It's more a play on words than anything- they're probably a sub species. after all, Stormfly was originally The Storm Fly, which was a sub species of mood dragon. Or at least that's how I understood it otherwise it could have been that the dragon's actual name was "The Stormfly"

And Valka probably rejected them because at first she didn't think they were dragons.
Oh, I don't remember it being "the" Storm Fly. But I will be re-reading the series and picking out info for the Wiki. Finished Book 4 and need to start Book 5, so I'll get to it eventually ....

They are all beautiful! (Yes, especially you, Fluff Muffin) My boy will make a wonderful stable protector! No one dares to enter with him glaring daggers in their direction. (Fluff Muffin, let Jaxomis in! Whoa, whoa, whoa, don't give me that look! Do you want me to hide under a bed?! You know, don't answer that...) Actually, I think I'll have him live in my house... None of my dragons, except Jungle the Sweet Death and Iceheart the Groncicle, who are immune to grumpy-waves, dare enter their stable...
haha I can imagine feeding time and all the hungry dragons to scared to enter the stable. Poor guys! It was a good idea to take him into the house
Yes, all my other dragons were either giving me sad puppy eyes or glaring daggers at me when they found Fluff Muffin guarding the stables at feeding time... Now that he's in the house everyone's happy again. Well, as happy as Fluff Muffin ever is... He does seem to like sitting in the window and scaring the people and dragons walking by, though! And I don't have to worry about thieves anymore either! ^-^ (Not that many people would try to steal from a place with dragons around!) Thank you for letting me take care of him!

Ya these two are mostly mean but they can get along with any dragon that understand their feelings (both of them had a really awful past but things got better when i found them, maybe one day maybe they will get along with my other dragons but for now im glad they are trying atleast)

None of them seemed particularly interested, but Moon Over Bourbon Street, my young Flame Whipper, offered him some fish when he was hungry. But they don't seem to hate him or anything in that direction.
However, he has already found a friend, but not among my dragons! My plushed dog who goes by the name Hond immediately got along with him. Now they're eating shoes together and pouting as much as they want to. I hope he's not too sensitive to shoes, I tried to prevent him from eating them but he always finds a way to get out of my view (at least the Boneknapper is watching him but he's no big help °v°)
I can't take a photo of Hond right now, but in case you'd like to know who Box is hanging out with, he looks more or less like this dog, just the snout is a little bit bigger and the legs a little bit shorter.
I have just decided that Grumples diet primarily on leather. Their favorite kind is very old and very stinky.
It's good he has a bright eyed, cheerful friend to gnaw shoes with- I hope Hond's personality rubs off on him!
Leather? Oh no, I have to run to look how my shoes are, I've had them for years and they're pretty worn out but they're the only ones that fit and that are not too hot... oh no XD
But I should be glad his tolerance for his favorite food is high XD

THANK YOU!!!!!!! Princess looks absoultely beautiful!!! I introduced her to all my dragons, and I have to say, their reaction was priceless! But after a while they got used to her and she is now best friends with my two Razorwhips, Lightshard and Starlight! Together they have had a lot of fun and I'm sure Princess will soon be best friends with everyone else!! Thank you so much again!!!
It's good to know they're warming up to him. I wouldn't have expected the razorwhips to be the first, they must be very kind razorwhips ^^
Yeah, I was shocked too when I saw it was my Razorwhip twins who were best friends with her! But since they have lived their whole lives together, they have learned to accept each other and who they are so it seems like they are doing the same for Princess! Either way I am so glad she has friends like Lightshard and Starlight!!! :D

Yeah they're in the same family- not sure who they are more closely related to probably to the Hobblegrunt (but I don't remember breathquenchers... are they from the franchise or Cressida's series?)
