Good afternoon.
My name is Boguslaw S. and Im father of one of your players with login:
Dominisia2008

My daughter is 8 years old and sometimes think that she is mature lol can do anything without premision and know everything lol :), by her bad move she delete her own character called DominisiaS what she played about 1 year on slot 1 from character list.
And the worst thing what she did was create new character with the same name DominisiaS on same slot 1.

Cant be worst lol.

Im Desktop publishing operator and I work a lot on computer and I asume that you have backups of any active accounts from server. Proabaly you have few backups with random dates on them.

I would like ask you very very polite if you can help me and restore her character DominisiaS on slot 1 from character list with date before 13 januar 2017 year.

New character what is now on slot 1 can be eplaced with old one, I dont wanna lose so many cash and time what she invest in building her primary character.

Like you see her account is premium and it is paid by my person with my credit card or paypal.

She crying a lot now on her stupidy and got punishmed by me that she didnt ask any question with english what she dont understand just clicking by stupidy and writing DELETE on pop up menu where you need confirm deleting your character. lol

Will be great if you can help my daughter who love your game about dragons get off from this deep censored :)

I love her and I promiss to help her how I only can to get back her old loved character, that why I ask you to help me that I will not lose in eye of my daughter that I didnt help her :).

Reasuming help us both PLEASE :).

Really Im very sad when developer take money but now will to help.

I'm sorry to hear this happened! Its weird because they revived a youtuber's Viking once, but apparently they can't do it "due to the sensitive nature." How odd.

Still no update in this case?

I asume after 3 months they really event dont have my case still open.

That is sad how working support in this game, simple there is 0 support.

I dont mean forum persons who look and try help, I mean support from developer who taking your hard made money what you spent to make childs happy. :(

Simple and sad.

Problem resolved
Evrything get restored by great help from Brynjolf, Deyci and programmers.
My daughter are happy back, sad only it take 3 months but it end with good result, we are happe.
