No Membership Received After Purchase - URGENT (Admins Please Read)

Hello,

I just bought a 6 month membership a few hours ago and I still haven't got my membership. I'm pretty displeased about this, admins. I paid over forty dollars for this and what do I get? Nothing. Please resolve this issue as quickly as possible or give me a refund because I can't just let this stand. Thank you for reading this.

Okay, so I just read what I said a day ago and it was kinda rude, but I'm actually STILL waiting for my membership. When I check my subscriptions it says I paid, but I can't access any of the expansions, Toothless, or anything, for that matter. It still says I'm not a member. But the money was still withdrawn from my account. Please help.

Hello! We're so sorry to hear this has occurred. Could you please provide us with a few more details regarding your issue. Which platform did you use to purchase the membership? Could you please provide us with your username, viking name, and proof of purchase. This could be the order/confirmation number or a screenshot of the receipt/confirmation you receive when the purchase was made. Thank you!
