ASTRID BUG?

Hi!
I love SoD but every time I try to speak with Astrid, the game frozes and I can't complete any task that involves Astrid. I have to close the game and even if I try again, I can't speak with her. What can I do?
I play in a pc, windows. The problem started a week and a half ago or so.
I hope you can fix it soon~

Hello! Thank you for reporting this issue. Have you tried reisntalling the game? This can sometimes help resolve certain issues. Do you remember what you were doing in-game before this first occurred? Do you have any active quests in your journal that require Astrid? Do let us know, and please include your username and vikign name. Thank you!

How to Reinstall

Thank you for the update. Do you remember the name of the quest that required Astrid, when this first happened? In order to reinstall, please first uninstall the game from your device and then install once again. If the issue continues please do let us know.Thank you!

When it first started

Okay thanks, I´m going to try to uninstall the game. The quest was the one called "Botany 101" I think. It was all okay until I had to delivery the plants to Astrid. She didn't answer and the game froze.

Let's see if the problem solves!

Astrid Bug

Hello Olympia23, I currently have the same problem and it just doesn't go away, no matter what I try. I'm not a member and I just purchased gems to do the Death Song Island quests, and now I'm stuck because Astrid keeps freezing. I just think it's pretty bad because I spent money on gems and now I wasted them. My question - did you get it fixed?

(I'm also playing on windows, pc)

Astrid bug

I have the same issue in this quest, except with fish delivery to Astrid. This bug occurred 3 months ago and I tried all the ways to get rid of it. This bug is on all devices:iphone, ipad, pc. I have no quests left to play because this uncompleted one won’t let the others to appear.

ASTRIDE BUG NOT RESOLVE YET

Good Day,

 

My daughter have the same bug and this need to be look at seriously! We install re install ect... But she is far in her account now! So, she doesnt want to restart a new account. I'm also frustrated with the developer it's not because it's a kid game that you can afford to let bug run for ever. My sugestion is BEFORE you push new content FIX major bug like this. Her acount is under girotte and she is a paying  member so please can you investigate.

I use FireFox Quantum 59.0.3 (64-Bit).

The game i play about steam.

My mobile is a Huawei P9 lite.

My sister and I have the "AstridBug" too.

But it seems none of the Support ist interested, as the Bug is known für month??
