can't get into the school.

the new expansion has arrived. but I'm having a little problem; I can't get into the school. I was about to go to the lab for a quest when I had to refresh the game, and so I did. when I came back it took ages to load, so I went to other island and try to go to the school from there. but it didn't work. I have tried every way of getting to the school (via another quest, another island -tried through all-, from the start viking page world map, visiting a friend, walking around in another island before going to the school, through my stables) but nothing worked. I have been waiting and loading for 6 hours straight now. and it doesn't seem like others have this problem, only me. also, my main viking CAN go to the school, without any problems. if this can be fixed, please fix it.

  • What is the username that you use to login and your in-game Viking name?
  • From which platform were you playing the game? Web browser, Mobile (operating system), Steam, the Downloadable (Mac or PC), etc.

Hello!

Thanks for the update! You mentioned, you had updated the downloadable, correct? Have you tried clearing the unity cache? Regarding your phone, have you updated the app there as well? Have you tried reinstalling it? Sometimes the mobile app can take a bit longer to receive the update than the downloadable. Do let us know. Thank you!

the name is not Moonberryx anymore, but MidNightMoon now. I changed it because I thought it would come in handy by having the same name as on the forum ... I had forgotten that you admins might be busy fixing it.

it's been a week now, that I

it's been a week now, that I have had this issue, and it's still not fixed. I really want to finish the new expansion and get the Flamewhipper, but I can't because I cannot enter the school. please, fix this bug :(

Follow Up.

Hello! Thank you for the update. Just to verify, you are able to log into the game, however, when you click on the school you are unable to load into the school grounds. Correct? Do you get the loading gears, or an error message? Please do let us know. Thank you!

well, in all the ways,

well, in all the ways, whether I go to the portal or click on the map, it keeps loading. the circle things twirl super fast but the text next to it like 'searching Toothless' stays there all the time. I never get an error message, because next to the school, I can go everywhere. (despite the locked islands because I never bought that expansion.)

I don't want to force

I don't want to force anything, but I still have the same bug I had 4 weeks ago. can you guys please fix it? I barely use my second viking anymore because of it. and I really want that new dragon :(
