anyone know how to fix any one from both or anything?!
It does that. Just close it and reopen the window (On the Downloaded version, not sure over Firefox). It gets stuck often.
Have you met up the system requirements? What is your system info?
Here are the System Requirements to play School of Dragons. It runs from Windows XP and above (PC and MAC, required 64-bit operating system), a 3GHz processor, 3D Video Card with a 1GB+ dedicated memory; 9.0c-compatible driver and sound card, must have at least 2GB memory available (Takes up that much space), and finally a Broadband Internet Connection I recommend from 2Mbps at the lowest. This is why I'm asking for your system info.
Conclusion: Have you tried going on a different browser such as Internet Explorer (Doesn't work on Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, and Chromium) If that doesn't work then try it on a different computer.
Some things you could try:
Clear your web and Unity caches;
Remove Unity Web Player, reboot and install the latest version;
Try accessing your account via another device.
Mozilla has stopped supporting Unity anymore since a few days ago I'm afraid!
Yup, mozilla stopped supporting the unity cache. Google Chrome, and Microsoft Edge doesn't work on it either. If the downloaded version keeps crashing, you'll either make sure that all of your background stuff are closed, delete your junk files, empty recycle bin, go to task manager and close all the background running programs that you don't need open. If that doesn't work you'll have to log on to another computer or devise.
You can use Internet Explorer. That's what I use. Although, I also have the "fatal content error" issue but I can at least play the game for a little bit before my game crashes with this error. Brynjolf has posted several times that this issue is being worked on but I have no idea how long we're going to have to wait until it's fixed.
