the spirit flame.” she muttered.

“Tiki!” Miss Ayaka exclaimed in embarrassment, biting her lip. “I’m sure he already has a wonderful wife,” she said, looking over at Aki and nodding.

“Wait, what?! You want to take her to live with you. But she- she’s my daughter, I can't possibly let her go,” the teacher responded, getting ahold of Tiki’s shoulders.

(I’m assuming Tiki doesn’t know Ayaka isn’t her real mother, ?)

Luchter Siegcador & Tiki - Draconic Demons

Luchter nodded understandingly. “I see. Forgive me for my presumptuous request, I should have taken your feelings into consideration. In that case, I will visit from time to time.”

By that, I mean I hope I could spare some time. Luchter added to himself. His workload was increasing as days passed due to the growing instability in Helldomain to the point that he barely even had time for his personal life. He knew that once his duty as the Guardian started, he would have to set his family aside even further. Nevertheless, he felt guilty, especially towards Morgan. The young demon was in the age where he needed attention and care the most and yet…

“Sir Luchter, what if I visit your place instead? It’ll make it easier for you, won’t it?” Tiki suggested, looking up at the older demon.

“There is no need. This school is quite far from Helldomain’s Central City and subsequently the royal palace. I do not wish to cause you inconvenience,” Luchter declined.

“But you’re much more busy than me. Besides, I can zip right to your castle with my demon form. I’d also get to know more about the royals. It’s a win-win,” Tiki persuaded, smiling brightly.

“I suppose it benefits the two of us,” Luchter conceded, heaving a sigh. “Your opinion, Miss Ayaka?” he asked to the mage.

((I know you are waiting for me, i did not forget, I just prefer to have both of my characters in one post and not having the two time lines they are in getting to spread apart (ie. Rukath is in the middle of the day and Dirmir is all the way into the middle of the night))

Dimir chuckled at the situation that the two had found themselves in, finding the close call to be humerous but she was glad both made it out safe. Dirmir watched the interaction between siblings, she never had one and was slightly jealous of the banter between two people who had grown up with one another however, she did not let this show. Dirmir watched happily with her hands in her front pockets of her loose pants, she was not one for dresses and skirts, got in the way to much.

When the attention returned to her Dirmir smiled and nodded to the request of visiting a few more stalls for stones and then exploring the City of Glass, "I know of a few attention draws around here once we got all your stones" she told the two siblings before waving for them to follow her to the next few stalls.

Ashley had just purchased the last of her stones from a somewhat grumpy Kappa before Dimir suggested a few attractions. "That sounds great! I just got the last of the energy stabilizing crystals I need. Master Ichiro will be happy with these." The fairy told the Kelpie, her wings fluttering excitedly as Gem chirped in her shirt pocket, full from all the nut clusters that . Silvius laughed, smiling at his sister. "Sounds good to me. Mom said we could spend the whole day in the Helldomain. She was only going to be an hour with her current client to deliver the strawberry roan, then she was going to scout some of the wealthy families for new clients. Who knows? We might even run into a Noble if we're lucky! Mom says she's been trying to get them as her clients for years but they mostly stick to themselves." Silvius mused, glancing between his excited sister, her teacup dragon and the fairy. He knew she wanted to explore and her gems were in her pack. She was going to make sure they went back to Mr Lundo's stall again for food. Knowing Ashley, she'd drag their parents along later. His food was amazing! Ashley really did have a talent for making friends.

Audrey Chevalier - Vampire

Audrey and Rukath quickly made their way to the portal that would take the two back to the Platform in the Mainlands. She gave Rukath a subtle sideways glance before focusing on their original task, recollecting her composure.

“I slightly fear what the truth will bring, if I had to be honest,” she commented, exiting the platform area and onto the pathway that led to the Headmaster’s office.

The vampire walked down the stone path that led to a somewhat secluded portal that branched off the main path that would normally lead to the Market. She looked a little off to the side and down below, observing the clouds that shrouded anything that laid below the Domain. For a moment, she thought about how life was like back in the Society. As she and Rukath approached the portal to the Headmaster’s office, she paused briefly before entering with Rukath following right beside her.

Audrey looked up at Rukath as they stood in front of the Headmaster’s door before looking straight again. She took a deep breath before she knocked twice.

“Come in”, she heard he Headmaster say before pushing the door open and holding it out for Rukath to enter as well.

The vampire bowed down politely before taking one of the two seats that were facing across from the Headmaster. She looked at Rukath and tilted her head for him to take a seat next to her.

“Hello, Audrey and Rukath, if I’m not mistaken? The newest group of citizens of the Domain if my memory is not failing me. How can I help you two today?” the Headmaster greeted with a lighthearted smile.

“Ah, well I came here with a simple question regarding something that may hold some sort of importance, at least in my unique situation. Do you know who previously lived in my current residence before I arrived in the Domain?” Audrey asked.

“Hm, what an interesting question. I’ll need to check my files to answer that question. One moment, please”, the Headmaster replied before turning around and started scanning the rows of files behind him.

Audrey looked down at the book that she held in her hands, slightly nervous and pulled on the piece of paper containing the note so that she could only get a glimpse of the writing on it. Her attention was recalled to the Headmaster when he turned back to her.

“Looks like I have your answer right here,” he said, placing a single file on his desk before looking up at her and Rukath. “Go ahead, you can open it.”

Audrey blinked twice, looked at the file sitting in front of her, to Rukath who also looked at the file, and back at it. She pressed her lips tightly together before flipping open the front page of the file, showing the face of a young silver haired girl with pale blue eyes and seemed a bit lacking of expression. Audrey’s eyes moved to the name and read Skylar E. Krymark who happened to be a Pureblood Vampire.

This is the woman whose property I had accidentally trespassed, isn’t she? How did she go from living in my current dwelling to that private island that tall redhead had access to? Something here seems a bit odd, Audrey began to think, trying to piece together why the book was in the house of this woman. She wasn’t exactly sure as to why, but at least she knew the woman’s name now.

Rukath-Manakete

He followed Audrey as they made their way through the forest and then through the portals that brought them to the mainland. He shrugged at her comment at being fearful of what they might find out "the truth will be as it is and we will deal with the truth as we learn about it" he replied, giving her a reassuring smile before taking a place beside her as they walked down a separate path that lead to the Headmaster's office.

They made their way through a lonely portal that lead straight to a large wooden door that was the only thing separating them and the man with all the answers. Audrey knocked upon the door and Headmaster beckoned them forth.

Rukath bowed lightly in respect to the man as he entered. Rukath took Audrey's cue and sat in the open chair that was beside her. Rukath nodded to the Headmaster in affirmance to what he was saying. Audrey asked the man who lived in her dwelling prior to her and after a short while of file searching, the Headmaster produced a folder.

Rukath had noticed that Audrey had the book and note in her hand as she flipped open the folder to reveal who had lived in her dwelling before her. "Huh" Rukath said lightly to himself, isn't that the women that Audrey confronted in the candy shop? Rukath asked himself before looking to Audrey, remembering how she wanted to impress this pureblood, maybe if we figure this book out and return it to this H, that might impress the Krymark? he thought to himself.

Rukath waited to see if Audrey had any more questions or if she want to show the headmaster the book or note.

((Sorry, had a bad day and did not feel like posting more than one character at that moment))

Dirmir shook her head at the mention of running into any nobles, "not likely, nobles don't tend to go through the places we will be heading" Dirmir stated waving the two to follow her. "First place is a little ways out of the city so you're gonna have to jog" Dirmir told them.

Dirmir took off at a jog down a path that led them out of the city, it would be faster for her to shift into her mare form but she did not want to leave the fairy and kitsune behind.

~Skip forward 10-20 minutes~

Dirmir stopped at the large boulder that had a crack only as wide as a human turned sideways and waited for her two friends.

Ashley rolled her eyes when Dimir said they weren't likely to meet any nobles. So did Silvius actually. He was the only one who would have to jog, but Ashley would be able to use her wings to keep up. "No problem for me. I can use my wings." She told Dimir as the kelpie took off. Silvius shifted to his white Kitsune form, three of his four tails waving. "I can keep up no problem. I'll shadow jump there." He told them, following by stepping into a shadow and popping up beside Dimir and her rock. All he had to do was follow her scent. She smelled like cattail plants and a freshwater lake. Easy enough scent to track for a Kitsune. Ashley landed shortly before he pulled himself out of the shadow of the rock. "OK, how is it you beat me every time we do something like this?" Silvius asked his little sister, earning a grin from the glass winged fairy. She fluttered her wings in response. "Nature magic. I created my own tailwind. It's a basic fairy trick Mom taught me." She teased, Gem poking her head out of her chest pocket with a chirp at the two siblings and their kelpie friend. "So what is this place?" Ashley asked, looking around where Dimir had brought them, the fairy memorizing any landmarks she could find

Ayaka

“I see. Forgive me for my presumptuous request, I should have taken your feelings into consideration. In that case, I will visit from time to time.” The prince of Demons apologized.

Miss Ayaka considered the idea, but Tiki’s safety was her first priority. The downside was that Tiki would have to cross Helldomain on her own. She may believe that she’d be able to ‘zip’ right there, but she’s still young and naive, she hasn’t seen what demons are capable of. Demons are among the most hostile supernaturals, even towards their own. The more Ayaka thought about it, the more she began to realize how Tiki staying with her would only do more harm than good. After learning that Tiki was the wielder of the spirit flame, her mind changed. She knew how significant the wielder is to the survival of the demon race, especially after the events of the Lost Invasion. It soon occurred to her that in fact she was the one being inconsiderate. As heart breaking as it would be to let go of Tiki, she had to do it for the greater good.

“Actually, Prince Luchter, I’ve reconsidered. I will allow you to take Tiki to live in the palace,” said Miss Ayaka without explaining, not wanting to reveal to Tiki how her entire race’s survival rested on her shoulders.

The mage crouched down and placed both her hands on Tiki’s shoulders, “Tiki, I just want you to know, that no matter where you are, or who you’re with, or whatever situation you may be in, that I will always be there for you,” she then pulled the young draconic demon towards her and embraced her. “Farewell, my beautiful daughter.”

Luchter & Tiki - Draconic Demons

Tiki and Luchter widened their eyes when Ayaka unexpectedly agreed to the latter’s initial request. Luchter immediately felt a slight pang of guilt for separating the two, especially as Tiki was so young but his resolve unwavered. He watched as Ayaka crouched to Tiki’s height and hugged her, uttering her farewell words.
“I know, Mom. I’ll be strong,” Tiki replied, dropping the formality. She basked in Ayaka’s warmth before eventually pulling away, a bright grin plastered on her face. “And don’t worry, Mom. I’ll be sure to visit from time to time so you won’t get lonely.”
Luchter placed a hand on Tiki’s shoulder, earning the young girl’s attention. “You should finish your remaining classes. Afterwards, pack up your important belongings. The essentials will be provided in the palace, therefore you won’t have to bring much. Also, since you will occasionally return home, put that into consideration while packing.”
“Roger, Sir!” Tiki exclaimed spiritedly, giving the prince a salute. She ran off towards the nearest door to the building. As she jogged, she mulled over what had happened. She felt excited for a chance of experiencing something rare, one she doubted people could ever encounter. Living with the royals of Helldomain, training under the demon prince, learning more about her new powers; merely the thought made her heart beat faster. At the same time, however, she would seldom see her mother, Ace, and Natsu. Even though she would visit sometimes, the thought of spending less time with them hurt.
“That makes me wonder,” Tiki muttered, “Why does Sir Luchter insist on training me? He can’t be the only demon who knows about the flame, right? And then there’s the fact that he was searching for me, the Wielder. Why’s that?”
Tiki started slowing down but she stopped when she noticed figures hiding behind a cabin. She initially thought it was her imagination until she caught a glimpse of pink. Raising her brow, she approached the cabin. To her surprise, Ace and Natsu were there.
“What the- What are you two doing here?” the young halfblood asked, eyes wide. “Wait, don’t tell me you’ve been watching,” she ventured, heat rushing to her face.
-
Once Tiki left, Luchter turned to Ayaka, smiling gratefully. “You have my heartfelt gratitude, Miss Ayaka. I proposed a difficult request but you were willing to accept it. I’m really thankful.”
Just as he was finished, Luchter heard Tiki speaking to someone. He turned to where she was, spotting a silver-haired boy and a pink-haired boy apparently hiding behind a cabin.
“It seems that we have some onlookers,” Luchter remarked.

Valentine's Day Special~

(Before the RP takes place)

“Lady Elise, time to wake up.”
Elise groaned, covering her face with her blanket in refusal. She ignored the constant rapping of the door, hoping they would give up and leave her be. When the knocking stopped, she breathed a sigh of relief and let herself fall into a peaceful slumber. However, her blanket was suddenly yanked away. She gasped in surprise and reflexively opened her eyes. She saw Jakob standing near her bed with an irritating smirk adorning his face.

“Rise and shine, Young Lady. You would not want to be late for breakfast,” the silver-haired demon said as he started to fold Elise’s blanket.

“The sun’s not even up, Uncle,” Elise protested, closing her eyes again. She curled her small body into a ball, hugging her knees close to her chest.

“It has. Now please, don’t make this anymore difficult.” With a pout, Elise reluctantly sat up. She turned to her bedside table to see the time. To her surprise, there was a bouquet of gardenia flowers and a pink heart-shaped box. She carefully took the box and opened it. There was several truffles, each decorated with a small heart-shaped icing on top of it.

“Uncle, did you give me this?” Elise asked, voice hushed.

“I did not but I also received a similar gift when I woke up. Whoever gave it left their name anonymous,” Jakob told, smiling, “Regardless, it is heartwarming, is it not?”

Elise didn’t answer. Instead, she smiled and squealed in joy.

“Thank you for your assistance, Barok. I don’t think I could have finished this without your help,” Lintan uttered as she cleaned up her desk, smiling sincerely to her brother-in-law.

“I am glad to be of assistance,” Barok replied, bowing lightly.

“Still, I’m sorry that I woke you up so early in the morning. I know you must be tired,” Lintan said regretfully.

“No, I should be thanking you, Milady. Thanks to you, I had the chance to privately enjoy my gift.”

“A gift? What’s the occasion?”

Barok remained silent for a brief moment. A small smile formed from his usually flat lips and his gaze softened. “I think you will see for yourself once you return to your room.”

Lintan raised her brow in confusion, both by Barok’s reply and his shift of countenance. “Alright, I guess? I’ll return then,” Lintan said, gathering few of her belongings. She gave the male demon a small wave before leaving to her room. It was just a few turns away from her study, therefore it didn’t take her long to arrive there.

As soon as Lintan reached her room, she silently opened the door and entered, eyes searching for anything unfamiliar. Her gaze landed on her bedside table. She approached it and her eyes slowly widened. There were a bouquet of blue hydrangea flowers and a few heart-shaped macarons piled on an intricate plate. She admired how neatly made the dessert was as she took the flowers and caressed the petals. She glanced to Xander’s bedside table, finding that it was empty. She had reckoned that Xander had to be the one who gave her the gifts but the choice of flower indicated otherwise.

“I wonder,” Lintan muttered, smiling brightly.

Luchter gingerly placed a rose bouquet on Aki’s bedside table. Then, he put a small pan of apple rose tart beside it. He stepped away to briefly admire his work, somewhat proud of his doing.

It’s a good thing I wasn’t so tired yesterday, Luchter thought. He turned to Aki who was still sleeping peacefully. He smiled, leaned in, and lightly kissed her temple.

“Happy Valentine’s Day, Aki,” he muttered before pulling away. Silently, the prince left his room. He took out a scroll of paper from his belt, skimming through his handwriting.

“Jakob, Elise, Uncle Barok, Aunt Metis, Boey, Zoey, Aki, and Mother,” he muttered, “All’s left is Father’s.” The blonde-haired demon tucked his scroll away and quickly walked towards the kitchen.

The day before, after he had finished his work, Luchter decided to make that year’s Valentine’s Day special. He had been busy in the past years, sparing him no time for the occasion. That year was different. Helldomain had regained more stability, easing his workload even though it was only by a slight. Thus, he carried out his plan. He started at dawn when he knew the whole palace was asleep and finished before the sun rose. Then, he silently placed each gifts on the receiver’s bedside table, thankful that none of them seemingly woken up.

So far, at least. I hope that both Mother and Father are still asleep, Luchter mentally wished.

Luchter soon arrived at the kitchen. To his surprise, Xander was there with his back turned, sipping a glass of water. The shock elicited an involuntary gasp from the prince, exposing his presence to the king. Xander turned to him, smiling while arching his brow.

“Ah, morning, Luchter. You seem to be overly early today,” Xander greeted.

“I was only going to get some water,” Luchter reasoned, grateful that he had not dressed up for the day.

“Is that so? Seems to me that you have been awake for a long time,” Xander said as he deliberately shifted his gaze to the counter beside him. There sat a small round cake decorated with butterflies and rose icing as well as a chrysanthemum bouquet.

“That’s… Uhm…” Luchter nervously fidgeted his fingers, averting his gaze. “How long have you been awake, Father?”

“Since you started wrapping,” Xander answered casually, “I didn’t dare interrupt you. You seemed to be so absorbed.”

“Oh gods,” Luchter mumbled, covering half of his face in embarrassment.

“So, a cake for me, huh,” Xander remarked, glancing at the round dessert, “I noticed that you made different desserts in accordance to the recipient’s preference. I’m curious, is there any particular reason why you want to give me a cake?”

“Well, you once told me that when you were a child, Grandmother would bake you a cake every so often. I tried searching for any cake matching your description but I found none. So, I decided to try making it myself,” Luchter explained, smiling sheepishly, “I don’t know if the taste is similar but I hope you’d like it.”

Xander chuckled heartily as his gaze softened. He walked over to Luchter and pulled him into a hug, affectionately rubbing his back.

“Thank you, Luchter, truly,” Xander whispered, a quiet sniffle escaping his lips, shoulders shaking. Luchter would have never thought he would see his father cry yet there he was, listening to him weep as they hugged. The sound brought tears to the prince’s eyes and he let himself cry as well.

“I love you, Father,” Luchter muttered, voice thick with tears.

“I love you too, Son.”

The Twins

(Gonna change Silver’s name to Silva, hope it’s not too much of an issue.))

After they returned from mainland, Silva and Sapphire made their way back to an old abandoned ruin in the middle of a lake that they’d made their home.

“Didn’t Arroyo say he was going to come visit us today?” Asked Sapphire.

“I’m pretty sure he did, eh, knowing that old geezer he’s probably already waiting for us,” Silva remarked, placing both of his hand on the back of his head coolly.

“I actually admire his punctuality, at least he doesn’t keep people waiting...unlike some people,” Sapphire responded.

“Yeah, I hate ‘some people’,” Silva retorted.

“Really?”

“Let’s just cross this lake already.”

Just as the two of them had transformed into their serpent forms to cross the lake, Silva heard something swimming towards them at supersonic speeds.

“What’s that?!” the male twin exclaimed.

“Umm...Are those Sirens?” Sapphire questioned.

Skylar Krymark - Pureblood Vampire

“Ebabon is very nice to meet you, and it’s alright. They, who I was with are strong ones, I’m certain they can take care of themselves, no matter where they might be…” Skylar replied, her voice faltering with uncertainty towards the end of her remark.

Do not fret, Miss, Aurelion reminded.

Skylar took a deep breath as Ebalon gingerly held out his hand for her to take to the kingdom that he’d mentioned. Deep down she was fearful, and deep down she didn’t want any more losses in her life. Although she’d potentially lost Jasper and Rose, she refused to return to the Domain empty handed.

Alright.

Skylar took Ebalon’s hand, ready for whatever disaster or miracle it may bring. With a touch of a hand, all her memories began to replay and it was far, far too late to stop herself.

-

She looked at a stranger, a fellow newcomer to the Domain.

She looked at him sitting in the little cafe happily eating his sushi. His young, handsome face smiling past the window pane.

She looked at him as they stood together at the top of the Great Cliffs, the wind strong, the sun shining.

She looked at him as if he were the only love that had ever existed in her life. How she held onto him tightly as he maneuvered them using those small devices of his.

She looked at him as he trained. The awe...he was beyond imaginable.

She looked at him as he held her close, the intense look in his eyes could never be erased from her mind.

She looked at him as temptation got the best of him. Supposedly he wasn’t interested in her after all, and stand by the sidelines she did.

She looked at him as he saw her battle those other girls to the ground, unable to accept that she wasn’t considered adequate in his eyes as a lover.

She looked at him as anger flared through his eyes, the destructive demeanor radiating as he could’ve executed her in an instant.

She looked at him as he apologized in realization that all along, her feelings for him persevered.

She looked at him as she held his face in her hands, telling him that she forgave him, and swore to love him right.

She looked at him when the world seemed to fall apart, when thunder tore the atmosphere, making room for lightning to scorch the ground.

She looked at him when the Domain was invaded by spirits of evil, fighting by his side.

She looked at him when they’ve achieved victory over evil, restoring peace to the Domain.

She looked at him when they made their vows.

She looked at him when he sacrificed himself to protect the Domain from his own father.

She stopped looking a long time ago now.

-

Zero, come back. I miss you, she thought.

[Ace]

Once Tiki had seemingly finished her battle with Luchter she began walking back to the main building, but she stopped along the way when she noticed that Ace and Natsu had been watching the entire time from behind the cabin.

“What the- What are you two doing here?” the young halfblood asked, eyes wide. “Wait, don’t tell me you’ve been watching,” she ventured, heat rushing to her face.

Ace gave the girl a thumbs up, ignoring the demon’s question and went on to congratulate the her.

“Tiki that was so awesome!” The vampire exclaimed, “And to think this whole time you’ve been holding back, even then, I could never have imagined that you’d have that much power!”

Ace then shrugged, “Oh yea, what did that man over there want from you anyway?”

((I feel like I’m blind, I can’t find what Ace is doing in current time))

[Ayaka]

Once Tiki left, Luchter turned to Ayaka, smiling gratefully. “You have my heartfelt gratitude, Miss Ayaka. I proposed a difficult request but you were willing to accept it. I’m really thankful.”

Miss Ayaka responded with a nod, smiling gently afterwards.

The prince then appeared to notice Tiki speaking to someone.

“It seems that we have some onlookers,” he remarked.

“So it does,” The mage replied. “Those two are Tiki’s best friends, I wonder how she’ll cope without seeing them too often.”

[Ebalon]

“Ebalon it’s very nice to meet you, and it’s alright. They, who I was with are strong ones, I’m certain they can take care of themselves, no matter where they might be…” Skylar replied, her voice faltering with uncertainty towards the end of her remark.

“I see,” Ebalon muttered, “let’s hope.”

Skyler then took Ebalon’s hand, Ebalon nodded.

“Let us go, we can further discuss the situation affecting your realm once we’re in the safety of my kingdom.”

Ebalon opened a portal and took Skylar in with him. They arrived at the entrance of a giant marble castle. The door alone was roughly half the size of the great tower in the Domain.

“Come inside, Skylar, I shall get you something to eat,” he gestured for the young woman to follow him. As he approached the doors to the castle they opened automatically.

[Sakura]

In the room of spirit and time, Kiana was training Sakura just as she’d trained Zero seven years earlier. It’d been a few weeks now and Sakura was beginning to learn how to summon her energy and use it to attack.

“You’re getting good at the Sakura, but you seem like your getting tired,” Kiana commented.

“No, I can still fight!” Sakura replied, panting.

“Very well,” Kiana said in disbelief, swiftly running towards Sakura.

Sakura leaped back, firing several energy bullets to create distance between them.

The girl’s mother smirked, using her sword to skillfully deflect each bullet and ending the battle by holding her sword just in front of Sakura’s throat.

Sakura was speechless, even after all that training, she couldn’t land a single strike onto her mother.

“I think that’s enough for today,” Kiana decided, resting her sword on her shoulder.

Mizuko and Viriz

Mizuko} Siren

Mizuko swam away from the Siren Kingdom at torpedo-like speeds, trying to get as far away as possible so that she could focus and plan her next move to sabotage her arranged marriage. However her four elder sisters, Zonia, Nila, Souri and Meghna chased after her before she could do anything reckless.

Along the way, Mizuko found her path obstructed by two sea serpents.

“Move aside serpents! I don’t have time to waste!” Mizuko demanded.

Viriz} Forest Spirit

"I'm readyyy. Let'go!" Lucy exclaimed.

“Well someone seems eager,” Viriz remarked, getting up off his seat and putting on his cap.

The forest spirit opened the door and gestured for Lucy to step outside, “After you.”

Skylar Krymark/ Audrey Chevalier - Pureblood/ Vampire
(To speed things up, I'll take control of Ebalon for a moment)
Ebalon then took Skylar to the kingdom that he'd spoken about. It was a grand marble castle with a ceiling that dwarfed even the fully armed guards and the inhabitants that gathered around. The vampire marveled at the beauty for a moment before redirecting her attention to the reason she was there. She nodded as Ebalon gestured for her to follow him as they passed through the enormous doors.
"It's alright, I'm more worried than hungry really." Skylar said quietly as her head turned towards the walls to look at the beautifully made sculptures that resembled great warriors.
"Very well then. Please proceed to the platform where it will take us to a place where we can discuss certain matters," Ebalon replied with a gentle smile, holding out a hand towards a glowing raised circular area.
Skylar took a deep breath before stepping on the platform. Ebalon followed her, and she heard a quiet rumble beneath her feet before the platform begain to raise the two through a closed glass tube. She looked out to the kingdom through the glass, and it seemed as if the ground had disappeared at such heights. The platform slowed to a stop, and the two got off. Ebalon had brought her to a room that looked somewhat like an office, with a tidy desk and two chairs on opposite sides.
"Feel free to take a seat, Skylar" Ebalon said before sitting down at the armchair behind the desk.
-
Audrey pursed her lips for a brief moment, thinking if she was permitted to ask about further details about this Skylar. The vampire decided it would be most courteous not to do so, when the Headmaster suddenly spoke up.
"My apologies if this might seem abrupt, but I must ask you two a question that could be very important, given the Domain's current state. Had there be any instances of violence among those spirits seen floating around?"
Audrey looked over at Rukath and scrunched her eyebrows for a split second before slowly turning back to the Headmaster.
"I'm not sure exactly of what your asking, but I did see something suspicious the other day. I was retrieving a bit of bread from my cousin's home and on the way back I saw the sillouette of a fellow vampire followed by a flash of a red cloak. Nothing seemed violent, for there were no noises to be heard, but I quickly hurried back to my dwelling." Audrey spoke with a bit of concern in her voice.
She watched as the Headmaster's eyes widened for a moment before narrowing them as he stared at the pen sitting on his desk. The Headmaster rested his chin on his clasped hands, and his face struck with an expression of worry. He did not speak a single word for a whole minute and kept his eyes fixed on the pen.
"There was something interesting about you asking about Miss Krymark, and that shall me the reason I will tell you two the following." He lifted his head from his hands and looked at Rukath, then Audrey with a keen look in his eyes. "I expect that you two keep this to yourselves. The entire Domain does not need to know this."
Audrey shifted in her seat, kept quiet, and nodded.
"There have been a series of kidnappings on the Domain in the past week, all of them are similar to the event that you'd just described. I will place a very important task in the hands of you two. Give me a moment," the Headmaster said, his head momentarily vanishing behind his desk for a moment before reappearing with a scroll in his hand.
He placed the scroll in front of Audrey and Rukath, opening it slowly.
"Do these names seem familiar? These are the people that were in your group when you initially arrived here in the Domain. Silver and Sapphire Shimizu, Dirmir Isom, Viriz, Ashley Silvius, Lucy Lightpark, Arion West, Rose Esper, Dabura, Audrey Chevalier and Rukath Soular. I want you two to find these following Supernaturals and come to me as a team. Further instructions will be given." the Headmaster explained, pushing the scroll towards Rukath to take with an assuring nod.
Audrey, not being able to formulate a response remained in her seat without a word.
What could this mean? Why am I entrusted with something personal to the Headmaster? This is no time to questioning things, I refuse to fail an inmportant task given to me, Audrey thought.
"Rukath, shall we get to it?"
-
(Sorry if I forgot anyone, but yknow if u have a character that was in that group, go for it. Also @Zat, I remember you had a name change for one of your characters, my apologies for not remembering which exact post it was, although I tried looking for it.)

Rukath-Manakete

Rukath looked over at Audrey who seemed indecisive, Rukath suspected it was about asking more questions. Rukath turned his gaze back to the headmaster as the man spoke up, excusing himself for his rather abrupt and out of place question, Rukath thought back but unfortunately he could not recall any violent occurrences with the red spirits, if you discount cutting them down when they got to close his hut.

Audrey however, had seen something strange and her account unnerved Rukath and caused a worrying reaction from the usually stoic looking Headmaster. The man barely moved for a short while, eyes fixed on a pen on the desk, Rukath did not like it one bit. When the Headmaster spoke it was obvious that he had been debating with himself on whether or not to tell them something of great importance. Rukath nodded, assuring the Headmaster that he would keep whatever the man would tell them, a closely guarded piece of knowledge.

Rukath's eyes widened when the Headmaster told them that there had been a series of kidnappings, that was certainly something that should be kept low, it could cause some great unrest and distrust. Rukath was curious what the Headmaster was about to assign them to, watching and listening closely as the man read from a scroll he had produced.

Rukath did not know all the names but he figured he could place a name to face in time. Rukath leaned forward and took the scroll, he looked over the first couple names before placing it in his satchel. He looked over at Audrey when she asked if they should to their task at hand, "we shall" he said with smile before standing and bowed respectfully to the Headmaster, "we shall get this done as fast as we can" Rukath told the Headmaster.

Rukath then turned and made his way to the door, opening it and allowing Audrey to proceed him out before closing it. "Well this should be interesting" commented once outside and before he began to rummage around in his satchel. He was searching for his compass. Once the little brass device had been found, Rukath simply stated the names of the first couple supernaturals who happened to be siblings, he looked at Audrey "should make our lives rather easy, I hope". the compasses needle spun a few times before jerking in one direction, pointing to the location of Ashley and  Silvius, "onwards" Rukath said with a smile.

((Rukath's enchanted compass works just like Jack Sparrow's from PotC. Rukath's looks like this, it folds down))

Dirmir Isom - Kelpie

She shrugged when her two friends rolled their eyes about not being able see any nobles. Dirmir was rather intrigued by Silvius's "shadow jumping" and Ashley's using of magic and flight to get herself moving. Dirmir smiled when asked about the rock and the narrow crack in it. "Above this rock face was where, for many years, all the low quality sand was dumped and it slowly sifted down into large hollow area behind this crack" Dirmir began before beginning the process of squeezing through the narrow area but still talking. "Over time local kids and teens found this place and thought it great place to practice fire magic, which goes hand in hand and is required to preform glass manipulation and magic" she finished before coming upon the dark cavern which was where she came to wait for her friends. It was dark, so all the beauty of the cavern was hidden.

Lucy Lightpark - Fairy

"Thank you." Lucy rushed quickly outside. As they started walking, the fairy calmed down and felt like she should explain herself.
"I'm usually not that loud. It's just... I'm really bad with emotions and feelings. Back home, when someone I liked was sad, all I could do is act cheerful, hoping it'd cheer them up. Usually it worked, at some extent, so it became sort second nature. And, even though, Brush Hollow is probably still one of the happiest and calmest place in the Domain, I can't help but feel like everyone is gloomy, because of the long darkness. Sorry." Lucy really disliked talking about herself, so she quickly changed the subject.
"Alright. Since we have nothing better to do, do you want to visit a nearby lake? The book I was reading is a Mysitcal Tourguide or something. Evidently there's a magical lake really close to Central City, that can heal anything. Legends says, even Queen Amaltheia turned to it's powers once!" She took a deep breath. Stories of the Domain always made her excited. "I thought it could be fitting, cause both of us has some sort of healing magic, and we could, I don't know, maybe learn something. Or just be fooled by a fairytale. Either way, it could be fun."

Aki

((Got lazy with summarizing))

-Day of eclipse-

The next morning, Luchter and I got ready and left for the school on mainland.

By the time we arrived at the school, the moon and sun had already began to close in on each other. So it’s today, I thought as I entered the building.
While looking for the staff room, we were addressed by a teacher, Ms. Ayaka. Luchter introduced us and explained why he was at the school.

Ms. Ayaka then led us into a private office and notified that she’ll call for Tiki. Soon, the door opened and a shy green haired child came in.

Luchter and the girl, Tiki, spoke. Upon mentioning me, I nodded. Luchter then moved on to request for a battle which was consented to. We then moved to the indoor training field. I stood by Ms. Ayaka onlooking as Luchter and Tiki commenced battle.

-End of battle-

Despite Luchter’s tactics, Tiki came through and proved to wield the Spirit Flame. The two made up, however I didn’t pay much attention as something at the back of my mind bothered me. It was as if another presence was prodding it for a way in. The only one who’d possibly do something like that was Kiyoshi for telepathy, but he wasn’t near enough to do it effectively. Besides, the manner was quite off.

“..Tiki! I’m sure he already has a wonderful wife,” I heard Ms. Ayaka exclaim, drawing me out of my thoughts.
I fortified the barrier of my mind and turned my attention to what was going on before me. I smiled briefly at the teacher when she looked at me, not knowing what else to do since I missed the whole conversation beforehand.

Luchter then spoke up, “Miss Ayaka, I thank you for your cooperation. Without your consent, I would have not been able to awaken Tiki’s true strength. Now, if I may ask more from you, I would like to take Tiki under my wings.”

The teacher reacted just like any loving parent would have, refusing initially. However, after some conversing, Ms. Ayaka came to say she prefered for Tiki to live in the palace. The mother and daughter embraced and bidded farewells before Tiki left to finish her classes.

However, before she left the gymnasium, she started speaking, addressing two people named Ace and Natsu.

“It seems that we have some onlookers,” Luchter remarked.

I nodded, gazing towards where Tiki was.

Natsu
-Day of eclipse-

Break ended and Natsu returned back to the classroom, wishing the break was longer as always. He sighed, ready for some more learning, though he didn’t quite learn much since his mind was always somewhere else. Just then, the pink haired boy felt someone grab his wrist.

He whirled around and was about to yell at whoever it was to watch it when he realized it was Ace who had a finger placed on his lips. Natsu clamped shut his mouth and figured his friend had something important to say.

The white haired vampire tugged him and led the way out of the classroom, running. Natsu kept in step with him and some seconds into their run, queried quietly, “What’s this for?”
“Come on, something is happening at the sports field,” Ace explained.

“Ok then…” Natsu huffed. “Didn’t think you’d skip class for some random sports activity.”

Although he remarked that, he didn’t really think that was the case. Ace seemed seriously intent on checking it out.

When they arrived, the two boys hid behind one of the several cabins and looked over at what was going on. They spotted four figures. Two of them were Ms. Ayaka and Tiki, the other two were strangers, both had blond hair.

Natsu resisted the urge to jump out and demand an explanation to what was going on. Ace voiced most of his concerns. The pink haired relented when his friend suggested for them to stay still and observe.
The two young boys watched as Tiki battled it out with the stranger, but her attacks were futile. He shrugged off each of her attacks as though they were nothing. She was outclassed.
“This is hard to watch. I feel sorry for Tiki. Why is she being made to fight when she’s clearly no match?” Ace commented.

Natsu gritted his teeth as he resisted the urge to aid his friend, “Dunno, but what is Ms. Ayaka doing? She should stop this!”

Tiki and the blonde man clashed again, making dust rise. When it cleared, Ace exclaimed, “wait a second, isn’t that...the prince of Helldomain?! What’s he doing here?”
Just when it seemed like Tiki had already had enough, the prince insulted the young draconic demon.

“Whatever he’s doing, whoever he is, I’m gonna stop it!” Natsu declared, rising from his spot.

However, before he could do anything else, Tiki snapped, letting out a fury of attacks, only this time the colour of her flame had changed from regular fire to periwinkle colour.

Natsu, anger momentarily forgotten, cheered, “Awesome! Dunno, but I bet she can beat that guy now!”

The pink haired boy was disappointed when the fight ended. Instead, they ended up talking about some flame or whatever. Then they talked about Tiki moving to train under the blonde man, which Ms. Ayaka consented to.

Natsu didn’t understand why she had to go. She was doing fine here as it was! Once they leave, I’m gonna demand answers from that man and make him change his mind and give back Tiki! He resolved.

After the conversation ended, Natsu recognized Tiki’s footsteps nearing, and fast. He shifted quickly to hide as much as possible and wait for her to pass.

However, things didn’t go accordingly and the two boys’ friend came over, exposing them.

“What the- What are you two doing here?” Tiki asked, eyes wide. “Wait, don’t tell me you’ve been watching,” she ventured, heat rushing to her face.
“What, no!” Natsu denied, but then changed his answer. “I mean yes! I saw what that guy did!”

He stepped out and jabbed a finger at the blonde man who fought Tiki. “Why’d you do that!” He yelled. “You coulda really hurt Tiki!”

He smashed his fist into his palm, “I don’t know what kinda deal you made with Ms. Ayaka, but I won’t let you just do whatever you want. If you wanna have Tiki, then you’ll have to get through me!”

Natsu lit his fist with fire and ran at the man, leaping once he was close and throwing a punch at his chest as hard as he could.

-Present Day-

While Ace made breakfast, Natsu’s thoughts wandered. There was no way he was going to meditate, even if Ace was going to. He also hadn’t found the way into Ionia so it wasn’t a choice either, he realized, unless he wanted to take the time to find its portal. He also recently visited Cliffside Valley, caused a ruckus, and got chased out by irritated inhabitants. Definitely’ll take a break from there, the pink haired boy thought.

“Whaddya think Tiki’s doing right now?” he wondered aloud, looking out a window.

Silvius looked around at the crack and had to admit he was impressed. "I've got a few fire Kitsune friends who would love to come here to practice if they knew about it. Do you think the demons here would object to a few Kitsune coming down here to practice their fire magic?" He asked Dimir as Gem started flitting around and investigating the crystal structures. She seemed to enjoy seeing her reflection in them like a parrot in a mirror. "Oh wow! These crystals are pretty cool for ameture work! I can't believe these were made with low quality sand." She mused, taking a shard that Gem seemed to like in particular when she started playing with it and just being cute. The little blue and gold teacup dragon chirped happily and wagged her little tail. Ashley considered using some of these as glass beads to make jewelry or something
