After signing up for a School of Dragons account, you should receive an email that activates your account, allowing you to play the game. However, occasionally these emails may not be sent directly to your inbox. Please check other folders (e.g. Spam) since mail systems may place the activation email in another category. If you still cannot find your activation email after searching through various folders, please email us at support@schoolofdragons.com for assistance.

Hi Starryeyes,

 

Please check to make sure the activation email did not go into your spam, junk or trash folders. Sometimes your mailbox will automatically sort emails into those. If there is no email, every time you login to SoD you should be prompted with a message saying to authroize your account. If you select the 'send authorization email' button, it will resend to the email you signed up with or another one that you choose. If you do not see this pop up message, then you are already authorized. 

 

Let me know if you are still having issues and we can look into this.

keep trying

keep trying it would be great if your Viking had a name.

If a link in the activation email did not work make sure links are enabled, if it was a activation button on SoD then try a different browser or download steam or try the mobile app.

Hi Shinylions, 

 

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties with recieving your activation email. Please make sure to check your spam, junk or trash mailboxes. Sometimes the email goes into another mailbox within your email. To resend an email, if you are not activated yet, every time you login to SoD you should have a pop up message asking you to send another email. 

 

Please let me know if this does not work and we can look into this.

the same thing happened to me!

 my mom nor me get the activatoin mail, and my gmail doesn't work now, it did before i signed up for this site, the same with my computer!

No activation email

I also never got an activation email. I wasn't sure if I had accidentally made a typo when i entered my email, but when I tried the "Forgot Your Password?" option, it successfully sent me an email with a password that worked with my account. I also checked all my email folders and there was no activation email there, so I emailed the address you mentioned earlier today, just waiting for some response. Also, when I try and log in, the activation message box shows up, and if i enter my email, it says about how there was "an error processing your last request. Please try again later" Is there anything else I can do?

Got the same problem , every time I re enter my email it says there was an error,but they are seeing what they can do, and I guess time will tell what will end up happening to my account.

Sorry to hear that you are having the same problem. Since the forgot your password email sent to your email, you did sign up with the correct email. When you login the activation email screen will come up for you to type your email to send the activation email.

I can't verify my account

When I type in my email to verify my account and then click resend me the game confirmation email it says an error has occurred while my last request was being processed, please try again later. I made sure there was no typing error with my email. Is there a reason why this is happening? Can you please help fix this because I would really like to be able to name my viking and dragon.

Sorry to hear that you are having an activation problem. Try restarting your internet browser and try putting your email in to resend the activation email.

unable to activate account

Hi,

I did receive my activation email. But the problem is once you click activate your acc, it will prompt you to put your acc password. I did put in my password but it doesnt allow me to click the activate button. And it keep saying that error occured. I need to activate my acc as i want to name my vikings! please help !!!!

Son's account appears to have been erased

The tilte says it. I have just paid for three months membership for my son and he can no longer access his account, his username is masteer5. He has attempted to change his password but the change password link will not recognise his email. he has tried emailing supoort twice in the last two weeks, neither time have they replied to him. I am now quite angry that almost one month of his 3 month membership ahs been wasted. Please contact me as I woudl like a refund.

I've waited over 4 months, sent the admins contless pm's,emailed customer support WAY to many times. Made numerous topics. Yet still no help. C'mon I have paid for a 1 and 3 month membership and gems. Could you guys please activate my account, I think four months is a long enough time to wait. -_-

My son too: error when trying to send activation email

After my son finally dug out his pocket money to buy a 3 month membership we tried logging in on the website and got a pop-up stating that his account needs to be activated in 51 days or get deleted. When inserting his email address it shows an error message "An error has occured while your last request was processed! Please try again later!"

The email account is valid since we did receive an email upon requesting a password reset. He is also able to log in on his ipod using his account details.

 

I have emailed support@schoolofdragons.com but calling the phone number gives no possibility to talk to anyone. Given the posts in this forum I am a bit concerned (and my son is quite stressed his money may go to waste completely in 51 days)

 

How long does it usually take for support to respond to these kind of queries?

Mistyped parent email

Hi

my daughter mistyped my email and so I have not received the activation code.   What can we do.  She has 20 more days and this is now causing sleepless nights - literally.  What can we do to change the email to get the activation sent to - every times she types in the correct one it just says it does not match.

What info do you need to get this change to happen -

A friend of mine has been

A friend of mine has been trying to accept my invitation to SoD, but despite recieving my invite to her email and registering her account (I saw the gems show up on mine due to my invite), but she has been unable to find her activation email.  She's checked spam and trash daily since registering, but nothing.  So my question is thus: are there known problems with any email providers?  Hers specifically is Xfinity, and she says this sort of thing has just happened before where some emails from organizations never show up, even when she expects them to be very prompt with replies.

Hi,   For the past few days,

For the past few days, I've been trying to get a password change applied to my daughter's account. We didn't recall her password from a remote location, so we tried requesting a new one to help us gain access. Nothing has shown up at the email address associated with her account. 

 

We requested a password change near the end of last month when she wanted to get back on to her account after being away for a while, and had no problems with it showing up that time.

 

We had just bought her a month's subscription ten days ago, and my daughter has now been unable to log on for nine days of those ten days. I've tried making the password request everyday with no success, and contacted/submtted the problem twice to customer support at the address posted at the top to assist with the problem (also nine days ago). They've confirmed that they've received my help request, but have also failed in contacting me back since then.

 

Can someone please help fix this?

Unfortunately...

In my experience yes: the first ticket I submitted took over a week to get back to me, a second one is still out 2 weeks later.  It equally took a week for my conformation for the forum account to be addressed.  Keeping in mind I have been playing for 3 weeks at best, I've still been able to spot this pattern, and it severely disturbs me.  Unfortunately I believe that customer support is either understaffed or severely unmotivated: I can only hope it's the former, because if a company is willing to permit this kind of behavior from their employees I cannot see just how much gall it takes to ask for money in return.  And yes, I am slightly bitter at the delay, so pardon the venom.

 

PS: I do realize that the website indicates that customer service is only available Mon-Fri 10AM-5PM (based off my memory, correct me if those hours are wrong), but that is still enough time to get some tickets done, as opposed to letting them sit the apparent 3+ months of silence I've heard in at least a few cases.  I've also been trying to search for a phone number to get more immediate feedback, but with no success.  If anyone finds Jumpstart Games' phone number I would sorely appreciate hearing it.

Hello Admin.I recently purchased a 3 month membership for one of my children and they can't remember the username and password. The username I think is hayleybh. Please help. She is still able to play on her phone because it stays logged in but when she comes to my house she can't log in with my iPad. When I writed my Facebook ID and I click "Forgot password", I do in User name writed my Fb ID and E-mail by I use Facebook, and when I clicked Request Password I have got this... Can you help me? Because I want remove something things... I writed to you about this... HELP.
