Arion - Vampire

"Wait, wait I'm completly lost. Slow down a bit please! I don't even know how to put this thing on! Or where to put it for that matter!" He hold up the bridle he's been grasping. Ashley came over to help. She explained everything as she put the gear on. "Thanks."

Arion slightly blushed at Ashley's translation. "Sure. Yeah, that's exactly something, someone would say who want to throw off a rider. But I believe you. For now..." He added with a sarcastic-dramatic voice. Than he turned to the fairy, who was adjusting the saddles. Arion was trying to see as many thing as he could, without being in the way, too much.

Now that we're ready to go, I'm a little afraid. But there's no way I'm gonna tell it to anyone. Let's just hope the horse can't read my thoughts. I wouldn't be surprised though. He took a deep breath and spoke in his usual cheerful voice. "So, second arena it is, right? Let's go!" Before I ran away...

Ashley giggled as Jiro came out with Zydras for Ashley as she led Mosuke after slipping his head into his bridle with expert ease. "Come on, follow me. I'll explain as we go. Once we get to the arena we can mount up and start the lesson." She told Arion, leading them out to the empty arena. They could see Lanatana teaching to students ranging from the arena while a young demon tried to stay on. He seemed to be having trouble with his steed as the horse nickered. "The mounting block is over here. We use this for those who can't mount the bigger horses. I'll stay on the ground with you to start you off until you feel comfortable." Ashley told Arion as she held the lead line for Mosuke while Jiro held Zydras. She was using the long line so that they could get a proper lesson in. "You know the basics of riding right Arion? The walk, trot, canter gallop and all that?" Jiro asked, opening the corral for them to enter while Silvius perched on the railing to observe. His kid sister was always good with horses and before they came here, their riding stable had asked her to start teaching there. She was a natural teacher and very patient with both animals and her students. He suspected it had to do with her being a fairy and having a love of nature. Plus the ability to talk to animals didn't hurt. Speaking of animals, Gem was currently perched on his shoulder, the little teacup dragon staying out of the way.

Mizuko and Viriz

Mizuko} Siren

-

After a while of searching in the fairground, Karis located the young vampire they were looking for.

“Looks like we found them.” the succubus said.

Mizuko looked in the same direction as Karis, spotting little Ace who appeared to have brought his friends along.

“Looks like he invited his friends, Tiki and Natsu,” the blue haired girl said, “I suppose he’ll enjoy the fairground more if they’re here.”

Karis followed after the children, while Mizuko decided to go look for Skylar.

“I’m going to look for Skylar, she can't be too far,” Mizuko informed to others, walking off to find her friend.

Viriz} Forest Spirit

-

Bush Hollow was far different from what Viriz expected, the entire city was built around large trees and wooden paths that led across them.

“I wasn’t expecting this,” Viriz admitted, looking up at the canopy above.

Lucy dismounted Viriz and straightened her legs, “Sorry. I hope you'll get use to your new form soon tho.”

“It’s fine, I’m sure I will,” the green haired boy smiled.

"We're here. So what should we do? I kinda want to find a newspaper. I can't lie, I'm pretty curious about that eclipse. But other than that I'm out of ideas," Lucy asked.

“If you want to find a newspaper, then let’s do that. I don’t really know this place, so it’s not like I can suggest anything anyway,” Viriz replied.

"But I really think we should avoid those higher shops. Those paths look really dangerous." The brunette-haired girl suddenly remarked, "My healing is pretty bad for now. I couldn't heal you if you'd fall off of it."

“Well, alright, if you say so,” the forest spirit complied.

Just as Ace was about to leave, someone called out to him.

“Are you sure about that Ace? You seemed pretty keen earlier,” the woman said, winking.

Ace turned to see who it was, spotting a red-haired demoness who appeared to be with several other women he knew.

“Mom’s friends? What are you guys doing here?” he asked. “Also, yes, I did want to go on the rollercoaster. But I’m not going on if Tiki and Natsu can’t come as well.”

Audrey/ Ghislain/ Skylar - Vampire/ Dragon/ Pureblood Vampire

Audrey smiled gently when she heard Rukath offer to help her find her family before looking back up when he mentioned a training area where he saw a class practicing there earlier. The violet haired vampire nodded in agreement, eager to test out the new beautifully decorated blade.

“I think I might’ve passed it too, but never took the time to see what was going on there.” Audrey said, tapping her chin in attempt to locate the training grounds.
After a few moments of thought, it came to her that she’d seen it while making her way back to the Platform. As far as she remembered, there was a trail leading into a forest that opened into a clearing where the training dummies were located. She quickly told Rukath about where she’d seen it.
(Anything Rukath says or does)
“Alright then, let’s go before I forget where I saw that trail,” Audrey said  happily, turning around and starting her way down the Market, whose streets were buzzing with conversation once more.
As the two walked, Audrey looked left and right, finally seeing the paved streets of the Market narrowing down to a dirt road off to the side.
“There it is, at least I think it is,” Audrey pointed out, exiting the Market area and entering the smaller road.
Like Rukath had said, there was a training space with practice dummies dotting the clearing. She took note of a smaller class training with their instructor towards the corner of the premises and a few other individuals flinging their weapons at the dummies.
“Well then, let’s see what this sword can do.” Audrey said, sliding the narrow package off her shoulder and sliding the rapier out of its cover and holding it gently in her hand.
-
Ghislain waited patiently as he watched the girl to make her decision. He perked back and nodded respectfully when the werewolf claimed that she would need to give herself her time before accepting or denying the offer.
“You can contact me through this.” Ghislain said, opening his palm to reveal a single crimson red feather.
“It’s an enchanted phoenix feather. The species themselves are the dedicated messengers of the domain between different dimensions. Place this feather to your forehead and it will summon my presence. I look forwards to your response and it was a pleasure meeting you. Until we meet again…” Ghislain said, handing the feather to the girl before snapping his fingers, watching the sparkling dust again so that the girl would be brought back to the regular dimension of the Domain safely.
Ghislain said with his legs crossed in his dimension alone before looking up to watch the sky.
“If love is a lie, why do we need it?” he sang softly.
"We swear we’re alive, but we’re falling to pieces. But I know inside, we are beautiful creatures,” a feminine voice answered him.
Ghislain let his head fall, strands of black, gold streaked hair blocking his vision.
“…Your son is pronounced dead, Sir Nievve.” the voice whispered.
“He was yours too, Miss Xenia Romanov.”
“Sir Zilowar had the merit to rise through the ranks and you knew it. He was in the fourth pentagon when reported missing and climbed 5 pentagons in less than 2 years.” Miss Romanov snapped, her human like body materializing besides Ghislain.
Ghislain huffed quietly and raised his eyebrows. “Zilowar will come back."
-
Skylar followed the children as they raced to the portal, taking them to the fairgrounds. The water reflected the docks beautifully and the scenery glistened with bright lights. The silver haired vampire followed the children as they ran around excitedly, deciding on which ride to go on, and agreed to the rollercoaster first. She waved out to Karis as Ace ran towards the roller coaster. When Ace was turned down because of his height, Skylar frowned to herself.
“I’ll go on the ride with the kids.” she offered, placing a gentle hand on the back of Ace’s shoulder.
Ace then turned to Karis, confused on why they were here as well.
“Mommy likes to spend time with her friends, just as you do. Let’s go on his ride, shall we?” Skylar said, motioning for Tiki and Natsu to come on the ride as well.

Smile, everybody's watching! >:)

I listened to the entire album before but only liked Fractures. Ghislain's last name is named after the featured singer of that song (Nevve). I find a lot of inspiration from the songs I really love. I only started getting into Beautiful Creatures when I heard the nightcore version, which I liked better, although both are good.
-
Guess who else is inspired by another favorite song of mine? Aviella! Her name was inspired by the singer Aviella Winder, who I found through the song "Overthinking by Razz (ft. Aviella)" Very good song, recommend listening.

Hate to be so repetitive, but Kavion was also inspired by a song. " Heartbeat by Kaivon" (Kaivon, not Kavion.)

(I mean who doesn't love Arctic Empire. Big praise for the channel)

My all time favorite song as I'm writing this? Here we goooo
BEBE REXHA - (NOT) THE ONE!!!
SO CATCHYYY!!! (and a good song, especially about a censored.e)
I take that back, that's not the best censored.e song.
This is: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWXiSMXpJnk (How to be a Heartbreaker by Marina and the Diamonds)
That's the lyric vid because the real one makes me uncomfortable to the next dimension. This song is a bit old, but I really like it. It's less of a modern style and more of a mix between pop and electro. The album after all is called Electra Heart. There's a nightcore version too on NightcoreReality. I found it while watching one of BoxBox's videos.

Sorry about the music spam, it's just that music is something that matters a lot to me. I get highkey pi.ssed when I don't have headphones on me because I can't drown out the world's censored nonsense talk. I may sound cocky but I don't think you would like to hear girls squealing about how they got an 85 on a test and that was their highest score ever. smh smh smh xD

Fractures is one of my favs. Rush Over Me by Illenium, Seven Lions, and Said the Sky's another lovely song.

Never heard the nightcored Beautiful Creatures doe. I found Beautiful Creatures from playing MrSuicideSheep songs.

Oh yeah, we need to see Aviella singing some more :p In front of the entire class, I dare you XD

Never heard of them but I might've heard How to be a Heartbreaker on NightcoreReality's channel.

Definitely feel yah on the need for headphones. Except mine broke and my parents aren't planning on getting another for me. So I'm living off of earplugs which at least suffice my needs. (Last year was a disaster without music ;-;)

I'd tell them to try Eager's APWH class :p Like to see them try in it.

Rukath Soular-Manakete

Rukath nodded when Audrey said she might have passed it earlier as well. Rukath quickly followed Audrey as she led the way to the trail that would put them in the training area. As Rukath passed through the crowds of people with Audrey, he found it to be pretty much back normal, people were walking about and cries from the sellers rang throughout the air.

When they had left the market, Audrey pointed out the trail with a slightly unsure hand. However, after some walking, they found the training area that was laden with a few dummies. There seemed to be a class in one corner of the arena and a handful of people hacking at the dummies.

Rukath smiled when Audrey drew the thin and elegant looking rapier that seemed to have a blue rose topping the hilt. Rukath pulled his own blade from its sheath on his back, its green glass blade was slightly opaque and dwarfed the one that Audrey wielded. Two fragile looking weapons that should not be underestimated.

Rukath clutched the handle of his sword with his right hand and held himself in a ready position. He spun the blade around at his side before launching himself at Audrey, bringing the green blade down towards her left shoulder, starting the duel. He of course was not giving his full might, he did not want to hurt Audrey or himself.

Lucy - Fairy, Arion - Vampire

Lucy

Lucy let a quiet sigh out of relief. So newspapers. She looked around, at the different shops. From cafés to clothing shops everything was right there. As they walked inside, she remarked the place looks bigger from the there.
Hmm... "Look!" She pointed at a small, old building with a sadly hanging name plate that formed an open book. "That must be a book shop!" Her inner booklover completly forgot what she came here for. As she ran over there, to take a look at the books, the fairy remembered one important thing. Her face turned gloomy. I'm totally broke. There's no way I can afford anything here. "You know what? That's probably not the place. I don't think they have newspapers. At least not from this century."

Everything was so different and interesting, it was hard for Lucy to focus on anything. She ran from one place to another, totally freaking out over everything. For the first time, ever since she found herself in that elevator, she felt happy and home. "This place is awesome! I want to see every..." A half sentence caught her attention. "... it's probably because of the eclipse..." She turned around, and saw a few fairies throwing away a newspaper.
"Okay, don't judge me please, but by now, I'm kinda desperate." She walked up to the rubbish bin, and pulled out the paper. Than took out her piece, and placed it on top of it. It matches! So this is it! She checked to date really quick. It's hard to believe a week ago I was worried about tests and homework. It feels so long ago... She shook her head and started to read.

"It only says an ecplise will come in a day or two." She put down the newspaper with a little disappointment. "I was hoping to get some details. I don't even know why I even care, to be honest." I guess only, because my sister would be so excited. She'd love this. One day, I'll tell it to her as accurate as I can, so she'll feel like she was here. But until than... "So, this was a dead end, and we have a few hours left. For the night, do you want to go back to the dwellings or stay in an inn here in the city? Either way, we should start looking or going."

Arion

"Yeah, of course I know the basics!" I did learn them, I just never get to try it out on a real horse. Ashley seemed like a calm and talented teacher, so Arion was confident nothing will go wrong. Also, sitting on a horse he acutally quite liked helped a lot too. And there's no way I'm gonna embarrass myself in front of Gem. The teacup dragon made a stronger impact on him, he'd ever admit. Probably becasue her personality reminded the young vampire of an old friend of his. "So what are we waiting for?" He asked bravely, but petted the neck of the horse with shaky hands.

Ashley giggled as Arion wanted to get going. Even Mosuke found it amusing and flicked his tail. 'I'll go easy on him, but don't tell him that. This guy seems like he would be fun to mess with. If I were the type of horse to do so that is.' Mosuke commented to the Fairy girl. Ashley rolled her eyes at the horse. 'Don't you dare Mouske. I already told him you were the calmest horse we have.' She retorted as she led him out to the middle of the arena. "OK, since you know the basics, I'm going to use the long line. It's an extra long lead line we use with kids who are just starting out but have some basic experience with horses. That way if anything DOES go wrong I still can intervene without having to chase after you guys. Why don't we start with a basic walk around the arena so you guys can get to know each other?" Ashley suggested while Jiro and Silvius watched. Silvius had to admit that his sister was a good teacher despite the fact she was only 15.

Audrey Chevaier - Vampire

Audrey ran two fingers down the flat of the blade as Rukath drew his sword, which was much larger than Audrey's, gleaming a glassy green color. Slowly, Audrey moved her right hand to the hilt and held it loosely in her hand, flexing her wrist in preparation for combat.

It's been a while since I held a blade in my hand. I almost forgot how it felt. I suppose this is a way to test what I've forgotten, but I won't push myself too hard this time, Audrey thought to herself, fixing her eyes on Rukath's sword.

The violet haired girl reacted quickly to Rukath's first attack, taking a step backwards and tilting her shoulder away from the swipe before moving into her own advance. She took a quick swipe at Rukath's torso before driving the tip of the blade forwards, making sure that there is a bit of distance between the sword's tip and Rukath himself.

(I don't recommend we roleplay out the entire practice session, because it'll just go back and forth. I might as well wait for further reply and then move onto the eclipse.)

((I didn't plan to do that, that sort of stuff creates the single line posts that are not very filling in the literary sense))

Rukath's swing was easily dodge by Audrey who quickly brought a swipe and a jab at his chest, the blade never made contact, before he could even recover. Rukath jumped back and steadied himself, holding his sword with both hands to one side, this should be fun and instructive he thought to himself, gesturing for Audrey to make the next move.

All that Rukath knew about sword play came from movies and the internet along with trying to reproduce the moves with unbalanced sticks in the forest on his, adopted, family's property. Needless to say, he was not very skilled and only knew the basics.

~time skip to when they finish~

Beads of sweat sat upon Rukath's brow as he re-sheathed his sword after he and Audrey had finished their dueling. His lack of skill in the art was rather noticeable but he had found himself able to block or parry most of Audrey's blows towards the end as he got the hand of his blade and swordplay in general.

"That was fun" Rukath commented to Audrey, "wouldn't mind doing that again after I take a class or two" Rukath said with a chuckle, curious as to what Audrey had thought about the duel.

Aki

((So sorry ‘bout my absence but I’m back for good..Not sorry ‘bout Natsu’s lines))

“You can contact me through this.” The dragon said, opening his palm to reveal a single crimson red feather.

“It’s an enchanted phoenix feather. The species themselves are the dedicated messengers of the domain between different dimensions. Place this feather to your forehead and it will summon my presence. I look forwards to your response and it was a pleasure meeting you. Until we meet again…” He handed the feather to me before snapping his fingers.

Sparkling dust materialized around me again like how it did when the dragon brought me to the Everlands. After the dust disappeared, I found myself back in Helldomain where I had last been, except the dragon wasn’t anywhere to be seen. He probably is still in that other dimension, I thought. Oh and we never exchanged names, did we?

I walked back to the palace and returned to my room, reflecting over my encounter and what had happened.

Summer

“Looks like we found them.”

Summer looked over at Karis and followed her gaze towards three children running towards the rollercoaster. She recognized one to be Ace, who happened to be speaking with the ride attendant.

Mizuko then said what the demon was thinking, “Looks like he invited his friends, Tiki and Natsu. I suppose he’ll enjoy the fairground more if they’re here.”

“Mhm,” Summer nodded in agreement.

The siren then informed the rest of the girls, “I’m going to look for Skylar, she can't be too far.”

The pyrokinetic nodded and decided to go along with Karis who was already speaking with the young vampire.

Karis smiled and decided to step in, “Are you sure about that Ace? You seemed pretty keen earlier,” she said, winking.

“Mom’s friends? What are you guys doing here?” the young vampire asked. “Also, yes, I did want to go on the rollercoaster. But I’m not going on if Tiki and Natsu can’t come as well.”

“I’ll go on the ride with the kids.” she offered, placing a gentle hand on the back of Ace’s shoulder.
“Mommy likes to spend time with her friends, just as you do. Let’s go on this ride, shall we?” Skylar said, motioning for Tiki and Natsu to come on the ride as well.

“Shall we go on it as well?” Summer asked the rest of the girls.

Natsu

When the three arrived at the roller coaster entrance, the ride attendant prohibited Ace, who was in front, from entering. After a short quarrel, the white haired boy turned around sounding defeated, “Fine, let’s just go on something else.”

“Argh, you gotta be kidding me!” Natsu complained. “Just because we’re young doesn’t mean we can’t handle a simple ride like this. Let’s prove him wrong!”

The pink haired boy summoned a flame to his hand and tried to appear menacing, ready to fight.

Just then, a red haired woman approached Ace, saying, “Are you sure about that Ace? You seemed pretty keen earlier.”

Natsu swerved around and saw several women including Ace’s mother standing by them. “Ack! Creepy redhead lady!” He cried out in surprise by the women’s sudden appearance but calmed after hearing Ace’s mother’s response to Ace.

“Problem solved, let’s go then!” he said, marching forth.

Luchter & Tiki - Draconic Demons

Luchter exited the kitchen and headed to his room, leaving his father and sister to do their little pastime together. He frankly would have loved to join but he would much rather spent his rare spare time with Morgan and Aki, especially after what his little boy told him earlier in the day.
'This time, I won’t let myself be distracted,' Luchter vowed to himself, determined to rectify his blunder.
The prince soon arrived in front of his room. Assuming that Aki had not returned, he entered without knocking before hand. Therefore, he was slightly surprised when he found her there, seemingly pondering.
“I didn’t know you have returned,” Luchter uttered, smiling, “What were you up to? Paying a visit to the library perhaps?”
-
Tiki sagged her shoulders when the attendant prohibited her and her friends to ride the rollercoaster. Ace suggested the three searched something else to ride after his brief squabble with the bulky man. Natsu protested, offended that the attendant would not let them in due to their young age. In reckless determination, the pink-haired boy engulfed his hand in flames, preparing to fight.
“Natsu, calm down. We’re not here to wreck havoc!” Tiki exclaimed, running to stand in front of him. Fortunately, before things could get out of control, familiar figures approached them whom she recognized as Mrs. Skylar’s friends. The young draconic demon sighed in relief at their intrusion.
Tiki listened as her vampire friend’s mother decided to accompany the trio for the ride. Natsu immediately brightened up and went ahead. She giggled at how quick Natsu’s mood shifted as she followed after him.
-
Innes watched the green-haired girl faded from his eyesight from afar, feeling a mix of emotion coiling inside him. He shoved his hands into his hood.ie pocket, a sigh escaping his lips.
“Are you sure it’s her?” Jaffar inquired, gazing at the rollercoaster route.
“I say I’m seventy five percent sure. Something important is missing though I understand why it’s not present,” Innes answered, staring at the ground, “I didn’t think it would happen this quick. I know it’s quite obvious it’d happen soon but… I’m sorry, Jaffar.”
“I swore fealty to you. Is it not enough to convince you?”
“First of all, don’t call it fealty. I’m not a nobleman or any equivalent of it.”
“Fine. I pledged my loyalty to you. Is-”
“Not colloquial enough.”
Jaffar sighed in exasperation, sending his notorious hawk-like glare to his friend. “I promised I would be by your side no matter what.” The red-haired man immediately scoffed at his sentence, sickened by how trite it was. “Satisfied, Cheesy Boy?”
“That’s not exactly what I meant but I’ll take it,” Innes teased, smirking briefly before replacing it with a frown, “Anyway, I know you agreed to this but at the same time, this is not your fight. I’d rather have you stay out of this.”
“Dismissing my oath now, eh?” Jaffar retorted flatly.
“I let my pride go for a moment, expressed my concern, and this is what I get in return,” Innes griped.
“Your fault for concerning the wrong person,” Jaffar countered. Before his friend could protest, he patted his back somewhat in reassurance. “Look, your fight is my fight, even if I have no relation with it whatsoever. This time isn’t an exception. Persuade me to leave you again and I’ll make your everyday life a nightmare.”
“Okay, okay, point taken,” Innes gave in, shuddering at what Jaffar had implicated.
“Good. Now your only worry is the problem in hand. What’s our next move?”

Aki

That spirit that appeared in the Everlands bothers me. How did it get there? Perhaps it entered the teleportation range just beyond our sight? But then again that dragon or I would’ve noticed another presence in that case, I thought. Mm...what really bothers me is what they said…

“I didn’t know you have returned. What were you up to? Paying a visit to the library perhaps?” Luchter’s voice brought me back to reality.

I turned to see his smiling face, a warming welcome back.

“I was refreshing myself with a walk,” I answered, returning a smile. “And you?”

It was true. After the meeting in the other dimension, I took a small detour to clear my head and sense for any other peculiar auras. Having crossed none, I returned to the palace feeling a bit more relaxed.

Natsu

Natsu hopped into the seat all the way at the edge in the front row and patted the seat next to him. “Ace, Tiki, get on!” he called with a grin.

Each row had four seats so the pink haired boy assumed Ace’s mother would be filling the last seat. “Keep your hands up for the whole ride if you’re not afraid of roller coasters,” he challenged. “Whoever puts them down is a chicken!”

Sorry for my absence. I will get a post up when I have better connection. Not sure if this will post. I plan to do a timeskip to the Eclipse to get the real plot rolling and while we're role-playing that, everyone can finish their plans in the current time, but you need to specify in the subject or on the post "(previous day)"
-
The next post will be when the Eclipse occurs and there will be another short timeskip (where nobody will be role-playing) to when the elite team is formed.

“I was refreshing myself with a walk,” Aki answered, returning Luchter's smile. “And you?”

"Father and I were browsing through some of Elise's favorite recipes. They're going to bake some patisseries before Father attends a council meeting," Luchter recounted. "Incidentally, I was thinking we should take Morgan to the fairgrounds. I still feel guilty of what I did earlier in the day. I hope it would compensate my mistake."

Tiki jogged to the front row and set herself next to Natsu.

“Keep your hands up for the whole ride if you’re not afraid of roller coasters,” the pink-haired boy challenged. “Whoever puts them down is a chicken!”

"Challenge accepted!" Tiki exclaimed, eager for the ride.

Arion - Vampire

After the riding lesson, after they took care of the horses, Arion decided it's probably time to leave. "It's getting late, and I'm not even sure if I remember the way back. Thank you so much for everything today. You're an awesome teacher and Mosuke is the best horse. Thank you. Umm, I'm not sure how this works, but can you thank Mosuke for me too?" He waved as he left the fairy's house.

Arion arrived at The Forgotten Forest quite quickly. The memories of the first day came back to him. The hooded vampire who were waiting for him. He remembered everything. Everything, but which way they went.

He ended up wondering aimlessly in the forest. Since he wasn't tired, and had food, he didn't actually mind. When he was younger, he loved reading in the garden. Arion sat down next to a big tree and took out the book he found in his bag. Alucard, the greatest vampire? That sounds boring... He opened it and started reading. That's not even bad! But the fresh air and the piece environment made him to doze off after all.

Ashley

Ashley smiled, glancing at Arion as he got ready to leave. "Sure thing Arion. And Mosuke says that you're welcome to come back to visit any time. And you still have my number so call me sometime." She told Arion, her wings out again and her face turning red a little. Hopefully the light from her shimmering wings hid it well enough that Arion didn't notice. "And Mosuke says that you're also welcome to come back for another lesson if you're interested in learning how to ride." She told her vampire friend as she showed him to the door. After he left, she was glad she now had his contact information. He was kinda cute. Hopefully Jiro and Silvious wouldn't give her grief about her vampire friend - especially since Gem really seemed to like him. Teacup dragons were said to be living lie detectors according to the Jiangshi she met.

Silivus (after Arion left)

Silvius smiled. Normally, Ashley was so shy when she first moved to a new place. But here? Well, he thougth this before but she was CLEARLY thriving. Especially considering her new vampire friend. The Kitsune could tell she liked him - a creature of life and a creature of death...an odd combination but probably not unusual here considering all the different creatures in the Domain. "Fair and vampire huh? Well, I've seen weirder combinations of monsters." Jiro commented, earning a glare from Ashley before she made a small burst of nature energy explode beside his feet, startling the Tanuki Mijuna. "GAHH!" he cried out, turning into a raccoon dog again. "DON'T EVEN TRY IT!" Ashley called as she left the stables to clean up before dinner. Considering the unpredicted Eclipse coming up, he was wondered if any other creatures were worried about it like their parents were.

When they got on the rollercoaster, Natsu offered another yet another challenge.

“Keep your hands up for the whole ride if you’re not afraid of roller coasters,” the pink haired boy said. “Whoever puts them down is a chicken!”

Tiki accepted willingly, "Challenge accepted!" Tiki exclaimed, eager for the ride.

On the other hand, Ace sighed, “Fine, Whatever,” he replied reluctantly. “Let’s hope you didn’t eat too much Natsu ((assuming he does if he’s based off of the Natsu in Fairy Tail)), otherwise you’ll probably end up throwing up.”

((..they told me to go mid as Nami last game I played))

“Father and I were browsing through some of Elise's favorite recipes. They're going to bake some patisseries before Father attends a council meeting,” Luchter recounted. “Incidentally, I was thinking we should take Morgan to the fairgrounds. I still feel guilty of what I did earlier in the day. I hope it would compensate my mistake.”

“Luchter, you shouldn't blame yourself for being occupied most of the time,” I said, “It’s already great you can make time for family from time to time.”

Hm, as of the hostile spirit from earlier, I'll report to Xander. I don't want to trouble Luchter, I concluded what to do about the troubling spirit from the Everlands.

I offered a smile, “Either ways, I think it’s a great idea to take Morgan to the fairgrounds for the evening.”

Natsu

((Yeah, he has severe motion sickness like in FT. I put it in his extra in his form))

“Challenge accepted!” Tiki exclaimed, eager for the ride.

Natsu then looked over at Ace for the other boy’s response. The white haired sighed, “Fine, Whatever. Let’s hope you didn’t eat too much Natsu, otherwise you’ll probably end up throwing up.”

The pink haired blanched, remembering his usual case of motion sickness. He tried not to think of amusement park rides as transportation but…

He covered his mouth as a sudden uneasiness rose within him. After suppressing it, he released his mouth and somewhat relaxed in his seat.

“Ahaha...I should be fine as long as I don't think of it as transportation…” Natsu tried to laugh off his nervousness.

Eventually, Skylar caught up with the 3 children and opted to accompany them on the rollercoaster.

Summer asked the other girls whether or not they’d like to go on the rollercoaster as well, “Shall we go on it as well?”

“No thanks, but don’t let me spoil your fun, The rest of you can go on if you want. I’ll be waiting on the side somewhere,” The siren said.

Lucy was running around central city like a headless chicken in search of a newspaper.

“Is a newspaper really that important?” Viriz asked, running after the girl wherever she went to make sure that she wouldn’t get lost on her own.

After what felt like forever of searching, Lucy made one last desperate attempt and looked inside a bin.

"Okay, don't judge me please, but by now, I'm kinda desperate." She said walking up to the rubbish bin, and pulled out a newspaper.

Viriz chuckled at sight, as always, he found her behavior amusing.

"It only says an eclipse will come in a day or two." Lucy said disappointedly after reading the newspaper. "I was hoping to get some details. I don't even know why I even care, to be honest. So, this was a dead end, and we have a few hours left. For the night, do you want to go back to the dwellings or stay in an inn here in the city? Either way, we should start looking or going."

“Are you kiddin’ me? It took us a good hour or two to get here and I’m shattered, I think we should find an inn instead,” the Forest Spirit suggested.

A lot of People lol

(This post will be from the POV of a lot of different NPCs I have. Their affiliation will be listed. This first part of the post is just as the Eclipse is happening. Everyone may finish what they were doing before they jump their roleplaying to what’s happening in this post. If you don’t wish to finish and would like to timeskip to speed things up, be my guest as well. Once everyone has caught up, the plot will proceed. Thank you!)
Jasper Krymark - Skylar’s older brother
The red headed vampire ran back and forth with arm falls of scrolls and Malzahar followed his master carrying his ink fountain. Jasper placed the scrolls on his desk and sat down in his chair, sliding his glasses down from his forehead onto his nosebridge.
“Another day, another spirit sighting. What do you think it means?” Jasper asked, scrunching his eyebrows as Malzahar placed down the ink fountain beside the scroll.
“Even I am quite unsure. I had a meeting with Anivia, Aurelion, Thresh, and Azir who all witnessed these sightings across the Domain but none had found reasons why this was.” Malzahar explained, tapping his chin twice in confusion.
“Was Zed there?” Jasper questioned.
“No, just like his master when you have your conferences.” Malzahar scoffed.
“That Nixon, what has he been up to…” Jasper began to say before everything went dark outside.
“Wait, huh?!” he exclaimed, snapping his fingers that caused a small flame to dance around the house and light every candle in every room.
He briskly walked outside and looked up before his eyes widened.
“Malzahar, you better take a look. It’s the Eclipse.” he whispered.
“Looks like the sun and moon are colliding in battle rather than passing by one another,” Malzahar commented, looking up along with his master.
-
Nixon/ Ezio Cornelius - Skylar’s cousins
Nixon sat in the arm chair, watching his niece practicing with her new training weapons in the open space in the living room. Ezio held his daughter’s wrists gently and guided them in a half flicking, half sweeping motion.
“She’s learning quite well, I’d say,” Nixon commented with a light chuckle.
“I would have to agree with you. Do you like these new fans, Imogen?” Ezio replied with a smile, looking at the young vampire.
“When do I get to meet Ace, dad?” Imogen asked.
“Soon, my love, soon,” Ezio responded.
Suddenly, Imogen closed the fan and ran over to the large window.
“The sun is looking funny today dad.” Imogen commented with a bright smile that bared two little fangs.
Ezio pressed his lips together and walked besides his daughter before looking up at the sky with a quiet gasp.
“Jasper was right after all. No news from Sorane, eh?” Ezio said.
“Actually Sorane briefly mentioned something to me.” Nixon replied.
“And what may that be?” Ezio questioned.
“There have been sightings of red spirits across the Domain, including the higher class Supernaturals’ dwelling areas. There have been more and more sightings leading up to the Eclipse, and she expects the amount to peak in a couple of hours. These spirits are apparently unidentifiable because they do not have souls. Sort of like dead spirits, but with a living body.” Nixon explained.
-
Ghislain Nievve/ Sorane Makishima - Dragon/ Seraph NPC
Ghislaine sat quietly in the empty dimension, with his visitor leaving him a few minutes before. His tail was curled around the curve of his claws and wings folded loosely against his scaly body.
“This is my life, my lonely life. And the Eclipse is here. Sorane I summon you!”
A single white feather appeared before the dragon, followed by another that slowly spiraled into a storm of feathers. All at once, the feathers fanned out, revealing a fair young lady with long blonde hair that fell down around her thighs and a flare of feathers along her arms instead of hands.
“Hello Ghislain. It has been a while since we last spoke. Is there a reason I was summoned, perhaps because the height of the Eclipse will be soon?” Sorane asked in a soothing tone, somewhat with a wry expression.
“Yes."

Outside Narrator: The Domain has been under the influence of the Eclipse for a few weeks, and the inhabitants are beginning to worry. In this duration, the Domain has been smothered in darkness and the number of red spirit sightings increased steadily, although there were no accounts of the spirits being hostile. Supernatural activity of the Domain began to slowly diminish, and the Headmaster worried that the nobles could not maintain the Domain much longer, given that their subjects all stayed fearful within their dwellings. If this slow spiraling downwards of Supernatural activity continues, the Domain itself might collapse and its light will hideout, leaving its inhabitants without a home.
The Headmaster sat at his desk with his hands clasped gently on his lap. He stared at the stack of letters before him blankly, unsure of what to do.
“I cannot do this any longer! A team of three elite Supernaturals with immense magic capability will be summoned right here and right now! They must work together and search the lights and depths of what is happening!” the Headmaster ordered his three messengers all dressed in black cloaks.
Sorane, Ghislain, and Lucifer stood silently and bowed down at once, before disappearing within an instant.
“Skylar, Jasper and Jasper’s significant other Rose, I was thinking,” Ghislain suggested as they flew over the Mainland majestically.
“Agreed.” Lucifer and Sorane both said at once before the group of three winged Supernaturals fanned out to fly in different directions.
Lucifer and Sorane Disappeared into a storm of feathers of opposite colors while Ghislain surrounded himself in glowing dusted that faded his dragon silhouette.
-
Lucifer used his dark magic to penetrate the Town of Mists’ strong barrier and flying down gracefully, landing almost silently. He folded his two black feathered wings tightly against his body and approached Jasper’s house.
“Boo.” someone said, sticking their head through the door.
“Ahem, sorry to disturb at such an hour. Is sir Jasper there? The Headmaster summoned him.” Lucifer asked politely.
“Yes. Jasper will be at the office shortly.” Malzahar replied, retracting his head back into the house.
-
Ghislain beat his wings outside the Krymark Manor’s barrier and roared his thundering roar, hoping the noise would wake the head of the Krymark Bloodline up.
The dragon was met by a slightly annoyed figure with short silver hair and a face covered with a black cloth.
“Who may you be, and why are you here?” the woman asked.
“Ghislain Nievve. Elite messenger of the Headmaster. He wishes to see you.” Ghislain replied.
“Give me just a moment. You are dismissed.” Skylar said.
“Very well.” Ghislain responded.
-
Sorane glided down to Miss Rose’s dwelling and knocked just loud enough to wake the vampire inside. With a snap of her fingers, a floating scroll materialized before her and she wrote in flawless calligraphy a message to ask for Rose to be summoned at the Headmaster’s office slowly. With a smile, she rolled up the scroll and placed it at the vampire’s doorstep.
“You are needed.” Sorane whispered.
-
With the messengers’ jobs being completed. The team of Pureblood Vampires stood next to one another before the Headmaster.
“It is very nice to see you again, Jasper, Rose, and Skylar. I remember you three did very well in defending the Domain during the Lost Invasion, but it seems that this time, we have a new situation on our hands. All of you should take notice that this is not an ordinary eclipse. I ask that you explore the space between the Sun and Moon and report back to me on what is happening. I thank you in advance and please stay safe.” the Headmaster explained to the three.

Ace Esper-Sakura Esper-Rose Esper

[Ace]

It was early in the morning when Ace woke to the sound of a mighty roar. The young vampire rushed to the window to see a giant gold and white dragon hovering outside the barrier.

What’s that thing doing here? Ace wondered curiously.

He then spotted his mother confront the beast and begin speaking to it.

Though curious, Ace decided to ignore what was happening and made his way downstairs.

[Sakura]

Sakura had struggled to sleep throughout the night, as she was too concerned with what was happening outside the barrier, which surrounded the House of Esper. Over the last few weeks more and more red spirits were showing up. At first, there were only two or three  in the area, now there were at least 50 or so that were circling around the barrier.

(What the red spirits look like)

(This is to give u an idea of what it looked like around the barrier surrounding the House of Esper, just replace the sharks with the red spirits)

Though they’ve yet to cause harm, their demonic appearance made them somewhat frightening.

Even the two ancient guardians, who stand outside the main doors had awoken from their slumber and were on alert. Kiana had told her that the two guardians used to protect the house of Esper before Glave created the barrier. Since then the two had remained dormant up until the first arrival of the unidentified red spirits, even the lost invasion that occurred seven years earlier wasn’t a significant enough occurrence to wake the two.

(What the guardians look like)

[Rose]

“It is very nice to see you again, Jasper, Rose, and Skylar. I remember you three did very well in defending the Domain during the Lost Invasion, but it seems that this time, we have a new situation on our hands. All of you should take notice that this is not an ordinary eclipse. I ask that you explore the space between the Sun and Moon and report back to me on what is happening. I thank you in advance and please stay safe.” the Headmaster explained to Jasper, Rose and Skylar.

“I figured that this meeting would be about the eclipse. I was hoping that the Domain wouldn’t have to face another crisis anytime soon, but I guess not,” Rose remarked.

“The thing about peace, though, is that it never lasts,” The Headmaster replied. “Evil is sort of like a disease, no matter how hard you try to get rid of it, it will always exist. However, if you treat the disease soon enough you can prevent it from growing and spreading into a greater threat. That is where you three come in.”

The Headmaster walked over to one of his shelves and removed a grimoire before opening it up to a specific page, “I shall cast a spell which will transport you into space behind a powerful forcefield. Remember, this is more of a recon mission, so, for now, we’re only trying to gather information on exactly what’s going on.”

“Understood,” Rose nodded.

Audrey Chevalier - Vampire

(I will be inserting spaces for reply so I can catch up to the timeskip to the Eclipse. I suggest everyone maybe one or two more posts before they should be caught up to the Eclipse. I will start the story line with the Elite team before the disappearances start.)
Audrey breath was slightly staggered after the practice duel with Rukath. From that minute on, she knew that there was a lot of things that she could work on, and her current skill could not suffice the bare necessity to face the masked woman. The vampire sat down facing Rukath and slid the blade back into its sheath.
“I agree, it was fun. I have a basic idea of where I could use the most work, so thanks for dueling with me.” Audrey said, looking at her friend with a gentle smile.
Within the core of her consciousness, Audrey might be slowly accepting that the Domain was her new home, yet again, she also knew that there was so much to learn about the place. She hadn’t lived even a week on the floating island supposedly above the Society. The vampire was worried that she’d live a life of complete solitude in this unknown world, but it seemed that was not the case. And deep down, her spark was relit. By Nayuta, by her aunt and uncle, and by Rukath.
“That was quite tiring, I’d say.” Audrey remarked with a quiet laugh.
(Rukath’s response if there is any.)
“It’s starting to get dark out. I think I saw a flyer for an event at the fairgrounds today. Want to explore that area for a bit, get a sense of where things are in the Domain?” Audrey suggested.
(Rukath’s response, if there is any. I’m going to assume he accepts. If you want something otherwise, lmk and I’ll edit the next part.)
-
Audrey and Rukath walked along the path, the vampire taking notice of all the new things that were put onto the stands in such a short period of time. A stand in the morning could be selling brewing materials, and in the afternoon be selling jewelry, or even the other way around.
What a peculiar place the Domain is, Audrey thought to herself as she walked by some more stands.
She looked up and saw that the sun was almost completely set. Audrey liked the night, she liked stargazing, watching the little lights in the sky smile warmly at her.
The two soon arrived by the fairgrounds, but Audrey’s attention was not turned towards the vibrant lights of the carnival, but the vast empty hills that surrounded the fairgrounds. She took a step off the main road and began to wander the moorland like landscape, except with tall green grass that rustled as she walked.
“The night is quite a beauty, isn’t it?” she asked, hoping that Rukath enjoyed stargazing as much as she did.
Audrey found a spot where the grass was flatter and sat down, hugging her knees. She motioned for Rukath to sit down next to her before turning her head to the sky.

(To catch up to the timeskip around the eclipse)
Audrey sat at her desk with a candle lighting the smooth wood table, a book sitting before her. She hasn’t gotten out of the dwelling much since the Eclipse started, and she began to see these mysterious red spirits floating around the Domain’s premises. They did no harm, but there was an instance where she saw one open its mouth, revealing a gaping mouth of complete darkness with a series of white fangs, letting out a silent scream before vanishing. It had frightened Audrey so much that she refused to go anywhere near a spirit since the incident. When she opened the windows to pop her head outside for a fresh breath of air, she was only met with the sight of the barren looking woods, only a few vampires walking about who didn’t take concern in the floating spirits.
“Oh, when will this end, when will it end?” she sighed to herself, sinking into the chair, wanting to see Rukath again, after weeks of isolation.

Rukath could hear Audrey's slightly heavy breath and watched as she sat down before she replied, he had thoroughly enjoyed his duel with the vampire, that was a thought he never thought he would come across. Rukath smiled to himself as he realized that he was friends with a vampire and had just dueled one with swords that could only exist in a magical world, oh how much this Domain was quite the opposite compared to the society he had once called home.

"The pleasure was mine" Rukath replied with a small bow, returning Audrey's smile. Rukath chuckled lightly at Audrey's comment about the duel being tiring, he could not agree more, Rukath's body ached and he was sore from all that had happened all throughout this eventful day.

Rukath looked skyward and nodded, realizing that indeed it had grown dark. "That sounds like a lovely idea" Rukath replied at the mention of going to the fairgrounds for the rest of the night. To be truthful Rukath had been to only a couple fairs, he never really had or made time to go to them, but the two he had gone to, he had enjoyed thoroughly. With and outstretched hand Rukath lifted Audrey back to her feet and together they began to make their way to the area they thought was were the fair was being held.

~~

As they passed through the now lantern lit market Rukath took notice of the change in some of the booths and stalls and saw a few things he had not seen in the day that were now out and caught his attention, what strange and varied place Rukath had thought to himself as he passed they new wares.

By the time the fairgrounds came into view the sun had drifted below the horizon, lighting the sky with a few more violet streaks before it relinquished its hold on the sky to the black void stars that broke it up like little jewels.

As they neared the fairgrounds and all the noise and lights that filled it, Audrey veered off into the tall grass hills that lay rolling next the lit grounds. Curious, Rukath followed through the thigh high grass that rustled and whispered as he passed through them. Together the two wandered through the grassy hills under the star studded sky. The grass barely held onto the paths they made and soon the trails they had made through the grass had been masked by the wind the blew softly through the hills.

They only stopped when Audrey found a spot that had shorter grass and sat down, they were quite a distance from the main road and the noise and lights of the fair were like a distant thought. Happily Rukath sat down next to Audrey at her motion to him to join her, she had her knees against her chest as she sat and stared up at the endless night. Rukath laid down and stretched out on the slight hill they were on, putting his hands behind his head as he too stared up at the night sky.

"Indeed, it is splendid, it is rare to find a night such as this where the skies are so clear and bright, I used to be only able to get this sort of view out in the middle of some distant state park, what a marvelous new world" Rukath commented, enjoying the view and being with Audrey. Back in the society Rukath had been kind of odd, a bit of an outsider, he had his close knit circle of friends and a handful of people he knew and was friendly with, but never had he met a person like Audrey and felt what he did for her, it was almost foreign to him and he could not quite describe the feeling he felt for the vampire beside him.

As Rukath laid there in companionable silence with Audrey, he began to search out the constellations that were present in the night sky.

Luchter Siegcador - Draconic Demon & NPCs

“Luchter, you shouldn't blame yourself for being occupied most of the time,” Aki said, “It’s already great you can make time for family from time to time.”

“I guess I can’t help being censored myself,” Luchter admitted, shaking his head.

“Either ways, I think it’s a great idea to take Morgan to the fairgrounds for the evening,” Aki said, offering a smile.

“Alright. We better be on our way before it gets too late.”

((Edit: idk how we should start this part :u Any ideas?))

(Timeskip to the day when the Eclipse occurs)

Luchter fixed the collar of his casual clothing as he looked at his reflection in the mirror. The day when he would meet the potential Wielder had finally come. It also happened to be the day when the Eclipse supposedly occurred. The demon wondered if it was simply a coincidence that such ominous event took place at the same day with his possible special day.

Tiki, if you really are the one, I hope you would forgive me for giving you a world full of troubles at such a young age, Luchter mused, heaving a sigh. He turned to Aki and nodded to her.

“Let’s go.”

Luchter stood before the gates to the Mainland school, gazing at the beautiful massive structure. He glimpsed at the sun, taking notice of the moon that was rising towards the solar object. Keeping it in mind, he proceeded into the building.

“Now, to find the staff room,” Luchter muttered.

(Timeskip to a few weeks later)

Xander sat on his desk, reading through the many reports he had been receiving lately. All of them speak the same, namely sightings of the peculiar red spirits. The king knew those creatures were roaming in not only Helldomain but across the Domain. They had not shown any sign of hostility but according to Aki back before the Eclipse occurred, they were supposedly hostile.

Suddenly, Xander heard a knock on the door accompanied by a familiar voice, “Uncle Xander, we’re here.”
“Come in,” Xander permitted. Immediately, his guests entered his study. There stood his nephews; Havran Frieden, the youngest Frieden sibling, a generally optimistic demon who possesses seismic sense and unparalleled lance proficiency. Simon Siegcador, a dreary fighter with peerless swordsmanship who is capable of confounding one’s emotions.

“Your reports, please,” Xander inquired, standing up from his seat.

“Bandit activity is increasing. I reckon they’re taking advantage of this situation, seeing as most people has grown more and more frightful day by day. Our mercenary band can fend them off just fine but we can’t cover all of Helldomain,” Havran informed.

“That is understandable. I have sent some soldiers to guard the wards. It should mitigate the problem,” Xander said.

“My little investigation with Uncle Jakob yields an unexpected result, to say the least,” Simon apprised, crossing his arms, “We found traces of Beelzebub’s followers. It seems that they are trying to unite and form a group of some sort. You know what that means.”

“I see. I will discuss the matter with Barok and Lintan,” Xander replied.

“That’s all we have to say, Uncle. We’ll let you know if something else comes up,” Havran said on behalf of the the two.

“Alright. I thank you all for helping me in this dire situation. Continue the good work, you two. You are dismissed,” Xander said, concluding their brief meeting.

“Yes, Uncle,” the two demons uttered in unison, bowing simultaneously before they left the king’s private study.

Seiryu extended his arm skyway, blocking the Eclipse with his open palm save for the gaps between his fingers. He gazed at the two celestial objects blankly until a voice broke his reverie.

“Your Eminence, if I may?”

Seiryu retracted his arm and turned around to see a platinum blonde girl dressed in blue and white standing at the end of the stairs of Starsphere Tree. He smiled warmly at his attendant as he walked over to her.

“I didn’t sense your presence, Fjorm. I suppose I was too deep in thoughts,” Seiryu remarked, “Has something happened?”

“Reports of uncharacteristic hostile behavior among our kin is increasing. Many people reckon the Eclipse is somehow accelerating our degeneration process. If they are right and this continues...,” Fjorm apprised, leaving her sentence unfinished, brows furrowing in worry, “Have you tried to contact our ancestors?”

“I have but I cannot seem to get in touch with them. It feels as if something is hindering me,” Seiryu admitted.

“What about the sacred weapons? Should we use them?” Fjorm suggested.

“No, we have yet to know the whole problem here. It would be imprudent to use them when the causation is still a mere speculation,” Seiryu disapproved, “Besides, all of the Ancestor’s dragonstones are still scattered about. I have not a single idea of their whereabouts.”

“But you should be able to sense them if they are nearby, correct?” Fjorm inquired.

“Yes but finding them through that method would take an eternity to do. They could be anywhere in the Domain. Furthermore, I cannot leave Cliffside Valley anytime soon. I do not wish to cast worry unto my people with my absence in this dark time,” Seiryu explained.

“I see,” Fjorm responded curtly as she shifted her gaze to the red spirits which were circling the sacred tree.

((Time skip))

The dream happened again, the same one, it was always the same one. Rukath sat up in bed his breath heavy and a cold sweat sat upon his brow, hair disheveled and cloths twisted and awkward. Rukath had been having the same dream every now and then leading up to the eclipse but after that strange day he had them every night. First it had been one set of black and green claws that had been tearing at his head and stone, as if they had been trying to pry them a part to create a hole, before the eclipse but after the moon overstayed its time in front of the sun a new set of colored claws joined the fight in pulling him a part, the only thing that seemed to have kept him mostly in one piece in the dream was strands of white and black that seemed put off light and shadows.

As Rukath tried to calm himself and clear his mind he thought he could hear something, no, someone whispering. Rukath paused to try and focus on the one voice that he could barely hear and could not even understand what it was saying. Then Rukath heard another voice, still only a whisper. He jumped out of bed, he wanted to find where the voices were coming from but however hard he looked they never got louder no matter where he was. Then more voices joined in.

Soon there were four discernable voices but instead of being whispers they were now low voices, all talking at the same time and keeping Rukath from actually hearing what they were saying. Another voice joined in the collective mass of noise in his mind, with the addition the mental volume jumped. Before Rukath could figure out what was happening more voices flooded in and brought the volume up, as if they all wanted Rukath to hear what what they saying.

Rukath's head began to throb and he could barely think straight, there were to many voices and they seemed to not care about the pain it was causing him. Even more joined in and Rukath no longer could function under the pain and just collapsed to the ground, hands clutching his head as he moaned lightly. That was when the voices shifted from unclear chatter to forceful guidance, directing him to do grab his stone and go outside. Once Rukath had manged to get out of his home on unsteady legs the voices forced him to shift and take off, their destination was unknown to Rukath who was in to much pain to really think about what was happening.

(time skip to day of the eclipse)

Ashley was excited and practically bouncing off the walls. Her parents had eclipse goggles ready and they were going to see the eclipse together. The horses seemed anxious though and told her as much. She assured them that eclipses were natural occurrences and tried her best to explain the science behind them to the animals who were interested. Silvius rolled his eyes. "Sis, CHILL! The Eclipse isn't going to happen until later! Why don't you call Arion and invite him over or something?" He suggested and Ashley grinned. "Good idea! He probably doesn't have anyone to see the eclipse with! And we DO have extra goggles for the party! Mom said she was inviting a few clients and that includes the Jiangshi from before!" She agreed, darting past Jiro as Gem squeaked happily, just as excited as her owner as Jiro ducked the young fairy's buzzing wings. "Sheesh, what's got her so excited? Serena says it's like she had a whole bag of sugar or something." Jiro asked as he looked after the fairy girl. "Meh, that's just how she is with this sort of thing. Ashley's a major science nerd and loves this sort of junk. You should've seen her the first time our adopted parents took us to see the dinosaur exhibit at the museum. She was practically bouncing as high as the head of an Apatosaurus! And those things are BIG." Silvius recalled with a chuckle. Jiro rolled his eyes. "Go figure. We get the science nerd." He sighed as he helped get ready for the party while Ashley dialed Arion's number to invite him over. She just hoped the vampire didn't have other plans as the phone rang. Her wings kept flapping and she couldn't control them as Gem happily zipped around her head, the blue snowball tabby teacup dragon chirping excitedly until Ashley reached up and caught the teacup dragon in her hand to get her to chill out

Seiryu Manteio and Fjorm - Divine Manaketes

Upon sensing an individual approaching, Seiryu tore his gaze from the red spirits. He walked over to the edge of the tree and saw a blonde young man seemingly in pain. Fjorm followed behind, squinting skeptically at the boy.

“Careful, Your Eminence. He may be a victim to the accelerated degeneration,” Fjorm warned.

“Then it is my duty to help him, is it not?” Seiryu retorted, flashing a grin before he promptly jumped off the tree. He summoned a smaller version of his massive wings to soften his landing. Upon reaching the ground, he cautiously moved closer to the blonde. The closer he got, the more he realized that the boy was the one he met in the market when the demon prince Luchter paid a visit.

“Are you alright, young one?” Seiryu gently asked, grabbing the blonde’s arms to steady him. Fjorm, who had leapt from the tree as well, stood warily beside her liege, eyes trained on the stranger.

Rukath Soular-Manakete

The voices steered Rukath towards a massive tree and as he neared the voices seemed to gain additional power and the pain in his head began to spread through his body. With a few more labored strokes Rukath landed at the base of the tree and he shifted back, only in a pair of pants for the voices had interrupted him as he searched and changed, slowly being driven forward towards the tree by the voices.

Rukath could see the red spirits that circled the tree, if he wasn't so occupied he would be unnerved. He had had a few run ins with the ominous but seemingly peaceful spirits and he chose to avoid them at almost all costs, he did not trust them.

A man came falling down from the tree upon a pair of small wings, followed soon by another. Rukath managed to recognized the first man as the one he had run into in the market. Rukath watched as he came up to Rukath, asking if he was alright and using his arms to steady Rukath's uneasy body. Rukath was thankful for the steadying arms for he was close to collapsing

"The voices, so many voices, to many voices. it hurts.. my head... body" Rukath managed to say, his draconic eyes looking into those of the oracle, the deep green orbs split by black pupils pleading for help.

Seiryu Manteio and Fjorm - Divine Manaketes

Seiryu raised his brow in response of the blonde’s stammer. He looked into the manakete’s slitted eye, squinting his crimson eyes. Suddenly, a flash of a woman in red appeared in the boy’s eyes, eliciting a surprised gasp from the Oracle.

“Your Eminence, has he degenerated?” Fjorm inquired.

“No, I do not think so,” Seiryu muttered, eyes fixated on the deep green slitted pupils before him, “Fjorm, call me insane but I saw Gules in his eyes just now.”
“Gules? As in the Mother of the Fire Tribe?” Fjorm asked in disbelief, “Are you sure?”

Seiryu closed his eyes. Gradually, a soft yellow aura engulfed him. He focused his energy to the palms of his hands which were in contact with the blonde manakete, combining their energy.
“Young one, please forgive me,” Seiryu murmured as he gently put his hand on the boy’s head, pressing his thumb on his forehead. Immediately, he felt a surge of energy from the boy, as if he was sucking it.

Seiryu… My stone…

Instantly, the energy flow was cut off and so did Gules’ voice. Seiryu opened his eyes, his hand that was on the boy’s head shifting to his grab his arm again.

Rukath Soular-Manakete

Rukath didn't really know how to react to what the man, who had been referred to as eminence, was saying and doing if he even could react. Rukath let the glow that the man created engulf them both, Rukath closed his eyes as he felt the energy in himself increase and to his amazement almost all the voices died away, all but one.

Rukath's mind seemed to stop and he mentally stood in a never ending plane of light where the sun seemed to be both below and above him. Before him stood a woman clad completely in red and flanked by a grand red and yellow dragon, she smiled at Rukath and he could feel both the power and knowledge coming from her. Before he could look any longer or even speak to the woman, Rukath was pulled back out of his mind by the drop in energy.

Rukath had heard what the woman, Gules he remembered the man saying her name was, had said to the man, something about a stone, her stone. Rukath opened his eyes, the voices had died back to a light murmur in the back of his head, and breathed heavily, he could not understand what had just happened. Rukath's body shook lightly as he looked back at the man before him, "what.. what was that? Who was that?" he asked the man.

Seiryu Manteio - Divine Manakete

Seiryu gaped at the blonde boy, shocked from what had just occurred. He could not fathom why a manakete outside of his bloodline, the direct descendants of Naga, could contact the Ancestors. A newcomer to the Domain, no less.

That aside, what was Gules trying to say? Was it the whereabouts of her dragonstone or has something happened to it?

“That was the Ancestor to the Fire Tribe, Gules,” Seiryu muttered, still in a surprised state, “Could you tell me your name, young one?”

"Rukath.. Rukath Soular" he replied, not quite sure what the man meant. Ancestor, as in long dead and only know through texts Rukath thought to himself as the voices in th back of his head kept on with their murmuring, he was thankful that that was as loud as they seemed to get.

"You mean the woman clad in red or the red and yellow dragon that was with her.. or both of them" Rukath said, thinking it possible that woman could be in both forms when seen on the mental realm. "Is this.. normal?" Rukath asked the seemingly surprised man, "could it have any relation to the nightmares I have been having?" Rukath questioned further, just about as stunned and baffled as the man.

Seiryu Manteio - Divine Manakete

Seiryu pursed his lips, averting his gaze as he tried to recover from his surprise. He motioned for Rukath to follow him as he walked over into the bark of the grand tree where a set of stairs led to the top of it. Once they were up there, he approached the grassy area circling the altar, staring at the red spirits that were patrolling the tree.

“First, let me explain to you about our tribe briefly, noting that you are a newcomer,” Seiryu started, turning to face Rukath, “The manakete species was founded millennia ago by six dragonborns we call the Ancestors. The woman who reached us is Gules, the Fire Mother. Other than her are the Water Mother Azure, the Wind Father Vert, the Earth Father Argent, the Dark Lord Sable, and the Divine Goddess Naga. They may not be physically alive anymore but we can still receive their guidance. Those who can hear their voices are called the Oracle and coincidentally, I, Seiryu Manteio, am the current one.”
Seiryu creased his brow as he tapped his index finger against his chin, gaze falling to the ground. “I was confused as the Oracles only hail from my bloodline whose members are direct descendants of our goddess, Naga. As far as I know, our respective bloodlines have no relation with each other. Thus, theoretically, it is impossible for you to have such ability.”

Seiryu lifted his gaze to Rukath’s eyes, his hand resting casually on his hip. “As for your nightmares you mentioned, what are they like? Who knows, knowing that you are a potential Oracle, it could be an ill omen.”

Rukath did not know what else to do so he followed the man to the massive tree that Rukath figured must be several millennia old. They went up the stairs that spiraled around the tree, a long climb that Rukath found quite beautiful in the strange darkness that was cast off by the seemingly permanent eclipse.

They finally reached the top where Rukath found a grassy knoll with a stone alter sitting in the center. Rukath could feel something in this area but he was to new to understand what it was. He looked at the red spirits that circled the tree, they unnerved him.

Rukath listened intently as Seiryu explained several things, a brief history lesson was one of these helpful explanations. Rukath shrugged when Seiryu said it was theoretically impossible for Rukath to have these things happening to him, "there are genetic mutations in families" he offered as explanation, in his mind Rukath made a note to locate his parents faster.

When Seiryu asked about his nightmares, mentioning that they could be an ill omen, he did not like the idea of knowing something bad will happen before it does but possibly not being able to stop, he shivered at that thought.

"Well.. I've had it several times, saw it more after the eclipse.. it always starts with me just sitting around, sometimes outside, others in a chair.. I hear something, don't know what, and get up only to be slammed to the ground by a pair for scaled claws.. recently it has been more than one pair.. they keep me pinned down, I never can see what owns the scaled talons, and they pull my stone off" Rukath said.

Thinking a little he continued, "their claws soon begin to dig into my flesh and soon they are trying to pull me apart, like they are try to get at something in me" Rukath said looking at Seiryu, "but while several talons work at me several more at trying to pry my stone apart, again like they want to get at something inside it, they always pull it apart by the crack in my stone, their progress through my stone parallels their progress of pulling me apart and it seems like my body as infinitely deep for their claws go pretty deep" Rukath said, finishing, looking at Seiryu to see what he thought.

Mizuko} Siren

-

Mizuko and her seven sisters had gathered in their parent’s throne room as they waited anxiously for the royal messenger to return.

“Mizuko,” Zonia whispered, trying to grab her younger sister’s attention. The aquamarine-haired siren looked back at her older sister for a brief second and then looked back forward. Nila shook her head, gesturing for Zonia to leave her be for the time being.

Eventually, the doors to the throne room swung open and the messenger entered. She bowed before the queen and awaited her approval before beginning to speak.

“Rise and speak, what is Atlantis’ message?” Queen Sirena permitted.

The messenger lifted her head and began speaking, “Lord Poseidon has declared that Atlantis is finally prepared for the marriage to commence. Lord Akhelios, will be arriving at noon to claim his future bride.”

“That b*****d!” Mizuko yelled in defiance.

“Mizuko, please, calm down,” The queen urged. “You don’t understand, it’s not as bad as you think. Just imagine…”

“No! I have had enough of this marriage cra.p!”

“For once in your life, will you just listen?!” Sirena exclaimed.

“Did you ever listen to me?” Mizuko retorted.

“I-I…”

“Hmph!” Mizuko turned her back to her mother and burst out of the throne room. She ran through all the corridors and exited the palace through the main entrance. Immediately, the four eldest sisters (Zonia, Nila, Souri and Meghna) chased after their sister, hoping to retrieve her Lord Akhelios arrives...

Part One of Narration - The Colossus

Jasper gave a sideways look at his younger sister before turning his attention back to Skylar, who was much different since the last time he saw her. He bowed down courteously before the Headmaster when they were told to explore the gap between the sun and moon.
“Leave it to us, Headmaster. We bid the Domain well while we are not present to deal with any strange occurrences.” Jasper said to the Headmaster.
-
Skylar lowered her head to the ground when the Headmaster told her that she, her brother and Rose were assigned to this task.
Riven will take care of little Ace well, but I must send Riven a notification that I may not be back right away, Skylar thought to herself before turning her attention back to the Headmaster.
She synchronized her bow with Jasper’s as he bid the safety of the Domain while their presence was not available.”
(Anything Rose does or says)
“Well then, there’s no time to waste. You are welcome to start your mission now.” the Headmaster said, standing up from his chair and bowing to the team of elite vampires.
Jasper gave a single nod before exiting the room, with Skylar following right behind him.
“Alright, so the goal is to provide an explanation on why the duration of this Eclipse is so long. There will be no interference with anything we come across.” Skylar said, pursing her lips.
“Correct. Rose, I can grant you a pair of temporary wings to get us there fast enough.” Jasper said, holding out his index finger and tracing a sigil in front of him, and when it glowed, he pushed it towards her and it assimilated into her chest area. In the darkness of the night, a pair of white wings materialized from Rose’s shoulders, opening and closing slightly.
“He always knows how to get the attention of ladies,” Skylar chuckled quietly.
“la-DY! The attention of other women are not of my wanting!” he remarked in response with a laugh.
“I believe you, sincerely. Right, let’s go and find out what’s causing the Domain’s slow demise.” Skylar said, narrowing her eyes before shooting into the sky with a graceful spin.

Jasper and Rose shot up after Skylar, leaving a bright beam of sparkling light behind. The wind brushed against their faces gently and the beating of wings were to be heard in the distance. They quickly reached the Domain’s outmost barrier. The three vampires hovered, standing equidistant from each other and holding out their palms focused on a 5 foot diameter in the barrier.
“How do we break through this? The Headmaster has created the barrier out of magic that derives from all the Supernaturals in the Domain. It’s the inhabitants living that protect themselves.” Skylar asked, turning her head to her brother, who she hadn’t seen in quite the long time.
“Focus your magic.” Jasper said closing his eyes.
Skylar nodded, and Rose gave the rest of her team a look of approval. With the other two vampires’ magic synchronized, a hole was burned in the barrier, allowing them to escape into the unknown void, completely oblivious to what lies beyond the Domain.
The three figures flew through Planet Earth’s atmosphere, quickly breaking through the outer layer, before Skylar summoned a shell around each of them to protect them against the harsh, extremely cold environment. They knew not how long it would be before something extraordinary would be discovered. The three vampires, whose pods all glowed a different color looked like comets shooting through the sky. One did not speak to the other, with all of them focused on their mission and restoring the heart of spirit back to the Domain, and allow all Supernaturals to thrive without worry.
“Aurelion, please scan the next 100 million miles for any celestial presences.” Skylar commanded the Star Forger.
“Malzahar, you may follow that task as well,” Jasper said.
The Star Forger and The Prophet of the Void were summoned besides their masters shortly. Aurelion’s eyes glowed a light blue, and two beams of light shot straight through space. The celestial dragons’ head rotated back and forth, scanning the empty void for anything that might give a lead to the cause of the Domain being thrown into a shrouded darkness.
After an hour of nothingness but a black, empty space, Aurelion finally spoke.
“There appears to be nothing in the next 100 million miles.” Aurelion told his master.
“I disagree. Although it is very faint, there appears to be a very strong force 107 million miles away. I extended my field a bit further than you did.” Malzahar corrected his partner.
“I was simply following strict instructions, Malzahar,” Aurelion replied in his low, booming voice.
“Then you are limited to what you are told, never to explore.” Malzahar spoke back.
“Why do I need to explore when my ancestors have created this universe you currently are in?” Aurelion retorted with a gentle laugh.
“True true. I shall speak no more.” Malzahar responded, laughing along with his partner.
Skylar and Jasper smiled to themselves as their familiars engaged in friendly debate.
“Malzahar, I’d like you to take all of us there. I assume you have an approximate location.” Jasper requested politely.
“My pleasure.” Malzahar replied, creating a short motion with his wrist, and a circle on the ground glittering with magical essence opened up on the ground.
The three vampires hovered above the circle and after a brief pause, the circle closed and took the three Supernaturals along with it.
When the circle reopened, the three Purebloods all were speechless, for they had never seen anything like what they were currently viewing. Before them floated a grand coliseum that glowed with an overpowering amount of energy. Although it was an astonishing sight, Skylar then picked up that the coliseum was abandoned, completely void of the passionate energy that was supposed to radiate from every Supernatural from the second they are brought into the world to the second they pass. May the stars glitter brightly, but the majestic structure was trapped in a sense by a series of rotating ornamental rings.
-
Abandoned Celestial Coliseum: https://images7.alphacoders.com/676/676799.jpg
-
“What do you think this means? It seems completely empty, making it impossible for it to be the cause of the Eclipse,” Rose asked, turning her head to the rest of the team.
“Completely unsure. But we cannot return empty-handed.” Jasper replied with a spark of determination to continue the journey.
“It doesn’t mean this magnificently built coliseum is a useless detail. Aurelion?” Skylar spoke up.
“Yes. It appears that the coliseum is located perfectly in the centre of all celestial bodies. It is unknown if that is a coincidence or holds some unidentified importance. I suggest we continue looking.” the Star Forger noted quickly.
“Agreed, and phew, is it not getting warm here?” Malzahar commented, unintentionally ruining the serious tone of the conversation.
Without any warning, a giant vortex of dark space matter opened up, torpedoing straight towards Rose. Not having enough time to react, Rose was dragged straight into the vortex.
“ROSE!” Jasper screamed, whirling around and chasing the vortex, his right arm outstretched in an attempt to retrieve his loved partner.
“JASPER I CAN’T GET OUT OF THIS!” Rose hollered back, struggling to break from the vortex’s suction but failing to free herself.
Without even thinking, Skylar shot straight after Jasper and Rose, all three of them heading straight towards the sun.
“MALZAHAR HELP ME!” Jasper commanded in a desperate attempt, but his familiar could only travel so fast.
The Prophet of the Void teleported through space, one time after another until his fingers were merely inches away from Rose’ hands. However, as he tried to grasp her wrist, the silver haired vampire was engulfed by the surface of the flaming sun, disappearing like how one would drown in quicksand. Crying out, Jasper narrowly slips through the gap in the vortex and vanishing before Skylar as well.
Skylar, who was just right at her brother’s heels was left there to stare at the surface of the sun, separated from both of her teammates.
“Jasper…Rose… I lost them both." Skylar whispered as a single tear was seen creeping out from the black cloth that covered her face.
For a moment, her mind turned back to the girl who stumbled into the Krymark Manor.
"There's something I must do."
(All characters who are not currently involved in some kind of plot line: When the disappearances start happening, a second team of supernaturals will be formed, but something else needs to happen before that happens. Let the story unfold! xD)

Arion - Vampire

(timeskip to the day of the eclipse)

Arion came out of the bathroom, when an unexpected guest surprised him. "Draecena!" "Ahh look who remembers. You got a phone call a while ago." "You've been waiting here all that time??" "Your right, I probably should have go in." "No!! That's not what I meant." He sighed while the other countined. "So you will call back, or?" She raised an eyebrow at him. "I don't know. I feel like she's done enough for me already. I should give a little space for her." "So that's a no." The vampire girl turned around and walked away. "You know, you should enjoy your time until you can." "What is that supposed to mean?" Racey shook her head and kept going. "Nevermind. Forget it."
Arion made some food for himself, while thinking about what the vampire said earlier. "Should have I go? But I don't want to be a bother. I could call at least." His food suddenly started burning, and he completly lost his thoughts. "Oh no! I'm gonna burn this place down!!"
A few minutes later he put the fire out, but the smoke was unbearable. He decided to open the windows, to let at least some of it out. As he looked out, he noticed something on the sky. A few moments later, everything went dark. An eclipse? That's random. But so cool and spooky!!

(timeskip to a few weeks later)

It's been years. He walked up to his calendar, with a tired face, to cross out another day. Only weeks? It certainly feels like years. He felt awful. Sitting in a dwelling for weeks, was almost torture for the hyper vampire . He would have never admit it, but he was scared of the dark. He tried running around a little when everyone was out, and he did work at the old lady, but other than that, he couldn't properly tire himself out. I'm gonna go crazy! When will this stupid dark end? He stood up and started packing up. Another fun day at the old hag.

He grabbed his bag, and ran over to the house. He knocked quickly. The door opened soon. "Come on in. Or the monsters will eat you. Muhaha." "Very funny." "Than why are you breathing like you ran around for days." "Nevermind that. Where should I start?" The elder vampire gave him a last look, than smirked. "You can start in the kitchen. I had some guests yesterday. There're quite a few dishes, but with my poor old back I couldn't do them." I need the money, I need the money, I need the money. He walked into the kitchen to find a huge pile of dirty dishes. He turned white, and started cleaning.
