Ok so this is my second time making a RP so it might not be so good but I hope you guys enjoy it

Okay Water it is then (aw man I just start to like the evil air character I madeXD)
Name: Clemence
Elemental: Water
Power: I don't know the fancy words so...basically it's a Water manipulation/Water bender ability actually just liquid in general. She can manipulated movement, temporature(make it iced or steam) and all those stuff.
Personality: Determine, fierce and very strong willed and headstrong. harden by hardship and war but despite all that deep down she's still a kid with sympathy and loyalty to those she hold dear and willingness to do the right thing and naiveness and sense of wonder and longing for better life kid like her tend to process.
Appearance: Clemence is the short dark skinned girl with short curly hair that was tied into the tiny pigtails. She got large cat-like amber eyes. She usually wear the blue jacket but also equip with battle gears, like arm bands, think Naruto.
Rival clan: None(if it's alright). She's born after the first war so she doesn't really care much about the history and the propergada didn't get to her much, of course she's warried for both earth and fire but more because they're enermy rather than personal grudge(meaning if they aren't out to ki,ll her then she's pretty chill with their existence)
Strenghts: Will power, quick learning, skilled fighter, heart. She carried around iron dust to mix with the water she used so when it's solidified it can be used as her weapons.
Weaknesses: Lack of experience, for all her power, Clemence is still just a kid. and if being pit against someone with less power but more experience(not age, experience) then she would likely be defeated. Not only for fighting experience but also idealogy and mind game.
Power Limitation: Can't generate water out of thin air, the water has to be around already. Has to use body/hand movement in order to control water so she wouldn't be able to if restainted or paralyzed. The power of her ability depends on the body of water and more importantly, her will power. If she's in doubt or not concentrate enough then it wont be as strong.
Extra: She's 12 but being Orphan during the war time, she's being trained to be a warrior at this age making her much more mature and harden than she should be, but you know in the end, she's still 12. Not interested in boys.

Personality: Doesn’t understand most jokes, very serious, only does things that are logical, protective of her friends, feels that her friends are her family, very smart, terrible speaker, hates to be in large crowds, loves to lead, plans before actions, her true colors are Gold and Green, wants to know how things work, not easily scared, loves the cold, loves heights, hates it when others don’t fallow directions, very intelligent, wants friends, hates to ask questions, easily gets annoyed, very anti social

Strenghts and Weaknesses: Strengths- natural leader, very smart, gets offended but doesn’t show it, not easily scared, very startigical
Weaknesses- isn’t very social, isn’t good at making friends, very lonely, isn’t good at keeping friends, hates to be lonely and is lonely a lot
Power Limitation ( you have to have at least one ): Using her power majorly decreases her energy, sometimes she will stay in one form for so long that mid flight she will turn back into a human and hit the ground and faint. Gets major headaches if she tries to block lots of wind.

Personality:
Aeryn has a sense of show-offness, an over-the-top, dramtic character. She takes any gven situation, braishes it with a flare of scarcasm and preforms, drawing attetion to herself all the while managing to act edgy or sweet, or however she wanted to be percieved. This need of hers to put on a show made her invaluable to the man while she was on his side. She knew how to be intimidating and thus was recruited to being a comander. However, while snooping, she discovered his true intensions and left to join the rebel force. Like the theature kid she should be, Aeryn has expertly crafted this skill of taking on different personas, and she isn't afraid to add in some cliche drama to her dialouge and actions. Constantly referencing pop-culture, Aeryn is an intresting, but tiring person to be around. The problem with her extroverted, boldness is that few get to witness the actual Aeryn, not one of her many characters. In a sense, it is quite similar to the multifacered personality disorder, only, Aeryn recognizes her many personas. She chooses not to show anyone her true colors due to some insecurties. These different personalities are the shields she has put up for emotional protection. With Aeryn, you never know if her reactions are genuine or just part of the show.

Before I can decide on the apparence, I need to know, what time period is this? Do they have guns or swords?
Rival clan: Fire I guess
Strenghts and Weaknesses:
Aeryn is smart, bold, brave and is the perfect distraction. She can adapt to fit any given role, whether that is the leader, the follower, the hapless sidekick or a military drill sergent.
Aeryn is never herself and it is always hard to tell whether she is being genuine or not. She is a great liar, probably because she lies so much that it has become nearly second nature to her.
Power Limitation ( you have to have at least one ):
Killing a person by directly affecting the water inside their body is next to impossible. She can only do this when she is at her strongest. She cannot randomly generate water either, it has to be pre-exisiting. She can only communicate with marine animals. She can only travel in water, and for short distances, doing such is taxing and requires her to regenerate after usage.

Power:
- Aerokinesis- control air
- Aeroportation- teleport using air
- Minor control of the weather (more so tornadoes and hurricanes than thunderstorms or blizzards)
- Air Mimicry- turn into air, fog, mist, etc.
- Deoxygenation- suck up all the oxygen in an enclosed area
- Lung Adaptation- breathe anywhere

- Levitation (similar to telekinesis, but can move objects with air)
Personality: Ned is sarcastic, and isn't sensitive in the least. She loves picking on people and getting under their skin. However, it is only an act she prepares to hide her insecurities; being displeasing to her father and cursing their family name. This also makes her a hypocrite, and always beats the crap out of anyone who, in turn, pokes fun at her. It's hard when your last name is the breed of a chicken. Nevertheless, Ned is always persuading others to join their "noble" cause, and loves to be in control of everything. She is now captain, second-in-control, to the man leading them to victory. Her wits and intelligence are always valued by her squadron of deadly individuals, hand-picked by her, called the Five. Ned would do anything for them and will be loyal and protective of them to her last breath, no matter which side they're on. Being cautious also means that it takes a lot to earn her respect. For instance, if you save her life, she will be in your debt, no matter what you ask of her will go against everything she's worked for. Ned almost never holds promises, but when she does, she sticks to them, no matter what.
Appearance: hair so blonde it's nearly white; blue eyes so pale they're nearly white; athletic body with toned muscles; Ned has very pale skin

Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths- isn't so easily swayed; very controlled with her powers and knows what she is capable of; doesn't always rely on her abilities; skilled with daggers and a bow; can also handle guns, but prefers traditional weapons
Weaknesses- too stubborn and biased to consider another's point of views unless it REALLY gets under her skin; always has a steady temper, so she is easily angered; Ned is not so easily swayed emotionally, so she isn't empathetic in the least
Power Limitation(s): just because she can breathe anywhere and everywhere doesn't mean she's unstoppable; if you take away the air around her, she's powerless, so her prison would need to consist of a cage that is a vacuum, like space, with NO air in it (you're welcome ;D); Ned cannot create air
Extra: it takes a LOT of persuading for her to switch sides; she doesn't have a crush, but the man she loved was killed by someone from the fire clan, hence why she hates them so much.

Emberr is very calm and laid back. But, she will jump at the opprotunity to help someone. She is more of a diplomatic person. But she is ready to fight when needed. She will help her clan no mater what. She is a outgoing person, but likes to daydream and often has to be snapped out of her dream.

Emberr has firey red eyes that glow when her power is activated. She has olive colored skin and elf ears.(can she have elf ears....or no. Tell me and I will change it). She wears and shorter Indian looking dress that is all different shades of red. Her hair is black with firey orange mixed in.

Ida is an intelligent and brave character.
She is an excellent strategist and can think of a solution to almost any problem.
She is not easily offended and almost always keeps her anger in check.
Her entire family was killed off by the fire tribe. She is now the only one left. She does not sulk or brued about it though.
no one has ever seen her cry, in fact. She never let's any weak emotion escape her being.
She will laugh and she will yell, but sh will never cry, sob or even whimper. She is tough, smart and stealthy.
She has a good sense of humor and enjoys jokes and occasionally pranks.
But she does have a serious and even dark side to her. It happens most often when she manipulates dark waters.
Dark thoughts enter her mind and to her it seems that everyone around her is untrustworthy, even her closest friends.
manipulation of dark waters is dangerous and can result in disaster. She can only do it for a small amount of time and even then it hurts her, both, mentally and physically.

She doesn't trust easily and isn't trustworthy herself unless you've earned her respect.
She is very very smart but underestimates herself sometimes.
She doesn't pick fights but when she does get into one she makes sure she finishes it.
She is excellent at reading people but won't let people read into her.
She is very skilled in combat and can handle any weapon given to her.
She will take on any challenge no matter how big, even if it is to big.
She is loyal to her friends to a fault.
She is strong and will never let anyone get the impression that she is not.
She is hardly ever offended and and most often has her anger under control.
But she sometimes let's her temper slip.
Power limitations:
-She can only Hydroportate a few hundred feet at a time.
-she cannot generate water.
-if she controls a mass of water that is to big she will strain herself.
-controlling dark waters is not good for her, she avoids doing it.
-she can't hold her water mimic for a very long time.
-she cannot communicate with smaller sea animals such as;
Shrimp, snails, cucumbers, barnicals, ect. . .

Edit: Actually, you COULD be water. You already created your water form, so another saved water spot wouldn't count. Unless I'm missing something.
It just that there's some one who already saved the water spot(themysteryrider) before i decided/edited my form and i missed that since i didn't noticed it was on their subject. I think it wouldn't be fair for them to be the one without the spot since they decided first but have to leave just because i edited my form after without being clear which spot i actually want. My indecision cause the complilation and all that :/
i also can't see Clemence is fit for evil role...like don't get me wrong, i never see evil as evil to begin with(heck my wind character is genuinely a good guy who just bound by manipulation and nation loyalty and role) but she's just some one who definitely going to switch side the minute the story called for it.
Well, in all honesty, I don't know what to tell you. You could PM the rp host, just to ask what else you could do. This is just a suggestion, but could you have a character that joins the dark side? Or will it still not work? I hope you'll be able to join and not have to leave! :/

Power:Manipulating Earth, any earth
Personality:Out of Sight, refuses to be in any sort of pubicity or crowd. He is loyal, very. Most of the time he is quiet and distant. An excellent fighter and/or spy.
Appearance: (sorry, I didn't have a picture) 12 years old. He is small and lithe. He is also very flexible. Dark-haired. He is distinctly marked by his wide, seemingly hypnotic eyes. Has mostly average traits though. His favorite weapons are the two swords that hang off of his back.
Rival clan: Water, or any hostile clan
Strenghts and Weaknesses: Immense body strength and speed. his only downside is his size.
Power Limitation: The larger the earth manipulation, the more strength is sapped out of his body until he falls unconsious, or stops manipulating.
Extra: Can train animals easily. An expert with the bow, and knife throwing. Able to take lots of pain.
Might not be on all the time, so it won't work to well if anyone depends on me posting.

Personality: Jared does not trust easily and will not, no matter how hard you try, let anyone get close to him. He is often pessimistic and a complete Grumpy Cat, but likes to know both sides to each story before making a decision. His cautious nature is due to his missing sister, rumored to have been taken by the cause he acts against. Jared always returns debts and is grateful for everything in his life; you will hardly hear him complain about anything. He only steps up as leader when the position needs to be filled, but to his relief, he is hardly ever needed to lead. Jared may rarely say thank you, but that doesn't mean he isn't thankful. His actions and conversations are often brief, thanks to his uncanny ability to hide from social gatherings. He is a heavy introvert and will scarcely approach if you don't first. Jared is guarded and never lets anyone see his true self, but when people see glimpses of him, he's usually teasing someone else. Apathy is not anywhere in his vocabulary and can't stand it when people are left out, but he's too cowardly to do anything about it when situations like this occur.
Appearance: brown hair and brown eyes; a well-muscled body that is adapted to stealth and speed, not necessarily strength
Rival Clan: He secretly resents air and water
Strengths and Weaknesses:
Strengths- agile, fast, and quick on his feet; Jared is a master at reading people and can tell when one is lying; he is stubborn, but in a good way; his hand-eye coordination is impeccable; Jared is a fast learner
Weaknesses- Jared crumples when it comes to his sister, which is why he's never told anyone about her; he is easily distracted by movement of any kind; Jared is so empathetic that he will care for a villain, even if they treat him like dirt, which ends up putting him in a position for switching sides; his powers respond to his emotions, so beware his anger
Power Limitation(s): cannot create earth and matter; he cannot lift very heavy chunks of rock and/or materials; he must stay grounded for his powers to work to full capacity; materials manipulated by him are susceptible from erosion (water and air)

Nesida stalked down the hall, inclining her head to everyone she passed. They stepped out of the way almost immediately, hiding their faces from view. Today she was clad in a simple white shirt, a red hoodie, brown pants, and black sneakers; she'd rather dress comfortably than in a t-shirt and skirt. Those disgusting things showed too much, and there was no way she was strolling into a diner wearing such revealing clothes.
With a snort, she swung open the doors, not at all startling the hulking beast of a man to her right. He huffed; the only indication to whatever he considered a hello. Ned nodded back, not bothering to spare him a glance. Her eyes were focused on the man in the center of the room, pointing out the large glass window in front of them, talking to an officer. She stopped a few yards, clearing her throat.
Her leader turned, dismissing the officer, who scurried away. Ned gave a brief bow before handing him an envelope. He raised a brow, taking it in a callused hand. She scanned his wear, noting the pistol tucked in his belt. He didn't need it, of course, with deadly abilities. But every person here carried one, just in case their elemental powers weren't available. Even she, a master and lover of traditional weapons, preferred a gun to keep with her.
"You're sure this has the correct information? That we won't be mislead?" he asked, brow still raised. Ned straightened under the eye of her commander.
"Am I your second-in-command for no reason?" she mused, daring to quirk her lips into a small grin.
He smiled, despite himself. "Of course," he responded, tucking the envelope behind his back. "Go relax now, and in the meantime, tell Naida the plans."
Ned bowed once more, stalking out of the room like the predator she was.
Jared crouched on the rooftop, sweating to death in the thick coat he had stupidly brought. He held up binoculars to his eyes, spotting a few of the suspected enemies he had been assigned to kill. It sickened him. An assassin? he thought bitterly, pulling away from the binoculars with a scowl. This is what I've come to?
His leader wanted--needed--him to get fresh air before he blew his top. Jared had nearly gotten into a fight with one of his comrades--a failed attempt to get him to "lighten up." He exhaled sharply, his eyes roving over his enemies. All three male. Two his size while the last was nearly twice as large. No weapons detectable, but they didn't need weapons. He had to get closer to see what power they wielded.
Jared turned his binoculars to another building, where one of his acquantinces was supposed to help him. He couldn't see them at the moment, but a flicker of movement assured him that they were there. With a long sigh, Jared dismounted the building without a sound, hiding the binoculars in a divit between a wall and trash can, and followed the three men into the diner.

Derek pushed his sweaty hair from his eyes. The rolling landscapes behind him, and the forboding forest ahead spread both directions as far as he could see. At the moment, he couldn't exactly pay much attention to the beauty and sereness of the surrounding country. His eyes were focused on what was ahead of him. Now, he was training, although, this was supposed to simulate a raid. Four enemies were crouching in the dirt ahead. Each was formed by earth, and given the ability to attack simaller to a real ambush. Derek grabbed his bow, that lay on his lap, and stood slowly. He quickly loosened his sword sheaths to let him draw the swords as fast as possible. Rolling his toes in his boots. He grasped the ash bow, and strode forward. All that could be heard in the trees, besides the birds, was the soft thump of his boots. Then Derek's ears pricked. He had given the attackers the ability to attack whenever and wherever as well, so he was taut. This might only be a training exercise, but this was still deadly. His boots gradually quieted from the soft thump, to a soundless pad. Derek rolled both shoulders, and scanned every shadow, every patch of leaves. One could only see a shadow creeping through the brush and leaves. Then a twig snapped. With a speed so fast none would be able to match or notice. He slid an arrow out of his quiver, notched it, and let it fly like a thunderbolt into the bushes. Unseen, an earthen sprite crumpled to the ground, an arrow piercing its brow. Right as Derek withdrew his bow from that direction, the other sprites were on him. Each held a wickedly shaped curved sword. And each were fast as lightning. One kicked Derek's feet out of under him, another pinned him down, while the third stretched his head back to stab in. Although, right as the sprite stabbed down. Derek head-butted him in the stomach. The sprite staggered back, and Derek placed both hands and feet under the one on top of him, and shoved, sending the sprite tumbling. As the third ran at him, He grabbed his fallen bow, hooked it over the sprite's head, and jerked as hard as he could. The bow, being strong enough to withstand it, snapped the sprites head. Derek then stood up, tumbling the body off of him, and threw the sprite into the bushes, which was actually quite impressive, given that the sprite was the size of a fully grown. The sprite that he had headbutted charged, but this time Derek was ready. Both swords flew out of their sheaths in a silvery flash, and cut the sprite's head off, the grotesque features rolled into the bushes, and the headless body barely even moved. Derek swung both swords down in the same movement, and stabbed under both of his armpits into the fourth sprite that had just recovered and was trying to stab him in the back. The last sprite crumpled to the ground. Reaching out delicately, Derek flicked the headless body, which was still standing, and sent it swaying backwards, then it finally hit the ground. Derek picked up his fallen bow, tore the arrow out of the body in the bushes, then strode away. A wave of his hands sent the bodies crumbling back into the material from what they were made.
Does this work? I don't exactly know if there is a specific place where everyone has to start.

Yep, it is, I'm a bit of a novel writer, and that fact helps. I have been stalking other's RP's before...
Also, forgot to mention, my character is old-school, he still uses stuff like swords and bows instead of guns.
(He thinks that using guns to fight is cheating and boring)
Just for the reference, I count golem creation the same as earth manipulation with my character, sorry If I forgot to mention it.
Plot:
The Elemental Clans, the most powerful Clans in the world. There are 4 Elemental Clans; Fire, Water, Earth ( basically Nature ) and Air and they each rule peacefully over their corner of the world. Until one day the leader of air wanted to take over water’s corner of the world. A huge civil war broke out with fire siding with water and earth with air. The Great War lasted many years until it ended in a truce with many lives lost. It was all smooth again until a mysterious man came. He wanted to take over the world but first he had to get rid of the Elementals. So her requited Water and Air to his side promising them great power and set them against Fire and Earth. Again the world was thrown into chaos as the Elementals battled. The man and his Elementals were gaining the advantage until a shocking thing happened. Some of Air and Water has learned of his true intentions and had sneaked away to join Fire and Earth planning a great rebellion to over throw him of his evil reign. You are the new generation destined to stop this war. Will you be able to put aside your rivalry to victory or will the Elementals fall under the man’s evil reign?
