The Resistance is always recruiting more anti-hackers which the only requirement is have an active forum account!
There is no form unless if optional is you want a cyber dragon. Garcia loves to make new friends, such as forging and repairing injured dragons with robotic parts and all with the ability to travel into the digital matrix with Garcia.

Cyber Dragon Rules:
1) No cyber dragon can be higher then 98% or lower then 15% robotic. (Only Garcia is full robot)
2) Only one dragon per species (2 members cannot have a cyber skrill)
Only one dragon per member
3) No OP abilities
4) Only engineer (Healing) dragons have an extra cyber ability that I choose
5) I give them the ranks. It what Garcia chooses
6) No giant alpha species cyber dragons, screaming death is good enough, but no Bewilderbeasts, Red deaths, or especially Foreverwings
7) Please don't request a cyber dragon to fill as your OC as a cyborg dragon. We need to save as much spots as possible (So its got to be a new OC of yours)
8) No negativity, tears, or crying when a cyber dragon you wanted is taken (I'm a kind person and I don't want that to go against my will, otherwise I will no longer be kind and you don't want that)
9) No complaining about the rules, there is a reason for each of them
10) If a cyber dragon you wanted is taken and ONLY if you want the dragon so badly, you can either have to pick another one, or pick a hybrid cyber dragon
11) Take it easy on book dragons, if they get releases in the franchise I'm not redesigning them
12) I don't always give you drawings even if I say I will. I apologize if that bothers you but I get very busy at times. Just don't rely 100% on me making your cyber dragons
13) You can use my dragon bases for your cyber dragons, or draw you own
12) No fan species dragons

Hybrid Cyber Dragon Rules:
1) Hybrid dragons can ONLY pair from 2 dragons
2) The 2 parental dragons can only look similar with similar appearance, size and shape. (A night fury can ONLY pair with the wooly howl, desert wraith, and sand wraith and nothing else. Not skrill, stormcutter, and especially Bewilderbeast)
3) No negativity abut hybrid cyber dragons (I'm not going through that again)
((type "cybernetic" as you subject if you read the rules(Or no cyber dragon)))
4) A percentage count cannot be greater then 85% or lower then 15% of a single species of dragon (Cannot be 1% wooly howl and 99% night fury)
5) Cyber dragons have restrictions. they will be in the spots, and will be featured in a video game, but will not be mentioned on the main thread and not become a playable sprite (Hybrid dragons can't have their own game)
6) You can't push me into making hybrids that cannot be paired, or that can get me to push you harder
7) No book dragon hybrids
8) the same rule as number 2 on Cyber dragon rules

Sorry, but hybrids cannot be bred again (They will be cross-breeds). The Night Wraith spot is taken.
But if you looking for Night Fury pairs, there is the Desert Wraith, or Wooly Howl left

I might alter that cybernetic ability a little but, perhaps a thruster pack to get what you wish. Then of course you still have restrictions because you wanted a hybrid dragon. You're cybernecic appearance is kind vague though, but I'll work on it.
I have to say this as the leader of The Resistance and this is business. Have you read the rules. I don't see "Cybernectic" as your subject. (You might have. I mean, you do have a quite fair form)

That is an appropriate cyber dragon. But I must say to you and Aperture both, you are pretty lucky.
Why you are lucky is because this is quite an old thread and I forgot to do some things. I've kicked Princess of the Night Furies and Majora out because Princess didn't do anything for The Resistance (Depart for making one banner) and has been inactive for months. Majora is the one who has done absolutely nothing and broke rule number 7 which you're not supposed to have an already existing OC as a cyber dragon. It's a spots reserving compromisation.
Otherwise, I would tell both of you to pick a different species of Cyber dragon because the Night Wraith was originally Princess's and the Flightmare was originally Majora's.

Edit: Well, in case of any misunderstandings, not all dragon breeds are taken. But the ones that are listed are the ones that are taken. I can give you a few dragon breeds that are available still:
Flame Whipper, Windwalker, Gronkle, Hideous Zippleback, Catastrophic Quaken, Rumblehorn, Whispering Death, Cavern Crasher, Shadow Wing, Hackatoo, Windstriker, Sword Stealer, Moldruffle, and several more species are still available.

You can make banners and stuff. Report hackers and trolls or some other stuff. Yes, you can keep the flightmare.
Question, do you have pictures that I can put writing on, I am terrible at drawing but I think if there was a base, that I could put some creative writing on it. Just wondering.
