I keep getting that message after I log in to SoD. I can play for a few minutes before I get the message but I keep having to restart my game. Why am I getting logged out when I don't choose/want to log out? Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks.

I'm using the downloaded version on my laptop. I typically clear my cache once a week to clean up my files. I started having issues with this when I tried updating the Christmas version. Before that I had the issue of not being able to log in and interal server errors after the 2.3 update. I'm not sure if those past issues are causing the problem but I thought I'd let you know. Also I am the only one on my account. I have not given anyone my password or username to let them play on my account.  I hope this helps!

i am plagued with the same

i am plagued with the same issue and some of it was my internet stability. i am still having issues however (now that the internet has stabilized) of being kicked off the servers. i make sure to log in right before a battle or else i will be randomly kicked off during battle.  i can be playing for several long minutes (more than 30) and realize i am having trouble accepting tasks, opening treasure boxes etc... to realize that i just need to refresh my page and lo and behold!! i have been kicked off the server even tho i am still playing the game with a crash right around the corner! i have learned to read the signs and refresh before anything important, like battle, or else suffer being summarily booted out of the game :(

Having the same issue

I am also getting this issue. It actually caused me to have to pay for the adult upgrade on the same dragon twice and I was logged out both times before I could finish the recolor. 500 gems just gone. I'm frustrated but I'm not going to take my rage here. I also will say I use the steam version on a Windows 10.1. However I might know my issue. My proxy server likes to block off internet for certain games cause it can. Either that or the game doesn't register to my proxy server so it regects it. Of course I have no idea cause I don't know ultra bounts of knowledge about how computers and internet servers work.

 Also... could I please have a refund? It would be nice. Also the dragon was my Teen Wooly Howl Litei. Just FYI.

When I am playing my game this error pop-up i said let's close and open this game again.Again this error pop-up It someone hacking my account. My cousin knows my account password but i can't belive that he did this.
