Can't accept new quests
I've run into a bug where I can't accept new Snoggletog quests even though the job board at New Berk has the exclamation point above indicating new quests are available. Here's what I encountered:
Computer: Samsung Galaxy Phone
Operating System: Android
Web Browser: App
What were you doing when the bug occurred?: I clicked on the Google Play app and logged in. Went to New Berk using the global map and walked to the job board next to Astrid. When I tapped the job board I was standing up on my dragon for a split second and the game froze for half a second, then nothing happens and I'm back sitting on my dragon. This happened 42 times in a row over the course of 15 minutes before I gave up.

Is there a limit? After you day 5 you cannot access to daily quest until next day.
You have to wait a week for it to reset. So say you completed day 5 quest on the Monday, you will have to wait until the next Monday to do the quests again.
That's not how the daily quests for events are supposed to work. If you do day 5's quests on Monday then you should be able to do day 1's quests on Wednesday. There's only supposed to be one cooldown day. If you or anyone else are having to wait a week to do daily quests after doing day 5's quests then that's a glitch/bug.
That's how it worked for me when doing Dreadfall. I'm pretty sure Monday was the reset day for the quests.
That's odd. There's only suppose to be one cooldown day for daily quests. Many people experience glitches/bugs with daily quests during events. Maybe that's what happened with your daily quests.
