Unbreakable~(Limited Spot RP)
As we crossed into the Helldomain, we reverted to our demon forms. My mother's coat disolved into nothingness, instead revealing a croptop and shorts that were hidden underneath it. From her shoulders sprang wings as dark as a night without stars, which I noticed were a lod more jagged than mine.
Following her lead, I too transformed, my dress giving me small sleeves around my wrists as well as me forming my own pair of wings. They were a dark purple and not nearly as spikey as hers, but they had similar shapes.
On the way to the portal, my mother had haughtily kept her gaze directly ahead of us, occasionally moving her chin up slightly higher whenever we passed werewolves. All the girls had kept shooting her dirty looks, but the boys had gone all gooey-eyed.
"Filthy mutts," my mother snarled again. "Vampires I can deal with, but those WOLVES are the underdogs of our society."
"Why do you hate them so much?" I asked, only to instantly regret my question the moment my mother turned to face me.
"Us demons and those vampires at least have some semblance of dignity. You saw up there one of the most powerful werewolves; he was an insane beast, who is not fit to even live and should be put down."
We came to a stop. Mother flexed her wings slightly and then kicked of into the sky, and I quickly followed suit, not wanting to be left behind.
"Where are we going?" I asked curiously.
"I'm going to teach you magic. Demons need to know magic," she said, a short and blunt answer.
The area she took me too was strange; for one thing, I didn't even notice us entering it, nor did it have an entrance; we had just flown on and then phased into it. It had a purple tinge to it, and shimmered and flickered at the corner of my eyes as if not entirely held stable in existance. All I could see was the stone platform we were stood on, as well as what looked like brick stairs leading upwards at the edges before being broken off before they could go very far. The platform had small circles expanding from the middle, each etched with an intricate set of runes.
((Please ignore the character, the dead bird and the ui.))
"Alright," said mother, interrupting my chain of thought. "I'm going to teach you magic."
"I know that," I said, a sly grin on my face. "You told me earlier."
My mother looked at me again. Before she had been so serious, so formal, but now a cheeky smile broke out on her face. "Jeez, I thought you were going to be a boring daughter. It looks like I got a fun one after all."
It seemed like a few hours had gone by. My mother had been training me non-stop. First she had started with telling me our branch of magic.
"Our family specialises in shadow magic. Other demons are able to use it, but we are the ones that are most advanced. We are, after all, masters of deceit," I had to admit, that last bit had disturbed me slightly.
Then, she had taught me how to control my aura. By the time she had finished, I was able to completely nullify it or amplify it enough to make somebody fully infatuated with me. She had recounted some times that she had used her aura, which disturbed me even more than the 'masters of deceit' bit in her earlier speech.
Compared to what she was teaching me now, that had been easy.
"Your aura is an embodiment of your will. The stronger and more confident you are of mind, the more likely you are to dominate somebody. The aura is nothing more than a sphere controlled by your willpower; a small trigger at the back of your mind is able to tell it how strong it should be. This same method can be used to control minds, though there are two key differences."
"What are those?" I had asked curiously.
"When you try to dominate somebody, you push them out of the control centre of their mind. You alone push the buttons and are able to force them to do things without any interference from the person. When you use your aura, you merely make them feel attracted; they are still in control of their actions, but they feel more inclined to do things your way."
It had hurt my brain a little bit, but I had soon gotten myself wrapped around it. But what the censored was this meant to be about?
I stood panting. If Drake wasn't going to accept me into his pack, I will need to be able to defend myself. I readied myself again. I held my sword up with one hand above my head, with my free hand, I held it like a shield. I took off at my target and wielded my sword in a curved downward path, and in a flash my sword cut through the boulder. I brandished my sword and ran towards my next target, a much larger boulder. I hurled myself at it with all my might and momentum and slashed a deep cut through its side. I backed up again to send another slash through the rock. Again, the rock didn't shatter. I tried once more, yet the rock didn't break.
I woke up with a heavy feeling in my stomach. Today I was going to speak to Drake. I ran through the speech I had planned and made sure the letter was still in my pocket. If Drake wasn't at his hut, I was going to leave the message at his hut. Hopefully I didn't need to show off my skills. I walked along a path which led down to a village like area. I went up to the largest hut and knocked. I held my breath as I waited. Was he going to respond?
((I apologize if italics don't show up for the maternal memories and thoughts. I'll fix them when I can get on a comp))
Zero made his way back to the Esper House, lost in thought of what exactly happened a while back. He entered the room to see Glave teleport in moments later. "Where were you farther?" He questioned.
"Finishing up some...experiments" He replied in a menacing tone.
"Experi..."Just as Zero was speaking Glave interrupted.
"What bloodline is she from?"He asked
"What how did you?!..." Zero said in awe.
"I'm an Esper, I can read minds" He answered.
"She's...I...I don't like her, but. She is of the Krymark bloodline. At least thats what she told me when we first met".
"A Krymark. Uhuhuhuhuhuhu. Good. Then you better enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber and start practicing. NOW!" He demanded. Zero listened immediately, after all he was almost killed at one time by Glave in a seemingly single blow of nothing, from Glave, which he contained the power to less that 10%.
I wonder what made him make me wanna train so badly Zero thought to himself.
...You'll know. All in good time. The Krymark's have the ability to summon Familiars. If I remember correctly one of them was a Celestial Dragon. I'll have Zero challenge it, there couldn't be a more suitable and equally matched opponent for him. Kuh.
" You done well for your first day of training, my son. But prepare yourself for tomorrow; I won't go as easy on you." Jack said, taking a last glance at Drake. " Come back here tomorrow whenever you are ready." He then turned to his pile of bones in the corner, where he was sitting earlier.
Drake placed his hands in the pockets of his jacket and walked out of the cave, towards his hut.
~Timeskip to Morning~
Drake stood up on his bed at the crack of dawn, reading through the book of Werewolf bloodlines his father handed him yesterday. But he waited for a certain someone, like he knew they were coming to visit him.
" She'll be knocking in 3...2...1....now." He mumbled. Right when he said now, he heard a knock at his door. Shutting the book closed, he walked towards the door. He glanced over at the girl waiting outside, immediately taking in her scent to know either or not she was a werewolf. " May I help you?"
((Does anybody want to rp with me? I've been keeping to myself most of this rp xD Pm me if you're interested; I'm willing to sneak into one of the other world places.))
"In order to shadowmeld," my mother announced, "You must be in a place but not be there."
My mind exploded. What?
"I don't understand..." I muttered quietly.
Naerisha gave me a disapproving look. "It's simple enough darling, you're just not concentrating. You need to convince the world that you aren't there, and as such you are not."
"But... I... HOW?"
She sighed heavily. "Alright, do this with me. Stand still with your hands by your side."
I copied what she was doing, and looked up at her, waiting for the next instructions.
"Now, view the world in an abstract way. Can you see all the auras that show people are there?"
Concentrating deeply, I tried to do as she had said. At first I found it hard, but eventually I managed to get it. The look on my face must have shown mother I had done it, as she continued.
"Those 'auras' are each person's signature on the world. You must erase your own signature to make yourself invisible to all but the most dedicated of searchers."
Naerisha faded away almost instantly, and I was worried for a moment she had left me; but then I thought again at the task at hand, and tried to 'erase my signature'. I wasn't quite sure how to do it, so I just tried to will it away at first. It stubbornly remained, and I began to grow angry. But then I remembered what mother had told me earlier; that you need to convince the world you aren't there. In my mind, my voice rang out, clearly audible through the eerie darkness of the world's layers.
I'm not here.
"Well done," Naerisha said, stepping out of the darkness. "Now, tell the world you are there; rewrite your signature."
I found it easier now I knew how to do it, and within seconds I was again visible.
"You've learnt decently well, Cresela. Though I still feel we could have gone through more," she said in a voice bordering between happiness and disappointment. "There's one more thing I must teach you, and that is how to shadowwalk. It is what allows you to cross between realms."
"There there, this is a lot easier than the other things. Shadowwalking allows you to either enter this place to help you train, or allows you to cross into the Shadowrealm which will help you cross long distances without half as much fuss as flying."
"But mother, this is the last thing you're teaching me? What about self defence? I don't know anything about that!"
Naerisha glared at me, and I felt an overwhelming urge to kneel before her which I thankfully managed to fight down. "Your mind and body will instantly react to attackers and give you the strength to force them down. If you insist, however, the book in your chest at home will tell you more."
"Alright," I mumbled, keeping my head down.
"Now then, shadowwalking. In order to shadowwalk, you must move between the plane's boundaries, so you must be mobile. Start walking!"
I immediately obeyed, beginning to walk in circles around the edge of the platform.
"Imagine the path beneath you turning into an ethereal bridge. Around you, your surroundings are hazy and unfocused."
The sudden nothingness of the place around me hit me at first, almost breaking my concentration, but I managed to keep walking.
"Do not move off the path here, under any circumstance. To do so would be to forfeit yourself to the unending dark; you will never find your way back from there."
I felt a sweat forming on my brow as I continued to walk. Naerisha's warning had chilled me to the bone.
"Your path splits here. One path leads to a dead end, whilst the other leads you to the place you want to go. You must imagine where the one you desire will take you, and which it shall be."
My path ended abrubtly, but as I forced myself to stop momentum threw me off the end. Fear clutched at my heart, and I felt despair cloud my mind as I felt myself fall and aphyxiate at the same time. My eyes could see only darkness, and no matter where I twisted my head I couldn't see the path. My wings tried to bring me up, but my efforts proved futile as they felt like heavy weights had been tied to the end.
A dim light suddenly filled my vision; it was a strange red-orange-black colour. Where had I seen that colour bef- oh. Feeling rather embarassed, I opened my eyes and discovered I was lying down in my bed, facing up towards the purple canopy.
((I don't mind. U could RP with me if u want))
The door opened and a huge werewolf faced me. "May I help you?"
After a while of being put through some bizarre experiments by the one known as Glave I was finally allowed to be set free. I was sent back to the eerie Howling woods. I could feel some new power running through my veins, I could smell things so clearly to such an extent, that even Bloodhounds and dogs back on earth would easily miss. I could fell my heart racing, I stood still and felt energy rush through my entire body. I opened my eyes and my body was covered in white-fur, and lava-like skin on my arms and feel I was much larger and huge muscles. I was to eager to test what I was now capable of, after all I actually liked the transformation as it seemingly made me much stronger. I could now tear out a tree from its roots with such ease. Like pulling crops from farmland. "Yes, yes, yes. Whatever Glave did to me...I am most grateful. My dream is that one step closer, thanks to this. Hhahahhahahaha".
((Hey, sorry for being inactive lately. My school's going to have a big event tomorrow and I've been busy with the decorations and stuffs for the past few days. Zero was meditating in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber for an hour, one minute in reality. He was learning to suppress his aura and raise it at will. While polishing a few moves e.g.. Tokitobashi (Time Leap), as well as traveling across the Universe. He came across large, small, beautiful and destroyed galaxies. "The Universe sure is a wondrous place..." Zero said looking at all the different Galaxies. It had been a few days in the chamber when Zero finally decided to leave it. He left his home once more, back to the forgotten forest. I went back to the Café to grab a bite to eat, since I was hungry for several days in the chamber...I was surprised I made it that long. Upon entering there was already a bowl of some nicefly scented flowers left on the table. I sat down to see a note, which read
For Zero Esper
Assuming I was the only one with that name I started to eat away. There was no-one around. It wasn't long before that women from earlier came up to me and placed her hand on my shoulder before sitting beside me. I felt a little uncomfortable, with the what was going on. All of a sudden my left arm wrapped around her and squeezed her against my self, as it they were acting on their own. WHA...WHAT IS GOING ON! WHAT AM I DOING, I...I CAN'T CONTROL MYSELF I thought angrily. My eyes widened and sweat started to drip from my face Why? Why am I doing this? The women did nothing but giggle.
"Soon...you will be all mine, very soon. It's only a matter of time now! huhu" She said. I sat there confused at her statements Could she be behind this.
Drake raised an eyebrow, giving the girl a confused looked. " Uh, I haven't even started the pack yet. But since you ask to join, I will let you be the first lucky member of my pack. Of course, it depends on how strong you are. I do not want my pack to be weak." He said. " So, what's your name? Since you came to me, I'm pretty sure you know who I am."
With a gentle thud, I placed the book back onto the table.
It was the book about the Aneiros bloodline, and it had told me some rather interesting points.
From what I had learnt so far in this new world, interspecies contact was frowned upon as the different races were rather hostile towards each other; however, the Aneiros bloodline approved of using it's abilities to entice others, provided the other was a vampire, not a werewolf, and was powerful enough to benefit the family as a whole. People like Naerisha believed that the unique traits of demon and vampire would mix into a more powerful offspring due to the different genetics they contained. It was confusing, but from what I gathered it was that the Aneiros bloodline wasn't as strong as other families when it came to fighting. They depended upon who they married into to give their children the strength of the other parent. However, the genetics couldn't be passed down from the father unless he was a vampire due to our more dominant female genes.
That had raised an important question for me. My mother had said that I had special abilities that would be revealed in combat; could it of been because she couldn't teach me them? Could my father of been a vampire?
Sighing, I wrenched myself away from the book and walked over to the mirror to admire myself. My perfect form greeted me, and I moved into different poses, each one accompanied by a rather flattering position for a reflection. Earlier my mother had given me a new lesson; and as I concentrated on the mirror, my hair changed, becoming pure white. It was an illusion spell that she had taught me, one that could hide and change the features of the focus of the spell. Every spell that my mother trained me to perform seemed to be based around yourself and how you made things view you. The illusion spell was no different in this aspect; I had to change the way that things viewed me to make my appearance change.
With one last casual glance at the mirror, my hair changed back to it's purple colour. I reached next to the mirror and took a brush off of the stand there; as I brought it through my hair, I admired the way that it shimmered in my reflection. After a couple of minutes, I put it down, and walked to the middle of the room.
I had been wandering around the Helldomain a lot more since a few days ago when I had first met my mother. It was interesting, but I wanted to explore a place that would contrast a lot to it. The words I had read in the book still rang through my mind, as well as the encouragement my mother had given me, and I was curious about seeing the vampires in their world-section-thingy. My foot stepped forward, followed by my other one, and I slowly took a couple of steps forward. Shadowwalking had become a lot easier for me now, and almost instantly I was greeted by the path and the nothingness around it. After a few more steps, I met a fork in the road, and I turned to my left. Going through the portal was also a lot easier for me now, and I no longer felt the pain I had the first time. Within seconds of my depature, I was greeted by the gloomy woods of the Forest.
I quickly disguised myself, making my wings fade away and causing my teeth to look more pointed, as well as giving my eyes a more hungry look about them. I began to walk towards a light I could see just at the edge of a few trees that were about fifty paces away from me.
Ah, I thought to myself, here I will meet my vampire.
I didn't really think about the whole hair colour thing, I just kind of wanted to show my character using the illusion spell.
As for the whole shadowwalking thing, I wanted it to be in the same style as DDO's (Dungeons and Dragons Online) shadowwalking ability, where you phase into a place that causes your steps to travel much farther. It is like teleportation in a sense, but you still need to actively move for it to work. If you still have a problem with it, I'll change it in the future to something different ^^
Zero was sweating profusely, he wanted to stop. But his body wouldn't let him. He no longer had control, Therefore he couldn't even use his dynamos. Suddenly a voice cried out "You there...". Zero turned to look at the owner of the all familiar voice and found that it was his mother, Kiana. "Step away from my son, NOW!" Kiana demanded in an angered tone. Frightened she tried to do so, but was being held to tightly by Zero.
"L...let go!" She cried. But Zero wouldn't release her.
Kiana, now understanding the situation. Nipped the rose eater with her mighty sword on the side. Despite being a mere scratch she yelled as if she had been shot by an assault rifle. "This is the power of the Destructive Vampire sword, Bloody Queen! Now I will make you an offer, stay away from..." She said, when all of a sudden the women was incinerated by an electrical charge. "What the?!" Kiana turned to Zero, he was engulfed in a sinister purple electric aura, he was so enraged, the look of his eyes alone would send chill's cold enough down a spine, and freeze it. "Z-Zero did you just...kill her"
His mind was filled with anger, so much so that he completely ignored what Kiana said "No-one, No-one, NO-ONE...TRYS TO CONTROL ME!" Zero yelled looking up and tensing his arms. Huge waves of his Aura sent gust of winds of incredible power, enough to cause trees to dance. The Cafe turned to ruble in a matter of seconds. The amount of demonic aura he released could be felt from a wide radius.
Soon after he calmed down, the aura slowly faded. He was completely unaware of what he just did. "Mom, why are you here..."
"He's, He's following his farther's footsteps. No." She thought. "I...I came after you since you left the Time Chamber to come here right away, you didn't even stop to eat. I followed you, and luckily I did!" She informed.
"I see, Sorry about that. Zero looked around to see nothing but ruble and fallen trees. "What happened here, it was fine a seco...."
"You did that, you got angry and killed her. A destroyed this entire area"
"I...I didn't know!"
"I know, but come lets get you home!"
"Oh come on mom I just got out, I'll be more careful from here on out!" Zero pleaded.
"Oh...Alright. But you better be!" She said with more concern in her tone. Kiana left the forest back to The House of Esper. Zero was walking in the forest when he sat down at the trunk of a tree, thinking about what just happened. He could still see the broken branches which he presumably caused. Very close by he could sense 2 different auras. One was very familiar, the other. Completely different, enticing. Surely they must have seen or felt what just happened. Zero walked over to the 2 auras, one of which was hiding in a tree and the other stood on solid ground. Upon coming closer...
After admiring his own strength, Draconia picked up the scent of two Wolves close by...very close by. Hoping at least one of them would be good enough to challenge him. He ran over there, though he was able to run at Superhuman speeds, compared to other Werewolves he was relatively slow. Though this was due to him favoring brute strength over anything else. Once he arrived he saw two beings in there human form. Thanks to their scent it was evident both were Werewolves, yet one of them-The Girl's aura didn't feel completely Werewolf. "You there! I challenge one of you to a duel. Which ever one of you is the more powerful being, come out and Face Me!" Draconia challenged.
Drake's head shot up when a sudden voice started shouted at them. He saw a boy, probably about two years younger than him, point at the two of them. Chuckling a little, Drake changed to his werewolf form and pushed the girl behind him. He narrowed his red eyes at the boy. " You want to challenge me? Ha! Bring it!" He taunted, then smiled.
"I must admit, impressive" He said before transforming himself. His lave hands and feet burned brightly, sending deathly glares to the other wolf with his fiery eyes. "Whenever your ready..."He said clenching his fist and moving one forward (The second both fists meet, the battle will begin).
" Hmph, hehe, very well." Drake said, before lunging and bitting the other werewolf in the neck. Little did he know that he just activated one of his abilities, poisonous bite. ( Read form for details ) Before he could get attacked, he jumped back to avoid any blows. He barred his fangs and snapped his jaws, hungry for more blood.
Draconia growled as he got bit in the neck. He watched as the other werewolf jumped back, probably to avoid any counter attacks. "Playing Dirty are we...no sportsman ship, alright. But I'll warn you. Fighting at range is a piece of cake for me. Let me demonstrate." He said, he spewed out a stream of fire in a circle around them, "now we have an arena, see. I can take you at a range as well as close combat" He said smirking as flames poured out of his mouth.
Drake smirked. " I'd admit, you are a worthy opponent. But in the end, I will defeat you. Your aura is not a powerful as mine and you lack intelligence." He teased. He circled the other werewolf, sizing him up. He had fiery skin, so touching him would burn him, but not if he attacked with his claws. Sweeping to the side quickly, he rammed his claws into his side. Then, he jumped behind him, stabbing him in the back. Drake growled when he got burned a little from stabbing his back, but was able to deal with it. As he steathly backed away but not too close to the fire circle, he licked the blood from his claws. As long as a drain some blood from him, I'll get stronger. He thought, then waited to see what the other werewolf would do
I could of sworn that I had heard something nearby, and it turns out that I was justified in thinking so. I smiled slightly at the vampire girl that had just appeared in a mocking manner, listening to her words.
"Me? Why, I'm just here for a stroll... I heard that vampires are a very dignified species."
Again, I waited for her to finish speaking. She seemed irrationally angry so some reason, and I kept hearing the word 'Zero'. As she leapt in front of me, just past her I could see a figure beginning to walk towards me; from the looks of it, it was a male vampire. This time, my smile became a devious grin.
"Is there any particular reason as to why you are behaving like a werewolf?" I asked coolly. "You are showing very animalistic traits for a supposedly intelligent race."
"Arrrrgh!" Draconia moaned as he grew angrier. My aura may not be as powerful as your, but. It my power grows the angrier I get. And your starting to tick me off" He said, but for some reason despite his anger he wasn't increasing in power as rapidly as he should...it was a rather slow increase. Increasing at this rate will prove insufficient for a fight against an opponent as strong as this "Why, Why Is my power not increasing as much as it should?! WHY?!" Draconia growled. (It's because he's getting angry but because of the bite you gave, its slowing down how much power is getting increased. And against an opponent like you not receiving sufficient power is fatal). "I guess...I have no choice. I gotta end this quickly it's a shame" He said he clenched his claws on Drake's shoulders digging into them with his burning claws and pushing him back. "Prepare to die! Hellfire Strike!" He yelled. His body was immediately consumed in a raging blaze as he charged towards Drake at an unstoppable momentum. "Not even a Werewolf as powerful as you if strong enough to stop this, HAHAHAHAHA!".
((Here is where you can dodge the attack, and comment on his stupidity, that maybe no-one can stop it, but dodging it is an option. Is it okay if in your next post you just dodge the attack, you can finish him off in the post after that))
Drake had chuckled at the other werewolf getting angry. And he did not regret it when he gripped his shoulders with his firey hands and pushed him away. Barring his teeth as pain seared through him, he stood back to his feet. He watched the werewolf started charging at him with a move called " Hellfire Strike ". Drake smiled evilly and shook his head. Sweeping to the side, he dodged the powerful attack. " I may not be able to stop that attack, but I am able to dodge it. I was expecting more from you. Your stupidity is high for such a strong opponent. Where you may excell in strength, you fail miserably in intelligence. Luckily for me, I have both." He taunted, examining his claws.
I raised my hands up in the air, and changed my grin to an innocent smile.
"Now now, what would that gentleman over there think of you attacking a poor, defenceless girl like me?" I goaded. "After all, I haven't tried to threaten you in any way, and believe me when I say that attacking without provocation makes you seem like a madman. I'm sure this... 'Zero'... wouldn't want to be associated with an unstable, trigger-happy vampire."
"Skylar, and who's that over there. Whoever it is...she certainly has a look about her, she's rather pretty! Wait...what, did I think that!" Zero thought. He placed his hand out and felt something in front of him, it was invisible. Some sort of barrier "This must be Skylar's doing, though it is rather weak. I could easily break it. Better yet, I could just teleport out...what exactly is she thinking! Of course, Skylar is still unaware of my ability to manipulate Time & Space. Hmph. Though I'll pretend to be held back by this field, I'll only step in when needed. After all it may be exciting watching a little action" Zero was thinking.
Zero listened from behind the barrier to the new girl's enticing words, from what Zero knew, She hadn't done anything wrong. Zero phased out of the barrier to try resolve this seemingly pointless conflict when he all of a sudden felt a strange rush through his body one of which lured him to the new Girl. Though Unlike the rose eaters his mind was set on her, though he still had control over his own body. Zero started to walk closer and closer to the this supposedly demon Girl.
Draconia charged at full speed, but after he realized he missed he started to slow down. He turned to look at the path of destruction he left behind. "No, No, No, NO!" He cried, holding his hands out in front of him. His body crackled with red electricity which inflicted damage, a side affect of 'Hellfire Strike!'. He looked down at the floor waiting for the other werewolf to finish him off, knowing he was now going to loose.
Drake approached the werewolf, who crackled with red lightning. " I should have warned you before the fight. But of course, why would I do that? I don't give my opponents warnings." He said, before slashing the werewolf on the neck where he bit him earlier. " You have been defeated. What are you going to do now?" He squinted his eyes.
Draconia reverted into a human after being smacked on the neck by Drake. He said nothing and just looked in the opposite Direction of Drake. "I-I'll join you...your pack. But know this, I'm not joining to aid you, but I'm joining to become stronger, I feel as though I could learn a thing or two of you".
((Hey Cresela I just edited my post, so Zero's now under the control you attraction field thingy. You might wanna read it for more detail))
((Yep, I've read it... just waiting for Skylar to reply now! :P ))
Drake nodded. " Very well, you may join. And since you seem powerful enough, I'll make you my Beta. That means you are like a second in command. But know that you can never defeat me, for I am the Alpha." He said. " So, who exactly are you?"
"Beta?! Very well. I guess I can live with that...and as for the other thing, I guess well have to wait and see, hehe!" Draconia said. "So what now, is this girl here your mate by any chance?" Draconia asked with a teasing voice.
((Had to cut it short, since the other got deleted))
Zero managed to recover quickly thanks to his mother's regeneration, he got up to Skylar and the other girl, who appeared to have blood seeping through something . Not knowing what to do, he traveled back in time to see the full story, and he managed to learn as to why he acted the way he did. "I understand now, but how am I gonna stop this cat fight! or one sided fight, from what I gathered she is of a relatively weak kind". Zero said traveling back. He started to lower himself to the ground when he heard Skylar threaten to kill her, he darted down causing gusts of dust to spread in a circle around him upon his descent. "Hold it Skylar, there will be no killing necessary. I'm actually surprised as to the honesty coming from a demon, she literally is defenseless. Though still with superhuman peaks her kind is on the lower end of the scale when it comes to power. They rely on those they lure to defend them" Zero laughed looking towards Cresela. "Point is leave her be, she is only doing what is necessary for her particular race's survival" Zero explained putting his hands in his jacket pockets. "Say though..." He said turning to Cresela "Would you do me a favor, learn how to control your aura. I suppose your mother or farther may have expelled this from your training schedule as for your race's survival you need to lure as many beings as you can" Zero said meaningfully. "Also would you like to join us" Zero offered to the Succubus cleverly, looking at Skylar wondering if she'd notice the term 'us'. "Skylar actually fought for me, who know what would have happened if I fell under the Succubus's charm. If she want's me she'll have to do so by fair means...I guess this is the least I could do for Skylar!" Zero thought. "Say Skylar, you went to the Café earlier didn't you. But you didn't get anything since you stormed out. You still hungry?" Zero question with a smirk, he tilted his head and placing his joined, middle and index finger on his neck. "Eh I should be able to cope with her Sucking My Blood, after all I have my mother's regeneration to thank for it".
"...Exactly how long are you going to leave me waiting, Skylar. You gonna bite my neck or not?" Zero said impatiently.
" No, she is not my mate." Drake said. " I do not even know her name yet. She just came and asked me if she could join the pack." He quickly looked back at the girl, then back at the new werewolf. " As for what to do now, I'm going grab something to eat, then I need to go see my father for more training. You may come, but when I go see my father, I suggest you don't. He does not really like strangers."
Zero said nothing after a Skylar bit his neck. "Hmph, she took full advantage. Pfft, even when I drank her's I didn't take this much. Oh well!". He looked over at the demon, and sighed. "I can't believe this, is this really happening" He thought. "Skylar why did you attack her, It's not going to work in your favor you know! She actually didn't do anything particularly wrong" Zero asked. He put his hands in his pockets and started walking down a path "...One more thing who's this Aurelion Sol I have been told about?" Zero questioned. "You coming or what?!" Zero shouted back at the Succubus.
Glave teleported to the Howling Woods. He froze time, everything stopped except Zero, Drake and Draconia. Zero was able to resist the time control by shielding himself with his own. "Ah, Draconia I see you've found Drake Kendrick...And Joined his pack. Good on you! Though Drake, I have a favor to ask you. I would like you to battle my son, in the main arena...Hehehehehe! If you accept I'll take you there now, and provide you with a meal once your there. Well do You accept...Drake Kendrick!" His eyes narrowed with mischief.
While Zero was walking he noticed everything had stopped "that's strange, I didn't stop time...Could it be, wait No...!".
Drake turned to face Glave with anger in his eyes. He did not appreciate everyone suddenly starting to crowd around him. His father did say for him to return in the morning to his cave to train, and he was not going to let him down. Another fight?! What, I don't get a break?! He thought. " I just fought with this guy here. He has proven himself a worthy and strong opponet. So, don't I get a break? Plus, I have scheduled training with my father in a few minutes. And why would you want me to fight your son? Do you hate me so much that you want me dead or something?" Drake then smiled evilly. " Unless, you would rather your son be dead." He mumbled under his breath.
"Hmph. I'll speak with your farther" Glave offered. He laughed at Drake's remark about him wanting Drake Dead "Hah, actually Drake...I enjoy anyone dead. Even if it's my son, life is boring without death! I'm not giving you an option Drake, Believe me fight and as compensation I'll reward you with a gift that will even allow you to surpass your farther, now come!" Glave demanded.
