Unable to play

Ever since the new update, I've been unable to play SoD. I've tried to play numerous times, and have tried using each of the vikings under my account. But each attempt ends exactly the same - with a sign that comes up saying "There was an internal server error. Please load the game again" whenever I clicked the second 'Play' (the one with the screen that shows the list of all of your vikings + your active dragon). Upon clicking the green 'tick' button beneath the message, I am redirected to the loading screen where you are supposed to login.

 

Am I the only one with this problem?

 

I am on a macbook air, playing the downloaded game.

-  Sky Riser - a windwalker (main riding dragon - also used in races)

-  Glory Hunter - a titan storm cutter (main battle dragon)

-  Dark Frost - titan wooly howl

-  Shining Spark - titan terrible terror

-  Storm Striker - titan skrill

I've tried deleting and reinstalling SoD.

Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue. This occurs after the Viking selection screen, correct? Do you know which OS  you are running? Have you tried reinstalling? This can sometimes help resolve certain issues. We also suggest if possible playing with another device or platform, as this will let us know if it's your account experiencing the issue or the device. Do let us know. Thank you!

It occurs on the Viking

It occurs on the Viking selection screen - whenever I click play. Unfortunately, I have already tried to reinstall SoD, but to no avail.

I have just tried playing on another device - and that worked.

The OS I have is the OSX El Capitan, Version 10.11.6

The last time I was playing,

The last time I was playing, I was flying around on a snow wraith, which I had recently made titan. Unfortunately, I do not remember much more than that.

Thank you for the update. Could you please also include your Viking name? You mentioned you have been able to play and pass the Viking screen on other devices, correct?

My viking's name is Fearsome Fire. And yes, I have been able to play and pass the Viking screen on other devices (an iPad Pro).

It's possible it may be related to your Macbook air as you are able to pass the screen while on another device.
