Can't delete or change avatar

So, you know how when you check the "delete avatar" button it will make the avatar disappear, right? Well, it really doesn't delete it, but makes it disappear and when you try to upload a new avatar, the previous avatar stays when you try to add the new one after it saves. Is anyone else getting this too? (Computer specs in signature)
