~ Alienated ~ (Unlimited Spots ~ Young Supers RP)
As I made my way to an alleyway, I heard some yells about finding some people. Slinking down the alley, I saw two figures running down my way who looked awfully familiar. I continued, acting like a normal citizen as I perused the figures, attempting to figure out where I had seen them before.
Jogging my memory, I came to the conclusion. They’re the ones from yesterday at the factory. Elizabeth...and that other dude. And if they’re being chased, I can only assume it’s the SGO since Elizabeth did mention how she was a super.
I glanced at the boy with her, taking a guess. And perhaps he’s her boyfriend. The way they run together just makes it seem so.
Either way, if it’s the SGO chasing them, I guess I can help out.
Arriving at an intersection, I saw a group of armed men running down the street to the alley. No doubt they were some sort of government agents. I made my way to the group, keeping my cool.
“I-i saw them run that way!” I called out, pointing the opposite direction of which they headed.
The front man seemed to consider my info, deciding to take the lead and head down the alley away from the running two.
“Thank you, kid. C’mon boys, let’s get them!” he said, waving his group on in the direction I pointed.
I waited for them to disappear before continuing down my way to the center of town.
((Omg, that's exactly how I imagined the fence to look...well except for the yellow tape))
"Ok, you get through first and I'll follow close behind" Elizabeth told Zero, getting herself ready to help him in.
Zero was hesitant at first, but he quickly realized given their current situation arguing was trivial. He limped through the fence, into the other side, suddenly the distancing of sirens caught his attention. "Hmm? Hang on? They appear to be leaving...How come? Not that I'm complaining" Zero remarked as the sound of sirens began to fade. However, when he looked up he saw a chopper hovering about the town scanning the area with it's thermal camera". Zero narrowed his eyes at the sight. It wasn't long until the chopper faced towards their direction and began moving towards them "...Well-" he was about to speak but was cut off when sirens began to alarm loudly once again.
"The chopper reports that we were heading in the right direction, that little brat lied to us, it can only mean she herself is a super if she's assisting those monsters. If anyone sees her pick her up and chuck her in the back!" The SGO shouted through the head-piece in anger whilst his driver made a U-turn. "Ugh! Never mind, keep running!" Zero said in disghust as the sirens began to gwor louder and alouder as they neared. "We can at least seek cover in the forest. Once we're in, I have an idea on how to get that chopper off our tail...Hang on" Zero suggested, smirking as an idea was forged. "Eli, you can transform into animals right? Mind turning into a horse? We'd be able to move far more quickly and it'd be easier for you to carry me" Zero suggested smirking at his plan.
Zero watched in awe as Elizabeth morphed into a horse as he requested, and she morphed into a truly magnificent horse at that.
Zero climbed on to Elizabeth's back when she gestured, grabbing her mane tightly for support. Communication would be difficult so Zero'd need to be clear with his instructions. "Alright, Eli, head straight into the forest. More precisely through that arc formed by the fallen trees" Pointing towards the desired location. Zero began breathing less heavily as he felt his energy slowly begin to return but even still it would be more efficient to ride on Eli. Zero took a quick glance back to see a horde of SWAT members chase after them. Suddenly a speeding figure in the sky caught Zero's attention, it appeared to be some sort of Jet. "Eli, don't turn around, just keep looking ahead" Zero said.
Meanwhile, the other SWAT members began to approach to broken down fence and assist the other SGOs. On the way, they caught glimpse of the blonde who diverted them. "There is that lying scum, quick grab her and chuck her in the back" The driver said as he raced the vehicle towards Aki.
((Well, for the umpteenth time I'm currently busy, again. I don't think I'll be generally active this month since it is p much cramped with different kinds of deadly tests I have to face soon (rip). I'll try to post when I can.))
((...Same, just thought I'd also let u know infinity. Our tutor told us just TODAY that we got exams coming up all of next week, so I'm so grateful now since I get to cramp all my revision into 4 days. This'll be fun :/))
I know I have been missing for a while, I won't be active on the weekends, more week days during my lunch break, so just warning you.
GLHF! Jk on the second half. But don't d.ie XD
To both Tri and Zero, I wish you best of luck on your exams. May the stars be in your favor.
I know my finals start next month or the month after or some time around then. I will likely go on a month long disappearance (as I had done last year) so heads up.
When you mention Swat, I can't help but think of CS GO and all its mini game variations. Let's go blow up some bomb sites XD Go Al'Jaha! Oi Oi Oi!
I do not support terrorism. I just find it more enjoyable playing on the bomber team in games for a greater challenge since Swat always has the upper hand
((Wow that gif is almost perfect. If only they were in that blue armor. :D))
Eli seemed to be natural, assuming it was her first time becoming a horse. If I didn't know any better, I would've undoubtedly mistaken her for the real thing. Unfortunately in our way was a large fallen tree trunk. Zero's eyes widened at the sight, could Eli even jump that? I squinted my eyes slightly as we approached it. To my surprise, with a huge leap Eli gracefully jumped above the trunk "You seem to be good at this Eli" Zero complimented. Unfortunately when Zero turned his head, considering they were regular humans they weren't too far behind. But then again all these trees and plants prevented Eli from picking up speed. Zero scanned the nearby area, looking at the perfect tree to leap on to. Eventually a tree with many leaves became visible, it was perfect as it would provide the necessary cover. Zero steadily began to rise up and off of his seat, when they neared the tree Zero leaped off of Eli and on to the thick branch of the tree. Using his strength Zero swung back and forth once and vaulted himself on to a nearby branch. "Eli, think you can divert them. There is no way we can out run them with their eyes in sky. I'm going to blind them, with the chopper gone our escape will be much more easy. I'll meet you by the waterfall which is a little north from here...Just please, make sure they don't catch you" Zero said, pausing time for all except Eli and himself for a brief period to make his statement. This was the first time Zero revealed what the alternate Tokitobashi realm appeared like. Everything in reality turned grey, and the atmosphere looked like it was made of shattered green and teal glass.
Not a moment after, more SGO members, Ursula's subordinates precisely, rushed to the shrouded area. One of them picked up the red-haired girl and hauled her over his shoulder effortlessly. They all looked at Blackquill skeptically but Ursula's glare was more than enough to shut them.
"Well then, Blackquill, I will kindly take my leave," she said sinisterly, walking away with her underlings tailing behind her. Blackquill could only watch them leave, his eyes staring fixedly at the unconscious girl.
Suddenly, a bolt of lightning hit the ground, creating a thick cloud of dust that took all of them off guard. For a moment, Blackquill thought it was Armando's doing only to remember that he threatened his companion a while back not to mess with Ursula. The dust eventually dissipated, revealing nothing but trees and the fact that he was alone.
They're gone? Blackquill thought, perplexed. He would've been able to sense their presence fading yet he didn't. I must have been distracted.
((Sorry for the short post. I intended to make this longer but that'll give a small room for Beatrice to do something so I decided against it.))
The assassin watched as Eli took off, drawing the attention of the pursuing SGOs away from himself. Without worrying about being found, though he was now somewhat worried about the girls safety. However, If he did care about her safety then he'd have to take out the chopper. His eyes darted towards the flying object in the sky with narrowed eyes. "For the sake justice, I will slaughter every last one of you!" He said, though no-one could here since they were too far away chasing Eli. Zero raised his clenched fist towards the sky and extending his arm to face the helicopter. He waited a brief moment, took aim and then fired his invisible ki strike at his target. Like all of Zero's attacks, the blast would only affect living things so it passed right through the glass window and struck the pilot. Even with Zero's skill, from such a far distance Zero was impressed with his precision as he'd hit the pilot right in the head stopping his brain. With the pilot down the Helicopter began to plummet, it spiraled out of control before eventually crashing into the forest near to Zero's location causing a huge explosion. Zero looked towards the bright flame with cold eyes.
((Gif of how the attack Zero used works. It's invisible and can pass through anything not living))
In the near distance the futuristic jet carrying Klaus was nearby when the pilot caught sight of the flame. "Sir!" The pilot shouted.
"I see it, that's our beacon"
"Yes, to where our prey is" The rich man said sinisterly, leaning forward in his seat and placing his fingertips together.
The assassin took one last look at the burning wreck before leaping down from the tree. "Now I just need to find El-Hmm?", Zero was interrupted from the sound of something landing near them. His eyes widened, it was a jet of some sort though it looked out of this world, he'd never seen such a make. It even seemed to function on futuristic technologies as it was able to hover in place before descending vertically. The grass beneath it began to ripple outwards as it neared the ground. The assassin slowly began taking steps back, there was clearly something off about this thing. Once the jet fully landed, the top glass lifted backwards. From it a bunch of more SGO members leaped, gun in hand. Zero snarled at the sight, however there was no escape, the burning chopper blocked the path ahead. Unexpectedly, the SGOs began to bow, Zero raised an eyebrow of confusion at the sight. Someone, dressed in a blue blazer and trousers and has silky, silver hair with blue eyes leaped from inside and on to the ground.
Randomly he began clapping, "I say, you've done a pretty good job in leading us to you" The man said, gesturing towards the burning object.
"After all these years I finally get to meet the legendary Assassin, you're renowned for never having failed an assassination before, pretty impressive. Fortunately, I, Klaus Von Hertzon am here to end your little streak" The man remarked cockily.
Zero said nothing, but tightly clenched his fists and narrowed his eyes.
"I'd like to make a request. Most of the Supers we hunt down show their powers explicitly, hence allowing us to see how viable capturing them are. Clearly your powers are unique seeing your assassination feats, however we still don't know how you operate. So, In other words, I wanna duel you" Klaus requested.
"You'll die" Zero replied sharply.
There was a moment of silence but then Klaus began laughing villainously "Hahaha! You make me laugh! If your so confident you should have no problem accepting right?"
"You have back up"
"Hmm? Very well, if that's what's deterring you. Men, I request none of you interfere in this battle! Whoever wins wins and is free to walk out. Understood?" Klaus made clear.
The Rich man pulled up his sleeve revealing a silver bracelet with a blue gem in center. He tapped the gem which began glowing a bright blue. Suddenly from within the jet metal pieces began flying out and attached themselves to Klaus. Once they all assembled they made him appear like a white dragonic armor.
"Haaa!" Klaus roared as the armor was fully assembled, bright blue wings made of a mysterious substance became visible and they began to sparkle.
"Let the battle begin!" Klaus announced, immediately making his wings radiate some sort of wave. Instinctively Zero paused time and began to strike Klaus assuming he would be dead, but he was still standing. "What the!"
"What's wrong, are your powers not working? Hah!" Klaus mocked, Zero began to pause time repeatedly and striking Klaus several times but nothing appeared to work on him.
"What the h.ell is going on! You should be dead!"
"I knew I was right? Your emitting some kind of deadly energy to take down your opponents down right. Well after many years of development I was able to craft these wings which nullify all forms of energy within a radius! In other words your pathetic attack is useless!"
Zero's eyes widened at what he'd just heard, if that was true would his reign finally be over. But now the assassin knew what was causing his downfall, he went to strike the wings but did so unconventionally. However when time unfroze Klaus grasped his fist.
"Hah! your an unconventional fighter, Assassin. It's why I watched all your martial art battles when you were younger, I know your fighting style" Klaus said kneeing Zero. Zero began to pant heavily, he's used tokitobashi to frequently and it was draining him. However at that moment Zero's saw Klaus's guard drop, seizing the opportunity he paused time one last time and struck the wings shattering them.
"Hah! You dropped your guard!" Zero commented with a smirk.
From a distance he fired an invisible ki blast at Klaus's leg striking him down. Though since there were no vital organs there it didn't kill him.
"Ugh! Y-Your not going to kill me?" Klaus asked confusedly.
"I have a rule, I must kill with a single strike. Next time, you'll hidein an instant. Now keep your promise and leave" Zero warned. However Klaus smirked, once Zero turned his back Klaus fired an electric net from the gauntlet on his armor snaring Zero in place.
"Hahahah! Your Pride is your downfall! Foolish boy" Klaus mocked.
Zero grunted in anger as he'd been tricked, but was also being pained by the electric net. He was ruthlessly chucked into the back off an escort truck. Klaus looked at him with menacing eyes.
"Don't worry we wont kill you right away, first we wanna see exactly how you work since it's stil ambiguous. Be honored, we're sending you to the highest prison facility for supers, haha" Klaus taunted, before finally closing the doors on Zero.
"I'll come to check up on him soon, first I wanna go try out my new Ray Gun on it's first field test" Klaus said to one of his men, before hoping into his private jet.
The truck containing an exhausted, beaten, and bruised Zero set on it's way to the highest security prison where they'd exploit his powers before they sentence him to his execution.
How'd it come to this, hmph! To think I'd finally be captured, it's inconceivable, I didn't believe such tech could even be developed. Zero contemplated with his arms crossed and his eyes shut as he sat in the back of the truck. There was still a possibility for him to escape but he'd have to wait for the right moment, currently the journey felt to be far too linear to even think of making an escape. There was a single CCTV camera located in the top right of the back of the truck that Zero was located, Klaus used that to keep an eye on any potential movement. For now, Zero was incredibly still. Eventually after a rather long, uncomfortable drive Zero could feel the driver take a rather sharp turn, his eyes flung open, Klaus noticed this through his live camera feed while in his jet. At that moment Zero paused time and fired an invisible ki blast right towards the drivers seat. It passed right through the metal framework and right through the Driver's head, knocking him dead. The driver's head crashed into the steering wheel sending it flying off course, the whole truck tipped over and began to spin. Zero was being tossed around in the back cabin like a rag doll. However, his plan was successful, the violent movement of the trucks were enough to swing open the back doors. The assassin seized the opportunity to escape, but to his dismay as he left the truck he realized he was too late. He was already in the prison, looking up he could see at least 50 snipers all targeting him on the roofs and look out towers as well as up to 100 men on foot. Zero's was out numbered, he'd foolishly broken himself out into the prison facility.
"Stand with you hands up!" A man shouted through a speaker. "You should consider yourself lucky, Klaus wants you alive...for now, any other Super who assaults an SGO like that would be shot on the spot".
Zero said nothing, but did as he was told, immediately tow guards rushed over and handcuffed him. Both grabbing him by the shoulder and violently pushing him along, Zero could've easily escaped...had there not have been roughly 150 men all pointing their guns towards him.
The guards escorted him into the main prison facility where they descended down a large elevator. It was a surprisingly long journey down as it took 10 minutes to reach the bottom floor where only the most notorious criminal SGO's were kept. As soon as the door opened, Zero was met with savage faces each banging on the walls of their cells as Zero proceeded down.
"Each cell has been custom built for each type of SGO held captive here, there's no escape. We only keep them here temporarily until we can learn how to utilize each individuals powers for our own benefit...before we proceed with a public execution" The guards escorting Zero explained, gesturing towards the beheading of a Super at the end of his sentence.
Zero continued to remain silent, showing little emotion, the last thing he wanted was to show the SGO fear. He calmly entered his cell, before the guard placed his finger on a fingerprint device activating the cell. Zero's cell contained an energy barrier. Nullifying all forms of energy inside, there was no chance of escape. After the guards had left, Zero looked at some of the other captives. One had wings in which he repeatedly fired his feathers with, another looked like some kind of huge four armed troll who evidently had a lot of brawn, and there was another who was firing laser beams out of his eyes. All them had a gas sprayed into their cells, some SGO proceeded inside and removed the three who were currently unconscious. A few hours later they were returned. Zero watched this process repeat numerous times over for nearly all the supers held captive. It was only a matter of time until he would suffer the same fate, yet the assassin remained surprisingly calm.
“Wasn't expecting you to be up here,” A somewhat familiar voice said.
I turned and saw Elizabeth, the super from the day before.
“The same can be said to you,” I replied primly and stood where I was at the center of the roof.
The wind picked up as I raised awareness. I didn’t want someone sneaking up on me again like Elizabeth managed to do. I surveyed the girl. She looked like she was in a fight or some sort of mess. Perhaps the SGO was after her.
“SGO after you?” I asked.
The other girl seemed reluctant as she answered yes to my question. Perhaps she wasn’t so skilled at it? Or maybe she was tired? But, I knew better than to delay our flight any longer.
“Ok, great. Let’s get out of here,” I said and transformed into my supernatural form.
I was filled with new energy in my half wolf form. Leaping up, I rode the wind up high into the stratus clouds. The temperature began to drop fast, but I didn’t mind. I looked behind me to see if Elizabeth was following me.
“I don't expect you to risk your well-being for him or me for that matter, this is my idea and my fight there wouldn't be a need for you to risk yourself,” Elizabeth replied. “And Zero isn't my boyfriend..”
There was a pause in her breath and I glanced back, twitching an ear back to determine whether or not the other girl was speaking or not or I wasn’t able to hear it. Not a boyfriend, then what?
My question was answered when she continued, “He's just a close friend that risked his own life for me and I'm just returning him the favor. And I appreciate you helping me out.”
“Ah, ok,” I said. “To be honest, it looked like it was a little more than just that, but if you say so, I’ll just take your word.”
The sound of rushing water came into reach of my heightened sense of hearing.
“We’re nearly at my base. We’ll plan the break out there,” I informed her.
Elizabeth connected gazes with me. “It's completely unfair. All I want in life is to just be left alone to be with my family in peace as I live my life, normally. But with the SGO, all I can do is run and hide.. hoping that they'll never find me so yeah we all lost a piece of our lives, I agree,” she sighed. “With everything that's going on sometimes you wish that you had never gotten these powers in the first place, that you'll be better off without them.”
“I suppose so,” I replied and got up, walking over to where my bag laid. I took out a notebook and ripped out a sheet of paper from the back and returned the notebook to the bag. Taking out two pencils, I returned over to the other girl’s side.
“But let’s look on the brighter side. Otherwise, we’ll never get your fellow, Zero, out of that prison,” I said, handing a pencil over as I settled down next to her. “I suppose a little adventure will do to compromise for these powers. Let’s get planning.”
I fished out my phone and did a search for a bird’s eye view of the prison. When I found one that satisfied my search, I sketched it out. “We’ll break him out at night. We’ll want as much cover as possible to do this. Now it’s up to how we break him out. We can charge right in, drill a passageway to his cell, or do something just as crazy. Ideas?”
Homura ran down the road, everything frozen around her. She wasn’t going to let him escape this time. It wasn’t too long before she found the battlefield she was searching for. There he was. The Incubator. Next to her, Beatrice. About to do the unforgivable. Homura took out her pistol from her time shield and fired several bullets at her target. The bullets froze for a second before everything went into motion again.
The bullets all hit their marks, tearing holes right through the white figure.
Homura didn’t have much time. She turned to Beatrice, formulating a warning. “Don’t ever speak to it,” She planted a heel on Kyubey’s remains, which had fallen onto the ground. “Ever again. If you wish for a happy life, if you want to cherish life, then don’t speak to it ever again. Run now. As of your friend,” she looked into the distance. “Don’t worry about her. I’ll save her.”
Ursula abruptly turned around as soon as she heard an agonized scream, widening her eyes as soon as her gaze landed on the then-awakened blood manipulator. Her subordinates quickly surrounded the girl, a few of them stood in Ursula's defense. Knowing she would have no chance against the redhead, she lifted the device circling her wrist to her mouth, contacting a certain person.
"Blackquill, come over here immediately!" she demanded before pressing a button, revealing her location through GPS. Blackquill stared at the foliage shrouding the sky blankly.
Now what? he asked himself. Suddenly, he saw a flicker of flame out of the corner of his eyes. He turned to face the armory, catching Armando waving from the third floor, Hildegard and Anna standing alongside him.
I take the mission is cleared? Armando asked him telephatically.
Apparently so. Someone shot a lightning bolt and created a cloud of dust. When it cleared up, they were gone. As embarassing as it is to say, I was distracted enough to not sense them leave.
Well, Morgoth's not bothering you through that device, right? If so, it's save to say we've succeeded. Blackquill glanced to the aforementioned device circling his wrist. He never knew what it was supposed to be called but it worked as both a GPS and a radio. It was designed to solely contact Ursula for some reasons.
No- Just as Blackquill uttered that, the device suddenly lit up, delivering a message from Ursula.
Blackquill, come over here immediately!
Nevermind, something has happened. Blackquill glimpsed at his device which was showing Ursula's location, noting that she wasn't far away. By the way, I left our new weapons at the counter. Pick it up, will you? Wasting no more time, the hooded man made haste to wherever Ursula was.
Zero was contemplating as he sat with an emotionless expression. Suddenly, from the disc like grid in centre of his room, toxic gas began to pour inside. Zero began to violently cough before dropping to the floor, attempting keep himself up but his vision slowly began blur and soon enough all went dark. When Zero next woke, he found himself in an isolated room, looking up he saw a man sat in his chair which one leg over the other and stared at Zero menacingly. His expression made Zero want to end his life, but he was cowardly sitting behind an energy nullification barrier.
"How are you feeling Zero? Had a nice rest I trust" the man commented cheekily.
There was no response from Zero, apart from his cold glare.
"I find it rather interesting on how you attained that nickname Zero. It's due to the fact that there hasn't ever been a single assassination you've failed. Rather impressive, it's one of the reasons we need to get your murderous hands off of our planet" he further taunted.
Zero noticed something in the distance, on a notice-board behind the man. It said "Operation-13", and that 1000 SGOs were required a day from now. That was at least one third of the guards here, after making note of the detail Zero turned his back to man and slid his hands down his pockets, he must've missed some of what the man was saying.
"-so you won't show me your powers, very well, your of no use to me at the moment" the man said, closing his eyes and then clapping his hands. Immediately, the same gas from earlier rushed in and Zero was unconscious once again. Opening his eyes he found he was back in his original cell with the dark haired man who was interrogating him from before "Mark my words, you will reveal your powers to me sooner or later. Believe me" he said in a serious tone, walking off with his hands behind his back.
Zero began to recall what he'd seen on the notice board, attempting to formulate his plan to escape. Though the question arose, what was "Operation-13"?
(Got any specific diagram for prison layout?
Oh and @Zero You had to, with the #13? Coincidences, coincidences XD)
((Yea, yea Xp))
Tbh, both look great. I can't decide. Decision's up to you, Rp master.
Elizabeth studied my sketch as I turned off my phone and put it away.
“Well, charging right in isn't a good idea.. who knows how many armed men we'll come across once we get past the gate. We need to be strategic,” she stated, fiddling with her pencil. “There should be a control room somewhere in that facility. If we get to the control room, we'll be able to find out where they're keeping Zero locked up and we'll have access to the security camera's, at least we'll see how many armed men we're dealing with.”
“Sounds great, but problem’s that we don’t know where the control room is. For all we know, it can be miles underground or somewhere far off,” I commented. “Hm, maybe we can go through the vents and search as long as we remain undetected. But, considering security, they’ll likely pick up movement or heat signature and activate a trap.”
I sat back and thought. “Any idea of how to get more intel? I mean, we can guess possible locations of the control center or find weak points in the lay out and infiltrate there, but success rates would be lower.”
Rin was quickly surrounded by men. She noted how a few others stood towards the back, shielding another person, possibly their leader.
The blood manipulator heard a woman’s voice call for some guy named Blackquill. Rin decided not to wait for backup to come. She began to take on the men, wielding her blood like a sword.
(Cuz I’m tired, Imma skip the fighting)
After taking down all of the men, only the purple haired remained in between capture and escape. But, she had depleted half her strength fighting off the men, now limp bodies scattered around her.
Ok, just have to end this quickly, she thought. The girl walked towards the woman, her eyes glinting dangerously and smile baring a canine tooth, hoping to intimidate her as she prepared to end the fight and get on her way.
